Entire private flat with own entrance set in the picturesque village of Laneham with lots of local attractions. Ideal for small families and couples looking for a countryside break or for work trips being reasonably close to Lincoln, Newark and Retford. The openplan living space and kitchen has everything that you need and the bedroom has plenty of storage and a nice comfortable bed. A great place to stay, very close to bus stop and the university. The common space is very clean and has a lot of things to do like pool table, arcade, piano, gym, and sauna. The room is comfy and has a TV that you could lay in bed and watch. Felt more like a hotel than a student accommodation :)

Great place for students especially those that go to NTU. It’s very close to uni less than 10 minutes and 6 minutes to the tram stop and city centre. Lovely and helpful staff ready to guide. Lovely studios.

Very centrally located (5 mins walk from the station) and close to the centre. Visited with my two children and the 4 of us were very comfortable in Katrina’s appartment. As Katrina lives in the appartment it is very homely and has all required equipment. Highly recommended.

Diane is a very nice and helpful person while my stay with him. The location is very convenient and easy access to bus stop, only 50 yards away. I would suggest if the bedroom can be fixed up with lock, that will be perfect.
