The place is exactly as shown in the photos, extremely clean and in a quiet and quiet neighborhood. Dona Carmen is a very dear and attentive hostess, always willing to help. We love it.

We returned to Nova Petrópolis for another stay and, once again, everything was perfect! The house is beautiful, cozy and full of care that makes a difference. The pampering was a special treat - a surprise that shows how much Gabriel dedicates himself to every detail of the experience. Thank you for another amazing stay!

Fernanda was always very helpful. I would immediately answer any questions. She was attentive and flexible both at check-in and check-out. Her parents welcomed us for the key handover and are extremely friendly. The house is exactly as described in the ad. Spacious, organized, clean, soft sheets, blankets and towels, with all the accessories for preparing food and coffee. Wonderful view. Integrated living room with a super spacious kitchen. Fireplace, air conditioning, internet, TV with all access. Only compliments, with just one complaint. Wonderful place to enjoy with up to 8 people (4 couples, for example). We can't wait to come back.

The on-site experience was wonderful. House in a perfect location for commuting to nearby municipalities, which was our goal, and thus be able to get to know several places. The house is very comfortable and is super well equipped. Simone is a very pleasant person, super attentive, always seeking to make guests as comfortable as possible. The daily rate is very good, and it is well worth it. We'll be back, for sure.

Great house! We really liked the size, location, cleanliness and the fact that it has a patio (even if small) for our pet. Exactly as it appears in the images. Just as a suggestion, I believe there could be more furniture in the rooms (we had to leave our suitcases on the floor) and maybe a fireplace, to improve the experience in the mountains. As a negative point, only the fact that the car gate is manual and the showers are coming out with little water.

Unforgettable Experience. The property is a true getaway in the midst of nature: wide, quiet and surrounded by very green. For those looking for peace of mind, this is the ideal place. Nature Contact – There are light hiking trails, open spaces perfect for picnics, and a stream/waterfall so close that the sound of the water packs sleep every night. Outdoor Structure – We enjoy bonfires under the starry sky and there are barbecue possibilities in a super well-assembled outdoor area. The feeling of freedom is total. Strategic location – Despite the peace of the countryside, the house is just minutes from Nova Petrópolis and other cities of the Serra gaúcha, full of attractions. It is easy to alternate between rest days and tours in the area. 10 Note Host – Maria Justina is extremely solicitous; from the first contact she was kind, answered quickly, and left everything ready for us to feel at home. Any questions or requests were answered in a moment.

Super I recommend the apartment! The location is excellent, the space is spacious, well maintained and very clean. Patrick was always helpful, attentive and responded quickly to all messages. For those who want to stay close to the city center and, at the same time, have easy access to trails and waterfalls, this is a perfect choice. I would definitely come back.

The place is surreal of beautiful, exactly as in the pictures. The view from the house gives straight to a valley. André was super attentive the whole time, he even left the possibility of checking in before the time, if the space was clear. We stayed 3 nights and enjoyed it a lot. There is a beautiful lake where we have a picnic, we walk on a pedal and enjoy the contact with nature. The village had ducks, rabbits, sheep… all this gave a special touch to the stay. Some points that could make the experience even better: I missed a frying pan in the kitchen (despite having plenty of kitchen utensils), the pillows were full, so for those who prefer something more quiet might be good to take yours. And a TV with better quality and positioned to bed would be great, especially for those who like to watch a movie or show in the cold. Overall, it was a great experience, super recommend and would definitely be back.

Perfect place! Hosts Vanderlei and Luiz put on a show of kindness and sympathy. They facilitated my group's check-in and stored the luggage until later. Ah! They respond super fast too. The apartment is extremely well equipped, with everything working perfectly. When we arrived, there was a bag with jam, toast and tea. Very thoughtful! We went as 4 people and the environment served perfectly, even though it only had one bathroom. The condominium and the region are also a show, a place full of trees. I was confused as to whether the living room spaces, shown in the photos, were private or belonged to the condominium. In fact, everything is private, in the photos it looks bigger (not that the size is bad, it's more because in the photos it looks like a communal space, but it's not). It is an apartment, where the living room, kitchen, one of the bedrooms and the bathroom are downstairs. Upstairs, there is a mezzanine that contains the living room with sofa beds and the other bedroom with air conditioning. I highly recommend it and I would definitely come back.

This was our second time in the apartment and our family had a lot of fun! The apartment is perfect, with plenty of space, a charming backyard, a beautiful view of the lake and a wonderful heated pool! We found the impeccable, clean and cozy apartment! The convenience is great! Nearby some of Gramado's top attractions! The host was always quick in the replies and did everything to make sure we had everything we needed. Patrícia also welcomed us very well and was instrumental in a very quiet stay! We can't wait to go back!

Great location and impeccable host! The apartment is perfectly situated, allowing you to explore the entire central region on foot with ease. We used the car only to visit more distant attractions, which was very practical. As for the space itself, it exceeded all expectations: extremely well-equipped, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We feel truly at home, thanks to the details and care evident in every corner. Without a doubt, this will be our first option on future visits to Gramado. We recommend without hesitation!

Wonderful space! The condominium is very beautiful and quiet, great for walking and cycling (bicycles are provided by the place). We had a small setback at the reception, but Daniela soon responded and clarified that it was a reception mix-up, but it was soon resolved. The loft itself is great too, very spacious, very comfortable bed and sofa bed, very complete kitchen and the coffee powder available was a plus! The bathroom is very good, the bathtub was great, my daughter loved it, I took advantage of it too and I didn't miss out hehe! You have the option to order breakfast separately, which is very good, we ordered the combo for two people and it served us 3! You can request firewood at the reception once a day, and they deliver a set of lighters, which makes it much easier! It is a great option for those who want to escape the madness of the center, the neighborhood is very quiet and has options to eat. I recommend Panni, which has very good things! Daniela was very helpful and attentive! We'll be back for sure!
