I had a wonderful stay at Jo’s studio apartment! The place was clean, and everything was just as shown in the pictures. The apartment was well-equipped with all the essentials, making my stay comfortable and hassle-free. Jo was an amazing host and very graciously allowed me to check in early, which made my trip so much easier. The neighborhood was also quiet yet. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and stress-free stay in Derby.

Just had an amazing three night stay in The Loft. Easy check in with great communication. Place was spotless and so peaceful. Walks right from the doorstep which was perfect for us and the Manifold Inn an easy 20min walk on quiet country lane. Food was delicious. Highly recommend a stay here and would love to return. Keep up the good work. :)

We had a fantastic stay at Richard’s place. It was perfect, nice and quiet and in beautiful surroundings. Richard was super responsive and very helpful! Highly recommend!

Super easy parking and clear and easy access into the flat which was immaculately clean and ready to enjoy. All the basics were there and the Sainsburys Local almost opposite was ideal to top up with. Had lunch at the Horse & Groom which is at the end of the road and had a great meal. Thanks Emma, you have done a great job!

Lovely property- just what we needed and a great shower! Parking was ok - not sure if climbers were also using the parking or if they were residents who climbed, but we were relieved to find a space. Also the pizza place is restaurant only on Friday and Saturday.. so as we brought our dog, we were glad to have brought supplies ;) Definitely would recommend.. thank you

Nice size studio with parking. Lovely comfy beds, nice bathroom and well equipped kitchen. We were up in the area for a Wedding and the studio was perfect. Would definitely recommend.

Great place to stay. Lovely surroundings, friendly working farm, my kids loved seeing the piglets and feeding them. A walk into Lincoln in just over an hour, through the fields, brilliant. Super helpful and friendly host. Great hot tub with privacy, accommodation had everything needed for a great stay. Would highly recommend and happily stay again. Thanks Fen Farm

Callow Barn. What a beautiful place in beautiful surrounding. Loads to see and do. Great walks. Great pubs. And a fantastic lido, but advisable to book a couple of days before you go to avoid disappointment

Excellent stay here , easy to find , good parking , nice and quiet , nice location for walking and fishing I’d say too .

What a lovely cottage! The views were spectacular! My daughters and I took many pictures of the countryside and of the adorable sheep grazing nearby. The cottage was perfect for resting up and refreshing between our trips to the Chatsworth House and Gardens. We have just stayed here for our honeymoon, eckington is so beautiful!! it’s a great little lodge to stay in & the hot tub is an added bonus and great after long days of walking etc. it was a good hub for all the outside activities most places like chatsworth, Bakewell, hardwick hall, Matlock and so on were between 20-40mins drive away so perfect for the day trips out. There were some lovely pubs and a little Italian in the village & Aldi is literally around the corner to stock up the fridge! The lodge itself was very clean, and a well equipped kitchen for at home meals/lunch making for days out. The only addition I would say that a spare blanket would be lovely for when chilling on the sofa! Rebecca was wonderful and anything you needed she was more than happy to accommodate! Would 100% recommend for a doggie or non doggie holiday away 🦮🐶

Our stay was nothing more than amazing . We felt at home and had everything we needed ,Wendy and her husband was fantastic hosts , so friendly and helpful . We was visiting chartwell house and Wendy’s house was a perfect stay over I would 100% recommend staying here .

Communication with Barbara was excellent. She was very friendly and accommodating. She was not put off by the fact we were attending a festival! The place was so charming and we loved saying hello to the dogs next door! Great location and we would definitely stay again. We loved all the extra little touches and the fact we could check in late. Thank you!

We had a great stay at Paul's house. We found everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The house is very well equipped and the surroundings are peaceful. There was always space to park in front of the house. The weather was warm, so we were able to enjoy the beautiful garden full of flowers. Paul was always proactive and very responsive whenever we needed anything. We totally recommend staying at his place!

We stayed here for a week late May/early June and all agreed that this is one of the nicest places -- if not the nicest -- that we have ever stayed in. The airbnb itself is beautiful. Simon was a gracious and generous host and had left the kitchen stocked with all kinds of goodies which he encouraged us to consume. We had 3 dinners at the Shoulder of the Mutton -- just because we so much liked their food -- took a number of hikes, checked out Liverpool and visited the Yorkshire Sculpture Park [very much worth the hour drive] and Chatworth. All was stunning. I can't recommend this place more highly.

Teresa and Kevin’s place is lovely. Although in their house don’t be put off by this it’s all your own space and completely private. Balcony is an amazing bonus especially in nice weather. Beautiful home and surroundings, safe and quiet and lovely countryside just what we wanted. Thanks so much

my stay was everything I needed, I stayed there 2 years ago and knew what to expect. Surroundings are so peaceful, loft has everything you need, walking distance to horse and jockey. Amanda always responds quickly if there are any issues.

We had a lovely stay for a wedding at nearby Eyam Hall. We were pleasantly surprised how much room there was in the flat. The lounge has windows overlooking the village square. We had everything we needed and given a bit more time would have enjoyed using it as a base for a bit more walking! We had a great Sunday lunch at the Bull’s Head in Foolow which was a very pleasant walk over the fields.

Anthony was very responsive to our inquiries regarding check-in and getting settled in the place. Our children really loved the loft area and sleeping up there. Everything was very cozy and eclectic. We especially loved the greenhouse-style kitchen and the unique feel of the place. There's a firepit, lawn area, picnic table and gazebo for guests to enjoy. It was centrally located, with a 15-25 minute drive to Chatsworth, Haddon House, Bakewell, and Lyme sites that we were there to see.

Absolutely stunning place – spotless, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. The host was warm, welcoming, and always quick to respond. Loved the peaceful vibe and thoughtful touches throughout the home. Perfect location close to everything, yet quiet and private. A truly five-star experience — I’d stay here again in a heartbeat!

Apartment offers easy access to Nottingham sites. Comfortable beds, well appointed kitchen, and great sitting area to relax after a day of exploring. Convenient grocery store right across the street. Check out the Bath Inn around the corner too.

Perfect little apartment for a weekend away we had loads of fun and very close to lots of the main walking routes. It was clean and cosy would recommend to anyone !

We had a lovely stay at Penny’s. The place was spotless and beautifully located with lots of greenery and wildlife nearby. Everything was easily accessible in the house and incredibly clean and tidy. Also in a great location with a lovely pub nearby and scenic walks only a short walk or drive away.
