The concept is "living in nature" . The special feature are two glass fronts with unrestricted views over the valley, which can be opened on both sides in the basement. In this way, a pleasant climate can be created, even in strong sunlight . Accessible as both levels have a separate entrance.

Die Wohnung verfügt über zwei Schlafzimmer (ein Zimmer mit einem Doppelbett - Breite 1,55m - und ein weiteres Zimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten - Breite 90cm), einem kombinierten Küchen-, Ess- und Wohnzimmerbereich, Badezimmer mit Dusche, WC und Terrasse. In beiden Zimmern befinden sich ein Kleiderschrank und ein Schreibtisch mit Sessel.
