The cost benefit was well worth it, the flat is great, everything exactly as described. Super close to Atalaia beach, by car and by the shortcut street it takes around 7 min. Everything was excellent!

I liked everything: comfortable beds, the whole air-conditioned apartment, an equipped kitchen, a very safe condominium and the kindness of the hosts. For those who have children and pets, the common area of the condominium is wonderful, with plenty of space to play safely. Indico with eyes closed, and I hope to come back again and again.

My stay was excellent! The house is exactly as described: spacious, comfortable and very well located. The rooms were impeccable, clean up and all the essentials available. The bed was super-comfortable, ensuring great nights of sleep, and the well-equipped kitchen made it much easier to prepare meals. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, and there are nearby trades that make everything more practical. The host was very attentive, always responding quickly and ensuring that everything was perfect during my stay. I will definitely stay here again and I recommend it to everyone looking for comfort and practicality in Sinop!

Mr. José is very kind, friendly, and super attentive. The Local is better than in the photos. the pool receives the shade of the trees, making it the perfect place for children to have fun throughout the day. We simply loved our stay. Everything is elaborated and it is noticeable that it is made with great zeal and affection.

The place is very cozy and quiet, wonderful house, I highly recommend it, I will return more often!

We had great times in the house, very beautiful, organized and comfortable.. well suited to the photos, very clean and pleasant. By the outskirts of the condominium, the infrastructure is not very good. You need a car to get around to that place.. and maybe by the rainy season now (March) there were many mosquitoes in the city, for those who have an allergy to stay alert. But Atalaia beach is wonderful!! For those with a child is perfect, sea pleasant temperature, waves in the right measure and many ponds.. my son loved it!! Thanks for the experience 🙂

We had an amazing weekend at Lídia's house, she's always ready to help ,always responding very quickly to msg, very flexible with chek-in and checkout. The wonderful, well-ventilated house, equipped with everything, fans scattered around the house and air in all the bedrooms. Who likes to have a beer can be carefree. You can go to the beach and come back with no problem with blitz Highly recommend !!!

The flat is as in the photos, comfortable and well decorated. Very nice. Very well-equipped kitchen, with new appliances. It surprised me positively. The location has the advantage of having a large supermarket a few steps away. The street of the building is very narrow and simple.

Very good the location, the apartment, cleanliness…all excellent , Mr. Waldemir and family made me comfortable, I really enjoyed it!!

Beautiful place. It's the 4. time we go to the Resort. All clear. Even with rain there was a lot of play for children. I highly recommend. !
