The apartment is wonderful and the access to the main street is very quiet. We had everything we needed with a quiet location and still close to a lot of restaurants. Coming back to staying with Felipe who was very kind and attentive throughout the stay.

The stay was very good, the apartment is large and very well equipped, air-conditioned, clean. The communication was great, there were no problems during our stay. We love it. I recommend it!

Returning today from Gramado (June 3) and I was delighted with Silvana's apartment, when we arrived we got a sparkling wine with welcome chocolates and we loved it, the apartment was super clean and is even more beautiful in person than in the photos, Rosa who welcomed us is a sweetheart and Silvana too! I just loved my stay in this flat! From the moment I entered, I felt a very good energy. The space is extremely clean, well maintained, and beautifully and cozily decorated — just like in the photos. The suite is spacious, with a super comfortable bed and modern bathroom, with central heating and all the details well thought out. The room is spacious, bright, with a pleasant view and a fireplace that makes the atmosphere even more special on cold nights. The location is another strong point: the apartment is perfectly situated between Gramado and the center of Canela, which makes it super practical to visit the main tourist spots in the region. The neighborhood is quiet, peaceful and safe - ideal for resting after a day of sightseeing. In addition, Ritiele was an exceptional host! Very attentive and friendly, she answered all questions with kindness and speed. I felt totally at home, as if I was at home. It was undoubtedly an incredible experience

What a wonderful place! One of the best places I've ever stayed at on Airbnb, Juliana always responded on time, the person who greeted me was her husband Gilberto, who was super helpful, explained the space and the surroundings very well. It was an incredible experience, excellent location, excellent infrastructure, I will return whenever possible to stay there.

Excellent experience!! The house itself is amazing, but all the attention and care the hosts give to the guests is something that elevates the stay to another level. My husband was on his birthday and put some heart cutouts, my son did not feel very well on the day of checkout and were super flexible worried about his well-being, leaving us calm for a late exit after his recovery. Only compliments, we will certainly return. Thanks for all care and kindness.

the Casa Afeto is a lovely place, highlighting, among so many qualities, comfort, beauty, luminosity and silence. Exactly what we were looking for. Perfect place! Hosts Vanderlei and Luiz put on a show of kindness and sympathy. They facilitated my group's check-in and stored the luggage until later. Ah! They respond super fast too. The apartment is extremely well equipped, with everything working perfectly. When we arrived, there was a bag with jam, toast and tea. Very thoughtful! We went as 4 people and the environment served perfectly, even though it only had one bathroom. The condominium and the region are also a show, a place full of trees. I was confused as to whether the living room spaces, shown in the photos, were private or belonged to the condominium. In fact, everything is private, in the photos it looks bigger (not that the size is bad, it's more because in the photos it looks like a communal space, but it's not). It is an apartment, where the living room, kitchen, one of the bedrooms and the bathroom are downstairs. Upstairs, there is a mezzanine that contains the living room with sofa beds and the other bedroom with air conditioning. I highly recommend it and I would definitely come back.

We didn't know Gramado and we went for Easter. It's a beautiful apartment, very complete and clean. It's centrally located and close to everything, very easy to access. The handover and return of the keys is very flexible, we arrived very late and we left in the early morning and there were no problems. We stayed 6 people and an infant and it is ideal. Beautiful decor, very comfortable beds, to highlight their linens and towels. All spotless

This was our second time in the apartment and our family had a lot of fun! The apartment is perfect, with plenty of space, a charming backyard, a beautiful view of the lake and a wonderful heated pool! We found the impeccable, clean and cozy apartment! The convenience is great! Nearby some of Gramado's top attractions! The host was always quick in the replies and did everything to make sure we had everything we needed. Patrícia also welcomed us very well and was instrumental in a very quiet stay! We can't wait to go back!

We had the best of all worlds, feeling like we were at home.
