Holiday rentals with a fireplace in North Melbourne

Beautiful stay, in great location so close to the train station and parking was easy. Hosts were really lovely and on hand for any of our needs, up there with the top air b&bs we have stayed in. Thank you for having us!

Pemmy’s place was absolutely lovely, very easy to check in and had everything I needed. Pemmy was very responsive and kind and provided a very helpful guidebook which had everything I needed to know in it. The place is in great location, very neat and tidy and had a comfortable living space. Definitely would recommend to others and would love to stay here again in the future.

What a beautiful place to stay for our girls weekend to Melbourne - easy walking distance to the South Melbourne Markets, & Southbank precincts. The house was beautifully clean - thank you to Charlotte for being a fabulous host.

Loved our stay! The house was super clean, felt really homely, and had great appliances. It’s in an awesome spot—everything was walking distance. There was a brief power issue (seemed like a neighbourhood thing), but Emily responded super fast and was great to deal with. Would definitely stay again!

Eric couldn’t have been more accommodating and helpful. Their starter kitchen breakfast was perfect and delicious. The house was spotlessly clean, and the bedding extremely comfortable. We’d flown over from Scotland, so comfort was important. I would highly recommend staying here.

Had the pleasure of staying here for a trip back home to visit family with my partner, it is an absolute beautiful home and Patrizio made us feel welcomed and at ease. This house is located in the CBD zone near to everything 1 minute to free tram zone. This is a unique house with high ceilings. very recommend for anyone who love large living room :)

Loved my stay here! The apartment was super clean, beautifully decorated, and felt really welcoming. The host was very proactive and easy to communicate with, which made everything so smooth. The location was perfect too as its in a lively area with heaps to do and so many options for places to eat. Honestly couldn’t have asked for a better spot. Would 100% stay again!

Loved our stay! The apartment was very quiet and comfortable. Location superb with a wide choice of quality restaurants, parks and shopping and all walkable. We loved the Hotel Gitan a delicious spot for either lunch or dinner.

I had a wonderful stay! The apartment was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable, even better than the photos. It’s in a fantastic location, just a short walk to the tram line and has a couple of lovely cafés right downstairs. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout my stay. I’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

So glad I chose to stay here for my 2 month trip! Was such a fun experience staying in the city. Was exactly what I was looking for - easy access to suburbs and CBD, walkable, a beautiful view (wow wow wow!), extra space for guests, laundry, air con & heat, etc. It seems it’s mostly students living here, but it was always quiet. I rarely heard neighbors. Wish I didn’t have to leave! Only feedback is that the place could use a deep clean of the floors and fresh paint job (but nothing that was a deal breaker). Another thing is maybe just a little guidance ahead of time on how to get set up with access to the amenities - I thought the building key fob would let me in to the gym and pool, but turns out you have to get your fingerprints taken with the building manager to get access.

Host was so friendly and helpful, really went out of her way to accommodate us and was so easy to deal with her. Absolutely stunning home too

House was big & spacious. Enough room for all of us. It was in nice & quiet neighbourhood. Good 25 minutes ride to city. Good host.

Very quiet

We had a great weekend away at Chelos place located in a nice historic part of Richmond within walking distance of everything. Accomodation was cosy and Hosts are fun to chat to and very helpful. Chelo is also a good source of knowledge for anybody interested in European fashion design !

The place is nice. Matches the description. Beautiful house. Peter and Jennette were generous when I requested for post midnight check in. Recommended.

Wonderful central property for family group to stay in. Very comfortable and homely for all ages. Encouraged informal catch ups in spacious areas available. Easy to get around with car spaces plus very close to public transport. Brenda was responsive and helpful.

We absolutely loved staying at Mark’s fantastic house! It’s a beautiful property, and larger than it seems in the photos. It’s also very well equipped, and with the crazy Melbourne weather kept us warm with the heating and cool with the aircon. Our pup really enjoyed her time there, too! The pool is also fantastic, and the decked area great for chilling out. We would love to stay again in future!

Absolutely loved my stay here! The place is super lovely, clean, cozy, and feels just like home. Everything was neat and well taken care of and Chelo is so warm, welcoming, and always happy to help. Felt like staying with friends rather than just booking a place. Plus, their dog, Carla is the cutest! She made the stay even more special. I'll miss you Carla :) The house itself is tidy and comfortable, perfect for a relaxing stay. Would 100% come back. Highly recommend!
