Fitness-friendly holiday rentals in Nottingham city centre

A great place to stay, very close to bus stop and the university. The common space is very clean and has a lot of things to do like pool table, arcade, piano, gym, and sauna. The room is comfy and has a TV that you could lay in bed and watch. Felt more like a hotel than a student accommodation :)

My friends stayed in this flat whilst their bathroom was being refurbished. It's a lovely homely flat in a great location and with a friendly responsive host. There were no problems and would definitely stay here again! thank you!

Great place for students especially those that go to NTU. It’s very close to uni less than 10 minutes and 6 minutes to the tram stop and city centre. Lovely and helpful staff ready to guide. Lovely studios.

Only stayed for one night, but the apartment and space I stayed in was beautiful. Felt like I had the whole apartment to myself as both hosts were out for the evening. Anna & Reece went out of their way to make my stay as homely as possible. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in Nottingham.

Tim is a helpful host, who helped with a couple of things and was really knowledgeable. The apartment is well equipped as per the description. It has a lovely aspect with big windows and trees outside onto New Walk. The parking is a convenient 200m away, but easily walkable into city centre. Building was quiet and well maintained. Love the phone chargers, electric blinds, speaker etc. for ease to use and everything labelled with easy instructions. Great quality air conditioner in the living space and fan in the bedroom were much appreciated on the hot days! Definitely recommend if you need to stay in the area.

The host was super accommodating for us and our circumstances. Clear instructions given at every stage and super comfy bed!

Kyle was really responsive to our questions and the apartment was really good. Clean and comfortable. Just missing a coffee table but Kyle is planning to sort this out. Is we ever needed to come back would defo stay here again. Thanks Kyle.

whoaw. What an incredible place to stay. Stunning cottage in an absolutely gorgeous setting with easy acces to many walks and places to visit. Spotlessly clean and a fully equipped kitchen with top-notch equipment with extra bonus of fridge and freezer. Jasper our dog was very well looked after and even Paula looked after him whilst we visited Chatsworth house. I loved the alpacas and their cute little voices. This little gem is a must if you vist the Peak District. one of the best if not the best Air B and B. we stayed in and we have been to many. Thanks Paula and Rob for looking after us. We didn't want to leave.

We stayed at Patricia’s place for 3 nights and loved every bit of it. The place is furnished thoughtfully and with modern amenities. Had good access to transport and has a great pool and gym. Patricia is also responsive and gave us some very useful tips. Look forward to coming back and highly recommend.

Absolutely stunning place – spotless, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. The host was warm, welcoming, and always quick to respond. Loved the peaceful vibe and thoughtful touches throughout the home. Perfect location close to everything, yet quiet and private. A truly five-star experience — I’d stay here again in a heartbeat!

The Pocklington is really lovely and the location was perfect with so much on your doorstep and the theatre and centre only a short walk. There is a multi storey car park round the corner which is locked at night. The apartment itself was spacious and designed for a luxury feel with a raised free standing bath in the large main bedroom. There was also a nicely designed second bathroom with sleek glass and black walk in shower. This is the only shower serving both bedrooms. There is a large en suite loo and sink in the first bedroom which I think could easily house a shower, better for 4 adults. Because the rooms are so large that they could take bigger beds to really go for that luxury feel but not a complaint more a suggestion as it was very comfortable and I slept really well. The only quibble was I received a lot of unnecessary automated messages asking for things I didn't need to do as an Airbnb guest but Kyle always responded immediately to any questions. Highly recommended.

Great place cor two families to stay together. plenty of space.

Myself, my partner and our dog had a wonderful few days at Bridgefoot cottage, the photos don't do it justice is is bigger than it looks and so cosy. the garden is such a gem our dog loved it, fully enclosed and the hot tub was perfect after a long walk in the morning. Cottage itself was pristine, full of character and had everything we needed so we didn't need to contact the host for anything additional but I'm sure he would have been quick to help if we needed it. We cooked most nights but did order from the Indian (menu in the welcome book) which was a lovely change, we also walked into Calver and had some cake from the cafe there next to the Spar shop which was delicious. Great location with lots of beautiful walks nearby, one starting over the bridge and another if you turn left out of the cottage and continue down the lane you will pass through sheep fields and find yourself at Froggat woods. It truly felt like a home away from home and we would love to return in the future

Great place to spend the night, perfect for what we needed

We were Bengisus first ever AirBnB guests and she and her partner are probably the most attentive and friendly hosts I’ve ever had! Check in was easy as anything, the property was immaculate, loads of toiletries and amenities, I’ll absolutely be back here!!

Tolu was professional and has excellent communication skills. She is very accommodating with us having lots of space. Kitchen is very modern and has washing machine, dishwasher, dryer and other items. Provided extra linens too. I would recommend her flat.

Idyllic stay in the beautiful Peak District. Lyndas special cottage was a treat, beautiful and cosy, with soft colored walls and tasteful fabrics , personal antiques, little touches in every corner. A good little kitchen, very comfortable bed and linens everything we needed and then some. Located Just outside friendly and vibrant Matlock. Wonderful walks from the property and a perfect place to explore the whole area. Lynda is a talented interior designer and it was a treat to get to stay in her delightful cottage. My dog was also welcome and loved the garden space that was ours. Lynda was very helpful and knowledgeable about places to visit with her love of the area. Thank you for a wonderful stay, we hope to be back.

Diane is a very nice and helpful person while my stay with him. The location is very convenient and easy access to bus stop, only 50 yards away. I would suggest if the bedroom can be fixed up with lock, that will be perfect.
