Hotel holiday rentals in Obertraun

The Garden Hotel was the perfect weekend getaway. I had the premium room, which was perfectly clean and had all the listed amenities. One of the most comfortable beds I’ve slept in in a while! Also, the mountains are just outside so the area and view is so beautiful. There aren’t many restaurants but there is one italian place that was reliable. The bus station was right outside and getting to Salzburg was so smooth and easy!

Large rooms to stay with the four of you, small balcony and a small shared kitchen. We stayed there in transit and I will definitely recommend it.

This is a great hotel. Peaceful, cosy and clean. We slept really well! Location couldn't be better - ski bus stops almost right across the road, Eurospar just few steps away and Stubnerkogel gondola and Felsentherme spa only maybe 200 meters away. Every morning we had a good breakfast, got our skis from the hotel's ski room and then some serious skiing. Polite and friendly service all the time. My husband said that also the sauna was good, and that's a lot coming from a finn;) Definitely coming back someday!

Accomodation and location were excellent. We really appreciate the approach of Mr Lackner to us. Everything was better than we expected. Great holiday. We fully recommend it.

Beautiful apartment with everything you need! :) Stylish balcony! We really liked the surroundings with a view to mountains. We got a discount summer card for cableways and summer activities. :) Flies in the apartment were a little bit annoying but the house is near a farm and cows so It is understandable. :) Just note: We paid 2 euros tax per person/per night.

This place was a favorite of our family! It was a BEAUTIFUL location just a few minutes drive from the old city center of Salzburg. We really enjoyed being outside the city and getting the “feel” of the Austrian landscape. Our host, Margarete, was friendly and superb in every way. Our room/apartment was clean, updated, spacious, and a pleasure to stay in! We hope to stay again!

We had a fantastic ski holiday. We were welcomed relaxed, so we felt right at home. The children (and we) really liked the animals. In particular, Rosa, Kiera (dogs) and the cat wanted to be petted. The kids couldn't get enough of it. The sauna and the dip in the swimming pond was very nice to do. The service was top notch, the girls and Micheala were extremely helpful and nice. The mattresses were immediately changed when we indicated that we could not sleep on them. Then we had top mattresses. In the evening, play a game in the guest room and have a friendly chat. Breakfast was good, lots of choice. It was beyond our expectations. We look back on a wonderful experience!

Schönes Apartment

Apartment was very nice. The view was a dream to be in. The kitchen was well equipped. You can park in the underground parking. We'd love to come back!

Thank you so much for hosting us. We arrived very late in the evening, but Barbara had already given us all the instructions- no hassle at all. Super quiet and full of nature. Will visit again when I am in Haag :)

Markus was a great host. Good communication and really helpful. The apartment was basic, but clean with all required amenities. Nice to have all the hotel facilities like, swimming pool, sauna, restaurant, bar and shop. Perfect apartment for a week skiën in de hochkönig ski area.

Beautiful hotel that exceeded my expectations! Cozy and spacious bedroom with stunning mountain view. The hotel was just renovated and reopened in Feb 2025. Definitely recommend!

Very clean accommodation in beautiful surroundings

We had booked five nights in a very nice chalet. The rooms and bathrooms are modernly equipped, very clean and well maintained. Everything is tastefully decorated and detail-loving. David and Martina are amazing hosts. Their friendly and warm manner showed that you are doing their work with love. Breakfast and the evening three-course menu were always tasty. Everything freshly prepared, super delicious and with a very accommodating, friendly service in the cozy restaurant opposite the chalet. Not only did David and Martina have had time for a nice conversation, so we also got great tips for our day trips. We sincerely thank you very much for the beautiful days with you. Lovely apartment

The house is especially suitable for skiers or mountain hikers. The room is clean and recommended to everyone!

The check-in at the cooee hotel was pleasantly surprised, we booked the apartment on the top floor of the hotel, which was stunned by the beautiful view of the door as soon as it was opened, and the beauty was not very real.There are all the tableware and kitchenware in the kitchen, we also made hot pot to eat and eat hot pot with a beautiful view, which is really a treat.There are buses to the surrounding attractions right on the main street at the doorstep, which is easy and easy to get to Hallstatt.Free parking for large cars at the door, suitable for driving.Everything was wonderful and worth a stay and recommend it to all.
