This place is located very near the beach and has been newly remodeled. Great place to stay and a lot of restaurants nearby.

Abbiamo trovato questa struttura per caso ed eravamo già colpiti dalle foto per la bellezza degli ambienti ma nella realtà erano ancora più accoglienti e confortevoli. Andrea è stato un Host davvero fantastico, al nostro arrivo siamo arrivati e ci ha dato tutte le informazioni del caso compreso vari consigli utili su posti locali. La struttura si è presentata davvero confortevole e ancora più bella rispetto alle foto, tutto completamente ristrutturato e avere il plus di avere colazione e struttura balneare incluso sicuramente rende il soggiorno ancora più gradevole. Oltre a questi grandi punti di forza è la centralità dell’appartamento davvero comodo a tutto, il supermarket è a 2 minuti, parcheggio gratuito a massimo 5 minuti, in 10 minuti si è in spiaggia e in 5 in centro paese. Una soluzione davvero fantastica. Consigliatissimo

Potrei descriverla con un semplice: “wow” . Posto davvero incantevole e casa stupenda. Curata nei minimi particolari con una bellissima vista mare. Abbiamo soggiornato tre giorni e posso solo dire che mi sono sentita come a casa mia. La casa ha superato tutte le mie aspettative, è stata calorosa, molto pulita e accogliente ( come anche l’host Angelica, che la ringrazio infinitamente) . Era dotata di tutto il necessario, forse anche più del dovuto! Si trovano raramente questi gioiellini, quindi posso solo che consigliarla! Un posto davvero incredibile!!!😍 Ritornerò sicuramente 😊😊

We are traveling with a 3 year old kid and were looking for a nice place for the whole family to stay in Fano for a week. Stefano made our stay here just great! Stefano was very helpful during check-in and check-out time, he met us for an early check-in and was super flexible with the late checkout as well. This was very convenient for us and much appreciated! Location is great- an easy walk to the beach (where Stefano have arranged sunbeds and umbrellas for all of us), and a short walk to the downtown too! the place has parking space for the car, and includes breakfast options, which we used daily. Overall it was a beautiful experience, our family gad a great time here!

We had a lovely stay in this beautiful house which had everything we needed. Sirola is a wonderful town with amazing views, restaurants and beaches. We were able to completely relax and enjoy ourselves.

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno davvero piacevole in questo appartamento a Sirolo. La posizione è perfetta, proprio nel cuore del centro storico, comoda per raggiungere tutto a piedi. L’alloggio era pulito, ben curato e dotato di tutto il necessario per sentirsi a casa. Un grande valore aggiunto è il parcheggio privato, comodissimo in una zona dove trovare posto può essere complicato. Silvia è stata sempre disponibile e attenta alle nostre esigenze. Consigliatissimo!

casa con un'ottima posizione, vicinissima al mare. Eravamo una coppia con un cagnolone e abbiamo molto apprezzato la disponibilità e la discrezione di Pamela. appartamento tranquillo, ottimo come punto d'appoggio per visitare i dintorni e godersi il mare, anche d'inverno. Pulito e caldo. Grazie per l' accoglienza nella nostra prima (ma sicuramente non ultima!!) visita nelle Marche. A presto

Leonardo was incredibly quick to respond and helpful. The apartment is beautiful with amazing views of the surrounding area. Although we visited in November I’m sure it would be an amazing summer place when warmer and sunnier. Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed Marco’s beautiful house! We were really impressed by the house, the outdoor area, the surroundings and the peace and quiet. The swimming pool was amazing! Bigger than the pictures! The house was superclean, so beautiful decorated with rare art and nice furniture! The house and the outdoor area was even better than the pictures! Marco and his wife is super friendly and answers quickly to any questions you may have! Highly recommended place to rent! Would definitely go back! Thank you Marco for being so nice!

L'accueil de Cristina (maman de Marco) était impeccable, le logement propre, plutôt bien équipé (hormis l'absence de micro-ondes) et l'aire de jeux pour enfants/piscine sont formidables. Le logement est à 2km de la mer, dans une ambiance calme et un cadre magnifique.

Casina è una caratteristica e confortevole sistemazione nel cuore di Porto Recanati. La casa si sviluppa su tre piani, arredata con cura e dotata di tutti i comfort. A pochissimi passi dalla casa, sia il lungomare con stabilimenti balneari e ristoranti, sia il centro di Porto Recanati con tutti i servizi a portata di mano. Ideale per chi come noi era in vacanza con bambini piccoli: ci si muove benissimo a piedi e la ZTL serale garantisce tranquillità e sicurezza. Se poi si vuole fare un giro nel bellissimo entroterra marchigiano (Recanati, Loreto, ecc.), tutto è facilmente raggiungibile. Alessandro è un padrone di casa gentilissimo, attento e sempre super disponibile: una vacanza con i fiocchi, siamo stati divinamente!

