The apartment is located in an extremely well-maintained residential complex with an unusual and beautiful green area. It is modern and tastefully furnished with a lot of love and is in top condition. We especially enjoyed the beautiful weather-protected terrace. We also appreciated the narrower terrace at the back with the wonderful view towards the village of Tyrol and the 2 comfortable seating areas. The location of the apartment is optimal – pleasant ambience, the expressway to Bolzano is quickly accessible, 5 minutes' walk away a good butcher (Siebenforcher), where you can also buy cheese, bread, milk, wine, etc. (a more relaxed alternative to the supermarket for small items). The city center and the Tappeiner Promenade are within walking distance and there is an underground car park where you can park in a relaxed way – what more could you want! Birgit is a great host – always easy to reach and very nice. Thank you very much – we will be happy to come back.

The place was very clean! The area is very nice and quiet. The path to it is very narrow, but you have a great view! The breakfast basket was very tasty. The apartment is nice and big. We personally only missed the oven, but otherwise it was really perfect!

Apart from the beautiful place, with its unique view, the Host was always kind and helpfully for any request. Thanks to this the whole stay has been perfect!

Absolutely stunning destination and accommodation with everything you need and other luxuries! It exceeded all our expectations. We loved the sauna & jaccuzzi with a view at the terrace. This is an incredible place with epic views off the balconies and huge sliding windows. We stayed with our kids and had everything we needed, incredibly comfortable beds, luxurious bedding and beautifully equipped bathroom and kitchen. The hosts are really responsive, helpful and kind. They brought us fans when we visited during a hot spell and went out of their way to be sure we had everything we needed. This location is a perfect retreat and/or starting off point for visiting Neuschwanstein and other tourist sites in the area. A wonderful experience!

We stayed with Tanya for 1 week and felt very comfortable! The apartment is superbly equipped, we got freshly baked bread and Tanya was always available! You can look at the lake from the terrace and hikes are possible directly from the apartment and it is also only a short walk to the lake. We can 100% recommend the apartment! Great area with lots of options for hiking, biking and eating out! We recommend the Gasthof Rieder in Fischl, a great tip from Tanya, here is an amazing Wiener Schnitzel! I'm sure we'll be back!

Anna Maria welcomed us into her beautiful suite. Extremely clean, high end appliances, and lots of room. Anna Maria was very kind and helpful. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Incredible value and location. Alexandra was extremely helpful, responsive, and very flexible with my check when my flight was delayed by more than two hours. The Airbnb is very clean and has all the amenities necessary to cook for yourself. The surroundings are incredible and there are many hikes nearby. This Airbnb puts most others to shame in terms of price and quality. Would absolutely recommend.

We enjoyed our stay at the property! The location was perfect for exploring the surroundings, and the accommodation was just as described – clean, well-equipped and very cozy. We especially enjoyed the view of the mountains from the balcony 😃 and the perfectly equipped kitchen where you only had fun cooking in it. The most relaxing and perfect spot for a getaway! Monika was the most kind and gracious host, from a cocktail on arrival to sending us a South Tyrol guest pass for free public transport plus more. She was always available by message, and made the stay perfect. The house was just incredible. Absolutely spotlessly clean with everything you need for a stay from dishwasher tablets to extra towels etc. The views were great, we sat on the balcony almost every day, just so peaceful and relaxing. We really enjoyed the jam & juice that Monika had made and gave us on arrival too, and loved watching the farmers that surround the property working - it really added to the experience! Thank you Monika for an amazing stay, we will definitely be back and would recommend anyone to stay here, it is phenomenal!!

A very nice place. Great view from the bedroom and from the kitchen to the mountains. In the garden you can meet the owners' pets :) Lisa is very helpful, the flat clean and spacious.

We absolutely loved the place. It was so beautiful and peaceful and we loved the town. It did take a while to get to Tre cime and Cadini di Misurina - as we were visiting for the first time so wanted to see the most popular spots. But there are loads of walking and hiking opportunities nearby. And Ortisei (where the gondola for Seceda is) is only an hour drive. It was lovely to just sit outside with a morning coffee or evening snack and smell the wood, watch the nature. I even saw a weasel running across the grass which was very cute. We will definitely come back and explore the local area properly next time.

This place was fantastic, nice little apartment with everything you need, including a well-equipped kitchen! The hot tub was a delight after hiking all day. Theresa welcomed us when we arrived and was very helpful and quick to respond to messages. Highly recommend this place to anyone travelling in this area!

An outstanding place to stay! It's huge and perfectly set up. The interior design is amazing, a great modern interpretation of traditional Tirolian style. The huge hot tub, which was ready to use when we arrived, and the Finnish sauna are amazing highlights.. The apartment is located in the center of the small town with stores, restaurants, and wonderful trails in easy walking distance. This stay was a special experiance that we will remember for a long time to come! 10 out of 10.

Great chalet, great lake views. The only drawback of the first floor apartment is the footpath and if you should be lazy on the couch and do not want to be examined by hikers, you have to close the curtains. Otherwise very well located as a hiking starting point. The view from the hot tub leaves nothing to be desired and in the sauna you can relax comfortably.

Beautiful apartment right next to the ski lift. We visited during low season and it was just as serene. Would definitely go back

Wow, wow, wow this place is so beautiful and magical. Views of the Dolomites straight out your window. Beautifully appointed cabin with everything you need. The spa and saunas are fantastic after a day of exploring this incredibly gorgeous part of our planet. Ilaria is the most welcoming host even offering fresh eggs and locally made cheese. This portion of our Italian holiday will remain etched in our memories forever.
