Apartment holiday rentals in Nottingham city centre

I have been staying for a fortnight and has extended my stay due to it safety and tranquility.Tihana ,the host is quick to respond and resolve.

Perfect 2 bed flat just outside Nottingham. It is lovely and clean and really well decorated. Great kitchen and brilliant outside space too. Asta was really responsive and super helpful! All in all, a brilliant stay!

The host Keiran was great, answered all questions quickly and was always willing to help. Easy check-in with the lock box, left for the weekend on our request (Keiran said it was usually removed after checking in). The apartment was lovely, clean with all we needed. Even a pint of milk in the fridge. There are towels provided (although as a larger person myself, quite small) Very well located for a night out in Nottingham and a short walk to the skylink on Friar lane, we used the apartment as a base for Download. There didn't appear to be any plugs in the kitchenette (or we just couldn't find them) this resulted in having to boil the kettle on the lounge floor. The windows in both bedrooms did open, but wouldn't stay open making it a hot night. Would definitely look into booking again if available next time we head to Nottingham.

Exactly as described and proved to be the ideal place to stay for a short visit to Nottingham close to all central amenities. Instructions to find the place were on point. Hosts always quick to reply to questions.

Really enjoyed our stay here. The place was clean and tidy, and the parking was a big plus, secure, right in the building and close to the access door, which made coming and going easy. The host was great too, quick to reply to any messages. Would definitely stay again!

Good to stay here again as it’s been booked out for a long time whenever I’ve tried which should tell you it’s a great place. Would recommend it to anyone.

Amazing place. Right next to the city centre, close to train station and not far from the canal. Perfect for my work trip but would be great for a weekend away too. Very cosy, homely feel.

Reasonable sized studio flat, and I made some great friends here (and saw some Llamas and Hawks on the animal event days which was an interesting extra), I loved that they cleaned my room with a hotel style turndown service weekly included in the price and while the apartment was basic it had everything I needed and restaurants and LIDL next door - just be aware it’s a little prison-like with the security so you’ll need to go down and manually unlock doors and gates to get any food deliveries etc - there’s no way of buzzing people in which is super annoying). I would decently stay here again as I liked having my own place and being around people and everything I needed.

A great apartment located in an old warehouse in a unique part of the city. When there was an issue with the lock upon check in, Adam sorted it out quickly. Well supplied kitchen for cooking. Biggest area for improvement is that the way the windows are light comes in very early in the morning this time of year. Just by chance we had eye masks. Adam said he’d work on fixing this but we recommend bringing eye masks in the meantime. It is about a 15 to 20 minute walk to the train station and about 30 minutes to Nottingham Castle. Enjoyed lunch at Ye Olde Trip to Jerusalem Inn at the base of the castle where Richard the Lionhearted met before leaving on his crusade. Two grocery stores nearby. Murat Food Center with a great bakery located just across the car park and Lidl located about a 10 minutes walk from the apartment. If you are here for several days, worth a day trip to Leicester to see the Richard III exhibit.

Booked Jo's place as I attended a wedding nearby and it was perfect. Had all the amenities, was cosy and clean. I recommend Jo's place!

We are UoN students who needed a place to stay for a few weeks at the start of August as we wrote some coursework. This place allowed us a private place to stay near campus at a cheap price. It is convenient. Would recommend to others in a similar place. Thanks y'all!

This was my second time staying with 'Kevin Dawn And Teams listings'. Although there were minor issues regarding check-in and a few missing kitchen amenities, the host were very helpful both times in resolving these issues. So thank you very much, I throughly enjoyed my stay and would recommend to other students to stay here.

Location was excellent for our purposes (in the center of the city, few minutes walking distance from the University, the market and the railway station) The host was a bit slow in responding before arrival in the UK, but issues regarding were resolved upon arrival at the airport. Overall the apartment was in good to excellent condition apart from some issues which were considered minor due to the relative short stay of 8 days. (One window was very tricky to open and close, the freezer needed some defrosting, one of the faucets had a broken drainer, no towels or sheets were changed during the length of our stay)

Great stay and lovely host. Comfortable room, well located. Left me to it but very responsive when needed.

Great place to stay. Lovely surroundings, friendly working farm, my kids loved seeing the piglets and feeding them. A walk into Lincoln in just over an hour, through the fields, brilliant. Super helpful and friendly host. Great hot tub with privacy, accommodation had everything needed for a great stay. Would highly recommend and happily stay again. Thanks Fen Farm

We had a wonderful experience, everything was WOW! From the quirky lift to the FAB art, superbly spacious bed, the coolest shower. We rented for a small gathering to celebrate my daughter’s 40th. She thought it an incredible space. Chic, very cool and comfortable. It really had everything we needed. We’re now looking for an excuse to go again! Thanks Rafaelle and team for helping to make my daughters birthday one to remember!

honestly amazing! originally staying in Nottingham as had training at the beginning of the week, but due to personal issues didn't want to stay in the area any longer than needed, wanted something quiet, peaceful and to fully relax. Had come across this little gem and I'm so glad I did! It was exactly what I needed! hidden away in the middle of nowhere, to fully unwind and detach from work and life. Was out everyday - everything is within an easy drive, but coming back every evening was a blessing. I love how there are no TV's! Sitting outside throughout the evening and nights is beautiful 💚🌳 AND the sheep! They are brilliant, once they see you walking to your hut they come running and barring soooo cute! Honestly if your wanting to get away and detach from stress and worries this is the place to go!! Inside is also decorated to such a high standard, and all the little touches are beautiful!

Had an amazing few nights at the Heathcote Hideaway. We’ve stayed in some beautiful places before but nothing comes close to here ! The cottage was absolutely pristine, had everything you could ever need, with some lovely home touches. Such peaceful surroundings and a stunning view from the hot tub. Thank-you for our stay, we hope to return !
