We were meet at the train station by a worker who waited for us with my name on a sign. Walked us to the lodging and helped us check in. They then offered directions on a map and how to get where we wanted to go. As for the room it was just as described and we found the room to be comfortable and clean. I felt completely safe and enjoyed our stay. Then staff was always cleaning and working to keep the property up. The breakfast in the morning consisted of eggs and a meat plus fruits and cereals. Very enjoyable being able to walk everywhere from this location. Thank you for making our stay enjoyable.

I loved staying at this Airbnb. The hosts, Alfons y Mery, are very nice and I enjoyed getting to practice my Spanish with them. The furniture and appliances in the kitchen, room, and bathroom are modern and of high quality, and I felt that I had a lot of independence here. It is a great place to stay for a longer time. The nearby plaza is very cute and there are plenty of local stores and restaurants on the neighboring streets to buy food and supplies. I wish I could have stayed longer and got to know the hosts better! Thank you so much, Alfons and Mery. Until next time! This is a hidden gem in Cusco.

2nd night at Michel's on the return of Saul in the 2nd oldest part, 2 room accommodation also very clean, pleasant . Definitely a good address

The site is very quiet, you feel in contact with nature, they are pet friendly and have hammocks for rest outside

Keep in mind when walking with suitcases that it is a walk on cobblestone right outside of the train station. Water pressure was perfect and both hot and cold. The views from above were beautiful, overseeing Ollantaytambo and surrounding mountains. Breakfast was AMAZING from 6AM-8AM with choices between cereal, breads, jams, honey, cut up fruit, yogurt, mini pancakes, fresh scrambled eggs, teas, milk, and coffee to choose from.

Our visit to the jungle was totally amazing in every way! Juan Carlos was such a great host and guide. He really wanted to show us everything he could! I felt like a young person (I'm 65) as I climbed trees - sorta, camped in the jungle, swam with the dolphins - and there could have been alligators and such! Just a totally incredible experience. And I felt so well taken care of. Mrs. Ana fixed the most delicious meals - more than I could eat. We were served, and cleaned up after. Roy seemed to be able to do anything - even building a railing for a log bridge while we were taking pictures on down the trail. Juan did a great job, also, driving the boat, with some help from Roy when it was dark. All of the guys were constantly looking for animals, birds, and flowers to make sure we could see them. And, when I was a little overwhelmed with the heat while walking uphill in the jungle, Juan fanned me with a palm leaf! I felt like a princess. I hope everyone gets a chance for such an adventu

Guiselle was a great host. I didn't feel very well and she provided us with herbal teas and spices for that. He is very helpful. We also took advantage of the dinner service and everything was great.

If we could give more than five stars we would!! This stay was one of the highlights of our trip! The place is absolutely gorgeous and Daniela and her parents are the most amazing people!! They are so good at communicating and making sure you are comfortable enjoying the stay! They made us a delicious dinner and breakfast. We also picked some fresh avocados and grenadillas from their farm. The views were stunning! It’s a great midway point between Cusco and Humantay Lake. Highly recommend!

Henry was the best! Extremely helpful, his place was so peaceful and relaxing. This was a perfect place to relax.

Accommodation with a great location near the port of Novo Airão, where the tours depart from, and close to the central square. At the accommodation there is a game room, swimming pool and serves breakfast separately for 25 reais (worth it). TIP: Solo traveler or couple who want to save on boat rides, I recommend looking for people to do shared tours to split the costs. The boatmen charge around 600 reais for short tours and 1000 reais for more complete tours (up to 4 people).

The accommodation is a corner of peace: clean, cozy and with a view of the valley that simply leaves you speechless. Every morning we woke up with that natural postcard, and every food - delicious, made with affection - added to the feeling of being in a home away from home. I take beautiful memories and would definitely come back. Highly recommended.
