The place was as depicted, and the host was very quick to respond when we had questions or issues, which were corrected quickly.

Great spot from which to explore Little Rock. Food and drinks are around any corner and anything you would want to do is a short drive. The house is well appointed and comfortable. Our group was three adults. All beds were comfortable and there is plenty of space inside and out to visit with your travel companions. We will rent this location again if we return.

The pictures doesn’t even come close to how beautiful the home is. Nicholas was super nice and very helpful helping me out when I didn’t know how to check in. He answered really quickly. This was my first Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in and every time I come to Arkansas now that is where I will be staying.

Such an amazing experience. It was perfect. We visit Little Rock once a year all the way from New Zealand to visit family. Although our visits can be busy, this house made it feel like a real holiday! This Airbnb is the dream, it has everything. It is fun, classy, spacious, clean and Diana is so incredibly great at hosting! It is super close to food, shops - the location is great. I hope to come back every year we visit! We had an amazing time staying here! Everything was clean and the kitchen was stocked well with whatever you may need for cooking. We had 13 people with our group and had plenty of room to spread out and never felt crowded. The kids really enjoyed the pool, pool table, and ping pong table. The fire pit was nice to sit around at night hanging out. The property is beautiful, very peaceful, and private. It’s very conveniently located to Petit Jean State Park. Gwen was very sweet and responded very quickly to any questions we had. We had a great time and would definitely rent this place again!

The communication between the host and I was exceptional. We had a large family come into town for a granddaughter's first birthday, and the spaciousness was perfect for us!

Great place to stay in Sherwood! We needed a place close to our son’s wedding venue and this worked out perfectly. Very clean and comfortable with all the comforts of home and was the perfect place to rest our heads after a long day!

Absolutely wonderful home. Pretty much everything is brand new. Very comfortable beds, lots of space to spread out. Great outdoor sitting area inside a well maintained, fenced-in yard. Neighborhood is on the up and up, but the property is very secure. None of our family party felt unsafe...many late nights back to the home by uber/lyft from downtown with no issues. Close to everything, but away from the hustle and bustle of the busiest parts of town. Plan to make this my go-to place for future Little Rock visits! Such a pretty and cozy home. Short drive to restaurants and shopping areas. Ms. Arianna was so nice and always responded to messages in a timely manner. I would recommend this place to anyone.

I really enjoyed my stay here! The house is older, but the vintage charm and character made it feel cozy and unique, just like the peaceful neighborhood it’s in. Everything was quiet and relaxing, which was exactly what I needed. I also appreciated the thoughtful touches, like the Brita filter in the fridge. It’s a great spot to unwind and feel at home.

Comfy with a modern twist. The house is located in an older peaceful neighborhood close to downtown. The inside has been modernized with some lovely details. The pictures online are great but they do not do this little gem justice. Like most of the reviews stated, the beds are comfortable with a large shower and bath tub to enjoy in the master. It was the kitchen that we enjoyed the most with it's high-end appliances (Bosch fan club). Seasoning and cooking oils were available for use. Jeanette thought of everything! My husband and I are in agreeance that this was the most comfortable stay we have experienced so far through Airbnb.

very cute and spacious house in a nice neighborhood. I loved the thoughtful decorating in this place and also loved their boardgame selection! The front porch is an especially nice place to hang out and enjoy the afternoon. This house is very well suited for people with pets or children, we didn't have either, but appreciate the eye to detail. The front entrance has multiple steps to get to, but the back entrance only had about 5 and the back entrance includes parking. The house is one level and the main bedroom has a shower you can step into so it is likely a good place for people who have mobility concerns.

Loved staying at Carens cozy lil house! It was very homey and we all slept great. The backyard was probably my favorite part with the beautiful tree and green grass 😊

This place is definitely 5 stars. It’s in a great neighborhood and close to fabulous eating places — some of which were recommended by the host. It’s very clean, with attention to detail that makes it a very comfortable stay for a family looking to go out or stay in and enjoy. Not to mention, as an appreciator of beautiful interiors, the decor and choice of finishes are impeccable. Lovingly done! I wouldn’t hesitate to book this place again, and my family travels to Little Rock every year.

What a beautiful older home! The neighborhood was peaceful and the people living around the house were so friendly. We loved the huge tub and all the room inside the house. It was so close to everything. Thank you Sheila ♥️

We stayed in LR for my daughter's dissertation. We had 3 couples and a baby. This house was amazing. Homey, beautiful, well done. Everything we needed was there and we spent quality time at the fire pit each night. House was clean, pretty, and historical. Directions were clear and the host was available to answer any questions. We even had the chefs come and cook us a wonderful authentic Jamaican dinner!!! We cannot recommend this house enough!!!!

Her place was beautiful! Hosted our family well, would recommend to anyone was 4+ guests. It accommodated us perfectly. Had to cook a couple times so it was nice to have utensils and cups/bowls there for us and the beds were comfy! Thanks for for allowing us to stay!

We really enjoyed staying at Heather's airbnb. It's obvious that this host really cares about the guest experience. We would definitely stay again when coming back though town. Clean, comfortable bed! Looks just like the pics Bonus our dogs loved her large fenced yard!
