Immaculately clean, comfortable and welcoming place to stay. Tom, our host, was fantastic throughout making communication easy. The Annex is beautifully decorated and well equipped with everything you might need including breakfast - the king-size bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was also extremely well equipped with lovely smelling toiletries, even toothpaste, with thick luxurious towels and a large shower. Set in a great, quiet location the annex is within a short stroll to the local pub which has a friendly atmosphere, great food/drink and a large garden. We would not hesitate in recommending and would certainly use again. Thank you for a lovely weekend stay.

On-street parking only but directly outside the property. Due to Covid 19 restrictions, and for the protection of guests, we currently leave a minimum of 24 hours between bookings.

We loved how peacefully quiet it was and how Lynne went out of her way to help us and provide everything we needed for a wonderful home away from home. Returning to my home county this was an ideal location, close to the city, and just a few minutes walk to the array of local amenities at Mapperley Plains. The guest suite was as described, had access to a lovely decking area at the rear of the property too with seating. Liz & Tom great attentive hosts.
