Cozy cottage, incredible view and easy communication with the host and his housekeeper. Our stay in Icapui was wonderful, and much of it was due to the place we stayed. We returned to Fortaleza with renewed energy!

The house is very beautiful and comfortable! I loved the decoration and arrangement of the rooms. Our stay took place all as scheduled. The pool is delicious, super warm water! The house is located in a very quiet condominium, many houses still under construction, I don't know if it was the time we were, but we hardly found it with other residents/guests. The site is about 35 min from the beach center of the fort, we highly recommend car rental! Mariana the host was wonderful, always replied when I needed it very kindly. We definitely indicated and would come back!

Amilcar's house is a paradise in the mountains of the Itacaré coast. It is close to São José beach, in a private and safe condominium. You can also walk or drive to Prainha. The interior of the house is a whim and unparalleled comfort, the kitchen is complete, the bedding is of the highest quality, the air conditioners work perfectly, the rooms are spacious, and the staff Kaka and Neia are super attentive, available and polite. Any small problem or extra need we had was quickly addressed by the team. It was a very good stay, we were very satisfied with the experience! Amilcar is quick to respond via chat, and made great recommendations for a driver and cook. We really enjoyed the whole experience, and we'll be back more often if there's an opportunity!

The house is simply beautiful, cozy and super complete. The beach is wonderful for swimming and the surroundings are wonderful for those who want to be close to nature. Felipe is great, super attentive and made us feel very comfortable. I will return many times and recommend it to those who want tranquility, rest and comfort.

I've had a wonderful experience in this amazing home! The mansion is stunning, spacious and very well-equipped, with a heated pool that was a real differential, perfect for relaxing at any time of the day. The host was extremely kind and attentive throughout the stay, always available to help and respond promptly to any questions. One detail that made all the difference was the affection with which he received us — even sent us a special treat, which demonstrates the care and attention to the guests. I highly recommend this accommodation and would definitely come back again!

It's a little paradise! The house is beautiful, very spacious, lovingly furnished and decorated with beautiful things. The relaxing tranquility is fantastic. The property with the trees and flowering bushes and plants is a dream. You can experience the sunrise from your bed. I loved sitting on the terrace, looking at the river and watching the sunset. It's only a short walk to Jaguaripe. The dinner prepared by Maria is a special treat. I highly recommend this beautiful place. Home in a quiet, super organized location. Exactly as advertised. Juliana always quickly answered all our doubts and gave us suggestions of what to do in Cavalcante that is wonderful!

There were four of us there for a few days. Three adults and one toddler. Beautifully located house with access to the beach. We had a very nice time there.

Very nice, comfortable, secure and super well located It would only be missing a little renovation of the kitchen, but in general it is very good and I recommend it I would definitely rent it again

Second time in Felipe's space! I have returned and will return as many times as I can for the sea view, the wonderful beach, the Aqua service, the access to Beach Park and the apartment's amenities.

Our stay was great! The host was super understanding and flexible when we arrived. The photos match the location perfectly. Regarding the noises we saw in other reviews, they did not bother us, only sirens at specific times, nothing that would disturb us.

The stay was excellent, this is the second time I have stayed at the property, which has ample space, is extremely clean and organized, close to markets, pharmacies, bakeries, restaurants and the beachfront.

nice place, easy check in, comfy hammock overlooking the ocean and a comfy bed. the area is safe and the street has some beach bars and an upmarket supermarket. it is worth noticing that the hot water in the apartment wasnt working, but to be fair i did not mention this to our host during the stay because it was hot enough not to need it. i would recommend this place, very nice for the price paid

Great option, the beach in front has a high tide and it is not advisable to enter, but in 1km there is a quieter one and you can go on foot, and it is not crowded, very quiet. The apartment is great, it has everything you need and it's close to the market.
