Holiday rentals with lake access in North Warwickshire District

We had a lovely family break at Caroline’s Lodge. The setting is beautiful and we really enjoyed the access to, otherwise, private land for lovely walks and visiting Staunton Harold courtyard. The lodge itself had everything we needed. It is very comfortable and the kitchen is extremely well equipped with plenty of crockery and utensils for 6 people. Many thanks for the welcome cake and bottle of wine in the fridge they were a lovely touch which we appreciated. We have had family breaks like this over the last three years and Caroline’s place is the best so far. We would love to return.

What an absolutely beautiful house, I could have stayed forever! The house is in such a peaceful area, there was plenty of parking space and it had great public transport connections. The beds are so comfortable it is unreal. I can't recommend this lovely house enough, if it is available when we visit again next year I will surely be booking to stay here.

Beautiful modern clean double bedrooms, some with dressing area and en-suite bathrooms. Nice large kitchen/diner with everything you need for guest's getogether and private garden area to relax.

We had a fantastic time at Jamie’s house, a group of ladies, celebrating our 60th birthdays. Each room had an en-suite which was a real plus. The kitchen was fully equipped and we had everything we needed. He even provided toiletries and cleaning products. Jamie replied quickly to our questions. A great location, with the large garden and hot tub. The coffee machine was great too! Highly recommended, we hope to return in the near future.

Stayed here for 6 weeks as I was working in the area . Everything I needed was in walkable distance (pub,take aways,supermarket and town center ). The house was clean and tidy beds where comfortable had every thing we needed.

The property was just as the photos and perfect for a short stay in Worcester. Beds were really comfortable and a well fitted kitchen / dining area. Perfectly located with a few min walk into the City Centre or a nice riverside walks. Lovely café opposite where we enjoyed breakfast. We will definitely visit again.

I stayed at Jasmine Villa during my poker trip to Dusk Till Dawn Casino, and it couldn’t have been a better experience. The villa was exactly as shown in the photos—clean, stylish, and very comfortable. It offered the perfect mix of peace and convenience, which was ideal after long hours at the poker tables. The location was excellent—just a short drive to the casino and other local spots. Everything I needed was available, from kitchen essentials to fast, reliable Wi-Fi. A special mention goes to Mark, the host. He was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout my stay, making sure everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. It’s clear he really cares about providing a great experience for his guests. If you’re heading to Nottingham—whether for poker, business, or just a getaway—I highly recommend Jasmine Villa. I’d absolutely stay here again!

Great stay! Clean apartment with good amounts of space for a small family. Decorated well! Not far from Coventry centre, Coombs national park - everything within 15 mins drive. Easy to get in to with clear instructions. Great Airbnb! Recommend A+++

Absolutely perfect stay! We enjoyed every single day here. If you're looking for a home away from home, this is the ideal place. The house is cozy, spotless, and has everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The host was fantastic — very friendly, responsive, and easy to communicate with from start to finish. Lovely stay in a great location. Jo & Martin were great hosts. Very accommodating and flexible. We enjoyed our stay. The only thing I would say, is for the money charged for the Airbnb, a few upgrades would make the stay even more better, such as a new modern TV (TV was old and small), a new modern washing machine (again very old), wardrobes needed hangers, a bathroom bin and a bath mat.

This is my second time staying at Funke's place within a year. It definitely makes me feel at home. I love that there is driveway parking, the neighborhood is very quiet. It was very cold in England when I visited in January so the heat was working properly and I was very cozy. As long as this property stays available I will be staying here every year when I visit the UK.

Such a Lovely Stay! We had a great weekend here! The place was really cosy and in a perfect spot. The hosts were super friendly and easy to talk to. Communication was smooth, and check-out was really flexible, which made things so much easier. We especially loved sitting by the pond with the friendly ducks — such a peaceful little moment. Would definitely come back again

We had a great time in this lodge on the edge of a small lake. It was very peaceful. There are a couple of gaps on the floor and worktops of the kitchen but these were minor and didn’t affect our stay. We tried the Indian restaurant on the site and the Willow Tree cafe and they were both good. There are lots of friendly dog owners. I would recommend this lodge.

An AMAZING host and just a stunning setting!

Had a fantastic weekend here and would thoroughly recommend. the cottage was beautifully appointed and the log fire made it super welcoming and relaxing. Emma has thought of everything you need to make your stay comfortable.

Really enjoyed my stay here it was everything I’d hoped for and more… I had time to reconnect with nature and my family and disconnect from my phone. Jane and her family were very accommodating and friendly throughout. Felt completely relaxed throughout and right at home. Highly recommend C Brumpton butchers for cakes, pies, preserves and all round good fare. And Naturscape Wildflower Farm and Tea Rooms - handy stop for a cheerful lunch on the trip home. Will be back!

We had a lovely stay at Wood Cottage. The location is great for getting around and seeing the sites. The lakes and woodland are just stunning. The house is gorgeous and it has everything you need. Facilities excellent and we loved the hot tub overlooking the lake. Robes were a lovely touch too! Had a fantastic trip ☺️

Nice place and nice area. We stayed here after a run we did with 3 of our mates. House is nice and has most things you need. Didn’t spend too much time there and can imagine the walks from the house would be nice. Accommodated an early check in which was lovely. Nearest pub is about 5 mins drive away.
