Townhome holiday rentals in North Island

A lovely and well thought out space. We felt very at home. The location was handy to get in and out of Nelson, and the view was stunning!

Near Lake peaceful location. Not far from Taupo the town, but far enough to get away from the noise.

We loved our stay at Little 6. Rochelle is a fantastic host - she communicated well, provided clear instructions, and was super responsive. From the homemade granola to coffee pods and bottle of juice, we were made to feel welcome. Titahi Bay is an awesome location to stay when travelling to Wellington. We usually stay in the CBD but opted for Titahi and loved the local Porirua Art Centre.

This is the second time that our family has stayed with Margaret, and we hope to come back again! She and Rob are incredibly thoughtful and responsive and made our arrival seamless. The house is spacious, well equipped, and very comfortable and cozy. (Great fireplace!) There’s a bus stop literally out front that takes you into city center or out to Miramar, and she got us set up with bus cards so all we had to do was top them up. The neighborhood has a small grocery across the street and lots of restaurants and shops, with a larger grocery 750m away in walking distance. This is a great base for a family wanting to explore Wellington and also have a place to come back to that feels like home. My favorite place I have ever stayed!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, and I was impressed by the cleanliness and tidiness of the place. I would highly recommend it to others.

The Airbnb was as described in the ad, no bad surprises. It had everything we needed for a few days stay. We really appreciated being able to park our van just there, and the gym/pool was a really nice bonus. It was very quiet in the mid morning so we had the all gym to ourselves. Also really enjoyed the washer dryer to get our laundry done.

Great spot, you can walk to Hastings shops and places to eat. Beautiful house, very snug!

Fantastic stay in the immaculately kept home. Everything was beautifully clean, modern and very well kept. We absolutely loved our stay, and very much noticed and appreciated the finer touches and extra value of condiments, fruit and chocolate, toiletries - Aaron was a friendly responsive host that clearly puts his visitors comforts first. Beautiful home, incredible area - everything you need only a 5 min drive away! We will back to this gem for more Rototuna/Hamilton adventures. Thank you Aaron for hosting us ☺️

Nicky was really communicative from the beginning and the check-in instructions were crystal clear. The house is cozy in the heart of Fitzroy and put us in a beach side holiday mood as soon as we arrived. The neighbours were very quiet and it was easy to relax. We spent most of our time walking on the mountain and through the local parks and botanical gardens, as well as the coastal walkway, which were all very easy to get to from Nicky's house.

recommend staying at Paul's really nice flat with all mod cons. 2 bedrooms just in case of snorers lol. pub next door was not noisy and just a stone throw from the beach. perfect for long or short stays if we ever come back to nelson this place is where we,lol try and book .

We had a great stay! The place was exactly what we needed—clean, well-maintained, and easy to access. Everything was just as described. A dedicated carpark would’ve been a nice bonus, but overall, we were very happy with our stay. Highly recommend!

The place was absolutely amazing and quite close to the family we were visiting. The shops and restaurants up the road were quite handy. I would definitely recommend this to anyone else looking for a home away from home. The place is still very new and still has the new carpet smell. Everything here was spotless!

Hamish & Amanda were very accommodating. Their townhouse was very clean & a Portacot was offered for our 1 year old. Good location, with easy driving distance to everywhere we needed. Quiet & lovely.

Brilliant. Everything you want an AirBnB to be: clean, comfortable, spacious, well-stocked. Arnika and the team were helpful and always responsive. 10/10. Can’t recommend it highly enough. Can’t imagine staying anywhere else in Ohakune. Thank you, Arnika! *I will note that we stayed in a unit in the rear of the building whereas 2 others face a somewhat busy street. Don’t know if noise would be an issue there or not. We had no problem.

Property fitted description and photos. We visited during a very cold period and property was warm and well heated throughout. When we arrived, the property was spotlessly clean, the host had left fresh milk, bread and the tea/ coffee selection was high quality and abundant. There were other gifts such as chocolate and wine. So we felt welcome after a long journey. Kitchen equipment is well supplied and top quality. The bathroom had a powerful shower, luxury bathtub and the towels & soap products were as you would expect in a 5 star hotel. Bed linen was excellent quality as described and beds were comfortable. Host provided amenities such as easy wireless connectivity. The property is away from busy roads and quiet. Overall a very enjoyable stay, would rebook

Great stay will happily stay again when returning to Rotorua. Well stocked house. Even left milk and snacks. Warm with lots of heaters. Convenient bike shed. Thanks having us 😊

Emma was a fantastic host—consistently responsive and incredibly accommodating. Beautiful home, close to the airport and Mangere town centre. Emma’s home and clean, beautiful and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay there again

Nice place, very convenient coffee shop and supermarket close by. Made it very easy to grab minor supplies. Also easy walk to Ponsonby. Garage is small so watch out what kind of vehicle you rent might not fit.
