The house is very nice and large, the cleanliness is very good, the temperature in the pool and jacuzzi is always excellent, the sound system that it has allows you to enjoy yourself a lot and have fun because it also has karaoke. The host was always attentive and was very attentive upon arrival, he explained the important things to us in detail. Very good experience, I would return without hesitation.

I am a fan of Lomas de Cocoyoc, we have already had different good experiences and Casa Cardenal was no exception, Mayte's service was always good and Felix was always attentive, he came in the mornings to clean the pool and make sure it was at a good temperature in a very discreet and respectful way, the house is in an excellent location, very comfortable, we were a group of 10 and the pool was the perfect size, the pool temperature was ideal.

Josue's house is STUNNING! Photos don't do the scenery justice. The house accommodated our family of 5 adults and 3 kids and an infant with more than enough room. Lety was so sweet and attentive and helped us arrange for food delivery and cooked breakfast for us, we loved her! would visit again any day without hesitation!! ❤️

My family and I spent a few wonderful days of rest, Oscar is very kind and attentive at all times, the house is spectacular with everything you need to feel at home, the pool was always at an adequate temperature, everything clean, no one bothered us at all. No questions and would recommend. 10/10.

The stay at Casa Los Arcos was excellent, we had a very pleasant weekend, the house had all the services, the pool was clean and with a good temperature, everything was very nice. You can tell that the house is constantly maintained, I would definitely return without thinking.

Very comfortable and friendly place, Mr. Enrique was very attentive days before arrival, at the time of arrival he received us very kindly and was always attentive to any detail, he gave us our privacy, the neighbors were friendly, the residential area is very safe, the views are very beautiful, you feel at home, the arrival of the travel service by app (Didi, Uber) was a little late so they do ask that it be on time (Although taxis pass by on the road and leaving the residential area there is a base of them), I would definitely return, I highly recommend it.

Jorge was super kind always , answering my message and help me with my request. And Angelica was amazing. She provide to us a very good service, I think is his mom.

This home gave us some of the most relaxing and beautiful vacations we've had. The area is perfect. Hosts are warm and empathetic. The house is beautiful, high ceilings, cool. The beautiful green areas, full of trees, with a cool and huge pool, almost for us alone. We will always be back. Thank you!

We had an excellent long weekend in Tepoztlán. Raul gave us excellent recommendations, and Alfredo kept in touch with us to make sure everything was going well. The place is perfect for a peaceful getaway, and the rooftop was amazing! We’ll definitely be back!

We loved it, everything was as shown in the photos, clean, tidy and with more than enough things to spend our month's vacation comfortably. We would return without hesitation. The view from the apartment is very nice, the pool is huge and the water was super nice every day (May-Jun); my husband, my two teenage children and I enjoyed all the facilities that the Cluster has, tennis, paddle tennis, basketball and a super good gym, 100% recommended. a comfortable place to stay, clean, tidy at a convenient price only that there are not many things nearby especially if you go without a car. fight a little with the hot water but my mistake since I had a solution and don't ask, the bad thing is that there is no cellular signal but you do not get incommunicado by the internet that there is although in a few moments it is disconnected.
