Das örtliche Einkaufszentrum sowie Lebensmittelgeschäfte, Apotheke, Bäcker, Fitnessstudio sind fußläufig erreichbar. Der Bahnhof Bludenz ist ebenfalls zu Fuß in weniger als 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Der Bus (welcher vor der Haustüre abfährt) bringt dich innerhalb kürzester Zeit zum nächsten Skilift.

The apartment is located in the basement (6 steps down but very light), south facing, sunny, quiet, with separate entrance for undisturbed privacy. The apartment has a garden/playground of 1.000 m2 where children, dogs and adults feel at home far away from the traffic. Free access to our Co-working office in the neighbour house.

Our paradise invites you to relax. The guest room and bathroom as well as the living room (where there is a small fridge, a Nespresso coffee maker and a kettle) are located in the attic with beautiful views of Lake Walen and the Churfirsten. OTHER IMPORTANT NOTES Our cat also lives in the attic, which shares the bathroom and the living room. It has a parking in front of the house and a seating area with a fireplace. It is about a 10-minute walk to the city center. There is a thrift market in the immediate vicinity. All transport connections to the popular regions are in the immediate vicinity.
