My second time at Pedro’s apartment and I fully recommend.

Our stay was excellent. The house is great and has a very, very good location. Kitchen is complete, with great utensils, dishes, glasses, glasses, cutlery in excellent condition. Rooms with beds, showers and air-conditioning in perfect condition. The employee Ade was very attentive, every day she arranged the breakfast table and lunch with great taste and affection. Spotless cleaning. For those interested, ask for the contact of the cook Taty, who is very worthwhile. The house is next to the church and the Osvaldo bistro. The location has a path to the very beautiful beach. The house, besides being close to the restaurants and inns, is also next to the "square" of the condominium. Mr. José Breda and his wife were very attentive and nice. Communication was quick and clear. Anyway, we appreciate the stay and over indicate it. We'll be back for sure.

The room is beautiful, it looked even better than the pictures. It is in a great location and there is a 24/7 security guard. The only issue was primarily cosmetic ( the building looks old from the outside and the elevator buttons look half broken). Everything else was great.

The apartment's decoration is very tasteful, super well equipped. It's a bit tight for 4 people, but it accommodates them comfortably. Shower with high water pressure and very hot. I loved the condominium's leisure area, it is very beautiful and was empty (which was great) because the condominium is new. It has direct access to the beach and offers chairs and umbrellas. Poolside restaurant is ok, prices from 70 - 90 reais.

I had a wonderful experience at this apartment! The view of the sea is simply incredible, a true spectacle at any time of the day. The location is perfect, with easy access to restaurants, shops and tourist spots, which made our stay much easier. The apartment is extremely well organized, comfortable and impeccably clean, which made us feel very comfortable and safe. All environments are well cared for, and the decoration creates a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere. I highly recommend it for those looking for a quiet place, with a breathtaking view and excellent structure. I would definitely host again!

See, at the end, the only drawback regarding the Residential. Excellent apartment: spacious, with good bathrooms, large bedroom and bed, with the necessary utensils for preparing breakfast and small (or large) meals. Very pleasant and well-kept outdoor area, with a large and beautiful swimming pool. Close to the beach, 200 m, 3-5 min walk. Cambuí Supermarket, excellent, with parking spaces always available, 1.4 km away. Here, the only drawback: drinking water has no color, taste, or odor; well, the water from the Residential, from the well, is ferrous: it has the color, taste, and odor of rust.

The listing is exactly like in the pictures All clean and comfortable. Check in and check out easy. Parking in the building. Access control after digital and face registration. Apt very well located. A pity that lost sight of the sea due to a building they are building at the front. But it's too close to the beach. I'll come back for sure

The apartment is great! Charming, organized, super complete and well cared for! Situated in a new condominium, extremely organized and very beautiful. The high point for the landscaping of the condominium and the very kind and friendly staff. The pool area is also beautiful with two barbecue kiosks. Just a detail, the Vilage is not exactly “foot in the sand”. To access the eh beach I need to leave the main gate and walk about 300 meters. Ana was so kind and thoughtful! We spent a wonderful weekend! Super recomento!!

The location is great, you can do everything on foot. The condominium also offers à la carte breakfast and lunch options. The apartment is faithful to the advertisement, it is very worth it. I would come back a thousand times!

The apartment is perfect, well decorated, illuminated and well flavored. The TV is a show, as is the towels and linen. The kitchen is well equipped for small meals, the availability of the cooler is also a hand on the wheel. The penthouse is a spectacle apart, the sunset is amazing, the panoramic view of the elevator a show! I have no negative points, just details like the bed that could be bigger for the couple, and I think the extra mattress is not comfortable for a third guest. Ah, and the sea view of the apartment is only from the side on the balcony, which is still amazing. I would stay again and recommend it!

What an incredible coverage!!! We chose this coverage to gather the family to celebrate my mother's 70th birthday and family reunion. There were 8 of us, and we were very well accommodated. The apartment is spacious and very cozy, very welcoming. We felt at home. Grace is an excellent host. Always available, 24/7. Everything went super well and we had no problems. I requested a late checkout on the last day and was promptly attended to. Everyone in the family loved it and on another occasion we will definitely return to this beautiful and cozy penthouse.
