The community has 3 beaches: a private sandy lake beach with a swimming dock, a river-front sandy beach with 15 million+ old shark teeth, and a fossil cliff beach. Fishing! Hot tub on the patio! While the home is not water front, all guests have access to the private community beach and common areas less than one mile from the house as well as an assigned boat slip. The house offers a year around hot tub, fire pit, gas grill, jacuzzi tub and indoor fireplace.
