Waterfront holiday rentals in Oban

We felt very comfortable right away. The accommodation was super nice and the view was breathtaking - especially because of the seals we could watch 😍 thanks to the binoculars provided by Tony. We would come back anytime! Thx ☺️

I absolutely loved my day at Simon's place. The location is stunning, especially with the bay windows looking out to the sea. The little café down the road was wonderful and it was so nice arriving to some local coffee and a packet of shortbread! Simon was very helpful and accommodating, especially when my husband and child decided to join me for the end of my trip. He happily provided more linens, and even let me charge my electric car using his port. He also offered use of his BBQ and left us coals to use while he was away. You couldn't ask for more! The location was perfect for a relaxing day, and lots of beautiful walks. I also managed to get a bit of work done too! I will certainly be booking again, Both for myself and for some family.

Sarah’s cozy, clean home was so comfortable and practical! The beds were so comfy! Our hostess was very responsive to any inquiries we gave her. Having the crib/ cot already set up for us was such a hospitable touch. We loved taking our morning coffee in the cozy window seat and soaking in the stunning views!

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb during Christmas! The cozy atmosphere, prime location, and festive surroundings made it a memorable holiday experience.

Great place to stay, super big and within walking distance to river. Charlotte stayed nearby and was available when we needed help. There is a convenience stall and pub nearby. Nicely designed and well equipped place, just thicker walls would be awesome!

Brilliant stay in a fabulous location, Having stayed in the area for over 10 years on fishing trips this is the best, absolutely spotless lovely and cosy with views to die for, be it wildlife or weather watching (seen otters on the last day) it’s hard to move from the sofa or even put the tv on looking out the big picture window also it has the comfiest bed ever. The location is also excellent being close to Oban for restaurants, shopping etc but also for a lovely drives north to Glencoe etc also 2 mins away from the fabulous beach at Ledaig with its amazing views. Lovely little touches too, flowers and welcome pack with shortbread, tea, coffee milk and sugar to get you started. Will definitely be returning If I can loved it x.

Lovely place to stay. Chrissie gave very helpful instructions to find the accommodation as well as some good recommendations. Everything was as described and had everything needed for a quiet stay. Good fishing places nearby. Local cafe was great too. Chrissie was very friendly

We really enjoyed the location of this apartment! Based on photos and part of the description I did think this was an entire home- not a duplex, but it was still plenty of space! The house was cute, modern & fully stocked with everything you need! We hiked Ben Nevis right down the road, and walked into town for lunch and shopping. Great place to stay!

Wow! Wow! Wow! We were totally blown away by how amazing this place is. What a beautiful, characterful home. Very easy space to relax in, with everything you need and more. Stunning location. Sitting in the window or on the front porch the views were mesmerising. Half an hour to Loch Lomond and The Cobbler. Discovered the sailing club across the road and watched sailing races while enjoying a G&T. Brian the host is so helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend staying here and would stay here again when we visit this part of Scotland. Thank you for a wonderful trip.

The accommodation is lovely, superb views over Loch Tay. Upstairs area is very spacious, well equipped throughout. Thoughtful touches left such as tea, coffee, sugar, shortbread and milk. Kim also messaged to let us know the place would be ready earlier than the listed checkin time which we really appreciated.

The promise of the view was fabulous and we were not disappointed. If you are looking for a peaceful and secluded place, this is the place. It is not perfectly placed if you are looking for tourist places to visit but the place is enough for itself for a few nights and it is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the calm. The bedrooms and living rooms are very beautiful and well decorated. Thank you for providing a beautiful home like this.

Totally loved our stay in Michelle's sweet house - Oban is a fantastic base and this house is super close to public transport hubs - very very convenient. The place is convenient, cosy and fun. Sincere thanks to Michelle for the early check in adn thoughtful provision of milk etc as well. Loved it.

This home was amazing. Just what we needed to use as a base for our Ben Nevis climb. Owner super helpful and friendly. Her little welcome pack was so thoughtful and everything we needed was there. Such a beautiful please to stay with the sheep, deer and mountains to see out the window. Perfect.

We loved our stay at Cobbler View. The setting was beautiful and such a lovely place to come back to after a day exploring. The accommodation was clean and cosy and very well equipped. Carol and Don were excellent hosts and welcomed us on arrival but left us to enjoy our stay. We knew they were available if we needed them. Thank you!

We had a great experience in this apartment! They have all the kitchen supplies needed and the space feel cozy. It's next to the Scottish Event Centre so the location is ideal for events and the City Sightseeing Bus passes at the corner. We would go back!

Jill is a wonderful host. Such a lovely place and we felt very welcomed and cared for. Woodside is a very interesting house to stay in. The views are amazing and the house is spacious and very well equipped. Jill is very thoughtful host who goes the extra mile in providing really nice snacks. The apartment is located beautifully right next to lake long so we enjoyed coffee and coffee and diner looking at the beautiful scenery. The apartment is spacious and provides everything you need. We’ve never checked in into an Airbnb as beautifully equipped and carefully stocked as this apartment. There was free drinks and even food and a very special welcome for us. Communication was always quick and easy, proactive and helpful. Would recommend the apartment anytime - we had the best time!

Great location and an immaculately clean apartment. Parking right outside and Jenny responded quickly to all my queries. We had a lovely stay.

Optimally located accommodation, which was lovingly furnished and clean. Communication with the hostess was also excellent.

We really loved our stay here. The views are first class and it's a very short walk to the action in the village. John, the host, answered any queries we had very promptly and in a friendly manner. The flat is modern and cosy and having two shower rooms was great and check-in and out was a breeze. If I had one niggle, the flat could do with a cafetiere to make coffee but, that's really digging deep for faults. I would highly recommend and would definitely stay there again. Excellent value too.

Was here for a couple of nights on our way home from Skye during a period when the weather was perfect. The flat is lovely and is on the top floor of the building opposite the castle. The location is beautiful and Lochgoilhead and the Goil Inn are not too far away. Need to book ahead though if you want to eat at the Goil Inn, which we did on both nights - others coming in after us were turned away though. The Boatshed, which opens at 10am, was great for breakfast.
