Waterfront holiday rentals in North Ostrobothnia

The place is really bigger in real life! Beautiful view, we were able to see some northern lights on the 31st! Arto is very responsive! I recommend it. ☺️

The apartment is located in a prime location in the center of Oulu and by the sea. The view from the apartment is like a painting, you could have admired it for longer. Beautiful decor, peaceful atmosphere. Everything went very well, we recommend the place to others. We will return again as soon as possible.

It was a very nice accommodation, with a great location, cozy furnishings, great views of the lake and a very good karma. The wooden sauna and cooling off in the lake. We were happy to be there, very nice hosts. Communication worked very well, next trip to the North Cape again.

Laura was a great host, very friendly and responsive! The apartment is adorable, very cozy and welcoming. Everything was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and all needs were provided for. I would definitely book again in the future!

The accommodation met our expectations. Everything was neat and clean. Excellent location, restaurant services just a stone's throw away.

There were four of us in the apartment and we felt very comfortable. Ilkka personally welcomed us. The house is close to the road and is well accessible by car even in winter. The sauna is great, the beds comfortable and the sofa new. Spices and coffee were provided. Ilkka arranged us cheaply for cross-country skis and snowshoes and spelt a cross-country ski trail for us that started behind the house. We also saw the aurora lights 2x. Everything was super straightforward. I'd love to come back. Thank you.

A functional and cozy ensemble in a quiet location with the best price quality I've ever experienced. I can easily recommend if you want some privacy in a comfortable setting near the ocean. The owner communicated very quickly which is also a big plus.

A very cozy wooden house and perfect for rest. The fireplace works wonderfully and the sauna is great after a snowshoe hike or a sled ride. Both are available at the property. The kitchen is well equipped, there are even numerous basics such as salt, pepper, coffee, noodles, and much more. The house is super insulated, so it was never cold with us. The only thing is that the bathroom is quite small and the path to the shower is a bit far. The location is perfect for watching aurora lights, we were lucky enough to see some on 6 out of 7 days. The communication with Osmo was great, he provided us with a lot of useful information. Would have preferred to have stayed much longer. It was one of the best airbnbs we've ever had.

We had a lovely holiday in Sanna’s beautiful home. It was perfect for the whole family - even better than we had expected from the photos. The location was fantastic - only a few minutes drive to the town but so peaceful and right across the road from the lake. We enjoyed so many walks on the lake, ice fishing with the equipment Sanna provided, the hot tub and sauna and the youngest member of the family expended lots of energy on the bouncy castle in the basement. Sanna was so helpful with recommendations in advance. It has been a wonderful family holiday, aided by good weather, bright blue skies and great sights of the northern lights. We spent three wonderful days in this accommodation from 03/25 to 3/28/2025 and could not have asked for a better place for our stay. The cottage is modern, stylishly furnished and really offers everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The location right on the water with picturesque lake views is simply breathtaking. We loved waking up in the morning with this fantastic view and enjoying the tranquility of nature. The private hot tub and sauna were absolute highlights – perfect for relaxing after a long day in the fresh air. The check in was super easy, and the hosts were very friendly and helpful. Everything was immaculately clean and lovingly prepared. We can fully recommend this place and would be happy to come back!

Wow wow wow. Great place to stay in a central location in Oulu. The apartment's large outdoor terrace crowned the coffee moments and in the evening the lights of the prison and the city opposite shone beautifully.

The place was great, with a wonderful location that made everything convenient. The best part was the ski-in, ski-out access for both cross country skiing as well as downhill. Highly recommended for ski lovers ⛷️!

It was really easy to arrive at the apartment, and the car was parked right next door for free. The apartment is really nice and cozy. Live is much nicer and bigger than the photos give you an idea. We found everything we needed in the kitchen. The apartment has views of the river and hiking trails right next to it. We were really happy with the apartment and the arrangements.