Eine wirklich schöne Unterkunft, wir konnten unseren Aufenthalt sehr genießen. Das Haus liegt ruhig im Grünen und hat einen tollen Garten, den man sowohl bei Tag als auch bei Nacht genießen kann. Wir konnten viel Spaß im Pool haben und mussten uns gleichzeitig nicht so sehr um unser Kind sorgen, da der Beckenrand schön hoch ist und es nicht allein hineinklettern oder fallen konnte. Das Haus ist geschmackvoll gestaltet und sehr geräumig. Bis zum nächsten Strand sind es nur ein paar Minuten Autofahrt und es sind auch ansonsten viele Ausflugsziele in der Nähe. Fabio, der Manager, und auch die Besitzer selbst waren sehr freundlich und sofort zur Stelle, als wir einmal Hilfe benötigten. Danke! :-)

Kaunis luonto ja alue, ihana allas jota putsattiin usein! Yksityinen piha ja todella siisti asunto. Simone vastasi nopeasti aina viesteihin ja oli hyvin ystävällinen ja joustava! Kaikki sujui loistavasti ja meillä oli ystävieni kanssa erittäin hauskaa.

Our family (ages 3-66) had a wonderful week staying at Giorgio's villa. The villa is even more stunning in real life and we were blown away by the style, cleanliness and location. The pool is amazing. Our kids loved it. The villa is so private which made it even more perfect! Giorgio is a perfect host. We didn't finish at the airport until 9.30pm and then it was an hours drive and Giorgio waited up for us and guided us to the villa. He was incredibly kind and friendly and communication was easy and helpful. We would definitely come back and are so grateful to have experienced an amazing week in Altidona in a beautiful home. Thank you Giorgio for being so helpful with recommendations to cafes/restaurants. See you next year!

Where can I start...loved it, loved it, loved it! So much so that we asked to stay an extra night. The whole place is spotless, the grounds are beautiful and the staff makes you feel at home. Having the use of bycicles was very handy to get around too. Thank you, Village Tibiceco!

Pobyt spełnił wszystkie nasze oczekiwania . Dom jest nowoczesny -odpowiada opisowi i zdjęciom z ogłoszenia . W każdym pomieszczeniu jest klimatyzacja. Każdy pokój oferuje wysoki standard. Kuchnia jest w pełni wyposażona. Dom bardzo czysty. Dziewczyna opiekująca się willą ( Gaia) oraz właścicielka są przesympatyczne i bardzo pomocne . Zawsze dostępne, chętnie udzielały wskazówek dotyczących okolicznych atrakcji , restauracji i odpowiadały na wszystkie pytania. Podsumowując, pobyt w tej willi był prawdziwą przyjemnością. Wszystko, od wnętrz, przez basen i lokalizację było na najwyższym poziomie. Serdecznie polecam tą willę każdemu, kto marzy o relaksującym wypoczynku we Włoszech nad Adriatykiem !

La signora Luciana è estremamente amichevole, gentile e disponibile. La camera da letto è abbastanza grande ed accogliente, fornita di ventilatore. Il bagno è forse un po’ vecchiotto ma comunque è dotato di tutti i comfort e tutto ciò di cui si necessita durante un soggiorno al mare (asciugamano, phon, bagnoschiuma, carta igienica). La casa è molto grande e situata in ottima posizione, vicinissima al centro e al porto. Consiglio questo alloggio a tutte le persone che vogliono scoprire la meravigliosa costa del Conero.

The apartment was perfect for our stay, with everything we needed, central yet in a quiet part of town with plenty of great places to eat within a few minutes’ walk. Our host gave us fantastic tips for fish restaurants and places to swim. We weren’t there for a holiday, but it felt like one.

Logement spacieux et fonctionnel. Proche du centre et de la gare .Hôte très accueillant qui nous a donné tous.les renseignements utiles . Très bon rapport qualité prix !Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir. Prévoir, peut-être un micro-ondes et une couverture supplémentaire. Ceci n'est qu'un détail !Nous avons été très satisfaites.Nous remercions encore Mattia et ses parents pour leur gentillesse.

Amazing location with private parking right across from the beach. The apartment was clean, tidy, and perfect for a family vacation. Laura and her husband were incredibly friendly and responsive—when we mentioned the pillows were a bit too small for us, they brought us extra ones the same day. Highly recommended!

This was a typical fisherman dwelling. It was really pretty, cosy, well looked after and it had all you needed. The location is superb with all the bars and the restaurants just few steps away, also the beach is nearby. The place is perfect for a couple. Manola was a very attentive and very helpful host. We had a lovely time!

Alloggio fantastico in zona centralissima. Deborah host fantastica che ci ha accolto di persona e ha ci aiutato in tutte le richieste. Casa bellissima su due piani e curata nei dettagli e vicina a tutti i servizi fondamentali. Soggiorno fantastico!

l'appartamento di Armando è stato appena ristrutturato con gusto e senso pratico, è molto ben accessoriato e si trova in zona centrale, molto comodo per la spiaggia e per la stazione

Vacanza meravigliosa come è stata anche meravigliosa la casa e il suo magnifico giardino. Siamo stati pochi giorni e non volevamo andarcene più perché ci sentivamo a casa ma con la differenza di aver vicino il mare e la campagna.. Antonella e suo marito ( I Titolari della casa ) sono persone gentilissime e molto disponibili..appena siamo arrivati abbiamo avuto una bellissima accoglienza e ci siamo sentiti da subito a nostro agio. I nostri cani con quel giardino immenso e stupendo si sono divertiti davvero tanto. I nostri figli nelle spiagge vicine hanno fatto amicizia perché era pieno di bimbi e comodità come giochi in spiaggia. Se ci fosse la possibilità di dare 10 stelle all’annuncio le avremmo messe tutte e 10. PS. LA CASA È MOLTO PIÙ BELLA DAL VIVO CHE DALLE FOTO SUL SITO!! Consigliamo a tutti di vivere questa bellissima esperienza!!
