Apartment holiday rentals in Nova Ponente

We had a wonderful stay. The views and nature around the house are amazing. Dani and Flori were very helpful. We followed their recommendations for restaurants, activities, transportation and more. All of their recommendations were excellent. We enjoyed the farm tour, learning about the orchards and a nice history of the area. The apartment is very clean, and even better than the photos show. Overall it was a great stay.

From the warm welcome of strudel and apple juice from their orchard, to ensuring we had all we needed, staying at Monika's home in St Martin in Passeier was a highlight of our trip. I would not hesitate to recommend this home away from home to anyone wanting a relaxing break. There is not one negative or drawback to this stay, it was beyond our expectations. Amazing views, and the most wonderful home and amenities. The views are even more spectacular to wake up to than the website is able to show. Both the Holidu team and Monika the owner were incredibly helpful and responsive to any and all queries. My only tip might be to do a shop on the way as you will not want to leave once you have arrived! (seriously) .

I was very happy of area, accomodation and with very positive approach of the owner. Me and my family enjoyed it a lot. I will be glad to come there again for a great holliday.

Nice place to stay, quite, peaceful and the view was quite nice, the Apartment location was good and you can explore dolomites area. Aaron the host was very helpful and very communicative, he will assist or give you the information whenever you ask. In the morning they always serve you with the special cake, you just have to pick up in front of the door. I recommended you guys to stay at the apartment..

Best apartment in Europe v modern and wonderful location

We stayed at Monika and her family for Christmas and had a great time. The location is beautiful, surrounded by enchanting landscapes. The apartment is characteristic and clean. The family was welcoming and available so much so that we could find typical cookies for Christmas. Perhaps the only downside is that the property should be reported more along the provincial road to be found more easily. We will definitely be back!

Great stay, very clean and quiet apartment in the mountains!

The stay met our expectations in excess. Beautifully located, well-equipped, comfortable, with fabulous views from the windows. Great host - communicative, welcoming, smiling. In Lajen itself - great tourist information, grocery and restaurant facilities. The neighborhood has perfect conditions for walking, bicycles, and a lazy rest.

Günther was an exceptional host—very attentive and welcoming! The place was beautiful, and my entire stay was truly amazing. I would definitely stay here again if I return to the area. I have absolutely nothing negative to say about my experience.

Very pleased with our stay. The flat is beautiful and spacious. There’s plenty of room to gather and lounge. The kitchen is very spacious with an efficient dishwasher. The view is incredible, overlooking mountains, fields, and grazing cows. Location was easy to find with instructions from the host & a rental car. There are lots of hairpin turns to reach the flat but once you do it you get used to it. There are small markets nearby for groceries. The bus was an excellent feature that we used to get into town/ visit Bolzano. Our host was responsive and incredibly pleasant, offering nice conversation and recommendations. Would definitely recommend this Airbnb.

We spent two days here with the girl and I can say with confidence that this is the best place we have ever found through this app. Unique location, clean apartment, breathtaking panorama, jacuzzi and sauna were a pleasant surprise, especially in rainy weather. Wonderful stay, Monika was super welcoming and thoughtful both by making sure we were satisfied during the stay and offering suggestions on activities to do in the area. The house is very nice, clean, the view is breathtaking, and the surroundings are wonderful.

I'm very happy to have stayed in Hedwig's house. I particularly appreciated the spacious apartment, which makes a difference when you come to ski and when you have a small child, as in my case. We found a house in perfect order, very well maintained, with many beautiful plants. Hedwig welcomed us with a great homemade strudel; communication with her was easy and we had maximum freedom regarding check-in and check-out. I skied in the Latemar area, starting from Obereggen, where you can get there in ten minutes by car, and the Cermis, with Cavalese about half an hour away by car. Thanks Hedwig for hosting us, I hope to be able to come back another time!

We visited in late May. The pictures match the experience. It is peaceful and less busy than nearby Ortisei (which is a pleasant downhill walk or free bus trip away). Some would say the town was too quiet that time of the year as many restaurants and bars were closed. The accommodation was spotless and undercover parking. We hiked each day and enjoyed the accommodation.

We had the most amazing three night stay here. It was such a beautiful apartment with spectacular views. We felt right at home and honestly, didn’t want to leave. Some good hikes right behind the apartment too but a car is still a must to travel around the area. Giulio was very responsive and took the time to answer all my questions and had a lot of local recommendations. It was a public holiday / long weekend when we visited so cooked all our meals with ease in the kitchen. Will be returning !!

We love Davide’s place! This is a converted barn which is very well designed. The space is comfortable has a small kitchen and a very nice bed on the attic. There is a nice pool and a great view. There is also a great outdoor balcony/patio space (covered). Davide is a great host. Helpful and friendly. We would certainly recommend it!

Wow, wow, wow this place is so beautiful and magical. Views of the Dolomites straight out your window. Beautifully appointed cabin with everything you need. The spa and saunas are fantastic after a day of exploring this incredibly gorgeous part of our planet. Ilaria is the most welcoming host even offering fresh eggs and locally made cheese. This portion of our Italian holiday will remain etched in our memories forever.

We have stayed at a lot of air bnb’s and the most noteable thing that put Robert’s place ahead of the rest, besides the amazing view and beautiful property, was how welcoming and generous he was. In addition to great recommendations, he went the extra mile to greet us with a thoughtful basket of goodies upon arrival. The property was also impeccably stocked with everything you could possibly need from first aid kits, fully stocked kitchen, and extra toiletries making our stay comfortable and stress free. It is clear the host put a lot of care into creating a great experience for his guests. We highly recommend staying here and would love to come back!

We spent a wonderful 6 days in South Tyrol and found the perfect retreat for our stay with the Chalet Rueper Hof. The overwhelming view, the very high-quality amenities, the seclusion and tranquility as well as the hospitality of Bettina (and Oswald) made our vacation perfect. The optional breakfast is lovingly prepared and highly recommended. We will also miss the daily petting of the farm's own goats. We'll be back!
