Waterfront holiday rentals in North Sea

Phillip and Jennifer were extremely kind and gracious hosts. The setting is beautiful, with easy walks to the shoreline, shops, restaurants, etc. The accommodations were exactly as advertised, and perfect for an individual with work responsibilities who also wants a beautiful, peaceful location. I plan to be back!

This was my third time staying here and, as always, it was a pleasure. The rental was great! You cannot beat the location. I will definitely come back next year!

Jeannette was there to greet us and made sure we knew where everything was and that we had everything we needed. She even provided breakfast. Her place was immaculate. The location was amazing. She made our departure very easy. We are looking forward to staying there again. If you looking for a great place to stay, this is it.

A wonderful stay in a beautiful location!

Fantastic location! We were literally a two minute walk from the beach. The studio apartment was as advertised and we would stay there again. We highly recommend!

Beautiful place with helpful and friendly staff. Kitchen was fully stocked with anything and everything you need. Beach towels supplied as well. The front deck has a stunning view with a table and lounge chairs to enjoy your coffee or meals. While everyone's deck is attached, there are privacy screens in between so you aren't staring at your neighbors (and vice versa). As others mentioned, the walls are quite thin and quiet hours begin at 10. So, if you're a night owl this may not be for you, but you can choose to just stay out on the beach right up until you're ready for bed. Really quite the memorable experience and even though I'm a night owl myself, I would 100% stay again.

An amazing home that was the perfect spot to host my crew that was shooting a film nearby. Hattie really went above and beyond to accommodate us - super responsive, considerate and the place was had such a relaxing vibe by the water :) Can’t recommend this home highly enough!!!!

I had a very nice stay at the Rex. It is dog friendly and very clean. Although my space was private, there are other rentals nearby and it had a camp like feel. I would stay there again if need be.

The house was clean, well-decorated, had all the things we needed, and private, with a long wooded lot leading down to the bay. We women friends were totally comfortable there. When we couldn’t find the entrance to the driveway off the main road, she stayed on the phone & directed us until we found it. Excellent choice!

I stayed at Mary's rental with my sister's family including a 4yo and 6yo, as well as my 72yo mother and the house was a perfect fit! The downstairs bedroom and full bath were perfect for mom to avoid the steep stairs, and the house was well equipped with a ton of kids books and some toys. Proximity to town was the highlight, we were easily able to walk with the kids which was perfect since the weekend was too chilly for the beach. Mary was responsive if needed but the house is well stocked and easy to navigate so we felt at home right away. I will absolutely be renting from Mary again!

Ashley’s house is the perfect get away. I booked this house for my family to stay for my wedding weekend. My mom had never stayed in an Airbnb before and I’ve never seen her so happy and relaxed. She truly enjoyed her first Airbnb experience at Ashley’s place. It was exactly as described and the view is beautiful. Ashley was very responsive and made sure to answer any questions I had.

We had an amazing stay - the house is spotless clean and very well organized, the kids loved discovering the hidden nook in their bedroom. The kitchen was fully equipped and we enjoyed a wonderful lunch on the deck. It was also lot’s of fun to use the canoes with the kids. Finally, the decoration of the house was lovely and made our stay very agréable. Thank you Carrie!

Picture perfect! Newly updated accommodations with all the comforts of home. Extremely clean and very well managed. The view from this place is incredible. The perfect oasis in Montauk. Khrisna was extremely responsive and accommodating in our needs. Will definitely be back again!

John and Cathy are amazing hosts. This was our second consecutive summer stay in their condo and it does not disappoint. The place and the amenities they provide are amazing and they are a wonderful couple who respects your privacy but are there for anything you need. I recommend anyone to stay here and know they would want to return. Thank you John and Cathy for making our second summer with you a fantastic vacation!

Perfect spot for a Montauk getaway. Walking distance to everything dockside has to offer, great pool and lounge chairs on the property, very simple check-in via code with the front desk. Nick was kind and communicative our whole stay. We’ll be coming back!

We very much enjoyed our stay at the Cliffside for our wedding weekend! Alice was very flexible with us, which we appreciated because getting married is chaotic enough LOL. Would highly recommend staying here. The unit was spotless and had a wonderful view. We could not have asked for a better stay!

We loved Montauk - low key, wild and upmarket at the same time. This apartment was perfect, super quiet yet near everything and loved seeing wild deer from the terrace

Great retreat for a long weekend. Enough space for family of four. Easy access to everything in the Greenport area. Mia was very responsive, and the place was great. We would stay here again!
