The moment we saw the breathtaking view on the listing my partner and I knew we just had to stay here. The host was very friendly and responsive. The place itself was clean and the photos provided showed exactly what they offered. The bed was so comfortable and the bedding smelled amazing. Although on the smaller side, we weren’t too worried as we were only there for one night. We arrived shortly after check in and spent some time on the deck admiring the view and then when it got darker started the pit. Check in was smooth and easy to follow. Clear instructions were provided for the fire pit and the sauna. Neighborhood was very quiet even in a place as busy as LA. Would definitely stay here again for a quick trip!

I loved my stay! Quiet neighborhood, close to Downtown LA, and a great space to sit outside and enjoy the weather.

Jamie and Chuck were great hosts! They were super nice and friendly our whole visit. They were sure to let us know we could contact them about any issues or questions. The place is in a great location, there’s a lot of restaurants nearby and Universal Studios is less than 10mins away. They also let us use their drive way as parking which was great!

I stayed here for 8 days and overall had a great experience. The bnb matches the photos and description. I stayed here by myself and thought there was plenty of room. I also worked from home, and was comfortable. The space is also well appointed with kitchen and bathroom essentials. There was plenty of space to store my belongings, including generous shelving in the bathroom. The location was super easy to hop on the 405, and there were grocery stores, and importantly, In n Out 10 minutes or less away. I walked around the neighborhood a bit to stretch my legs and felt very comfortable and safe as a woman alone. I got home late a few nights and also felt very comfortable parking my car and walking to the house. I found Kelsey to be very, very responsive and addressed any issues that came up. Overall, I would definitely stay here again.

Irina was an excellent host and the Airbnb was perfect. The bed and linens was incredibly comfortable. The air conditioner gets as cold as you want it to. The neighborhood is very peaceful, esp in the mornings. In the hills, it's a perfect place to walk around, and the neighbors were friendly. Irina as a host was super responsive and accommodating. Checking in was a breeze and she also helped us with a few requested that weren't listed. The Internet was also very fast. Solid solid spot for the $$

Wonderful last-minute stay. Small space, but well-utilized. Private with no shared walls. We appreciated the large tv, electric fireplace heater, and great shower. Comfortable bed that is on the firmer side. Across the street from Smart & Final and a variety of eateries. Easy check out instructions. Good value, would return!

The check-in was perfect. Quiet area and quiet cozy house. The kitchen has everything. Delicious fresh ground coffee. Fast communication. Convenient parking right at the entrance. Highly recommended!

I’m so grateful for having been at Vardan’s place! A home away from home! Thank you for the great treats waiting for me, the cleanliness, the location and the whole excellent vibe! Every space was a treasure! Loved being just around the corner from my kids, so peaceful and beautiful!

I really enjoyed my stay. It was very comfortable. Loved that Whole Foods was in walking distance as well as local restaurants. That was the best part. Very cute place and just a great location.

It was honestly so convenient to stay there, felt safe due to the fact that no one is able to get onto the place without a key fob. The place is exactly like shown in the pictures, and it is conveniently close to Ralph’s, Starbucks and a couple other places, the freeways are also very close. Overall a great stay :)

The place was very clean. The location was beyond perfect with very cool attractions and restaurants in walking distance. The host had great communication, hospitality, responsive throughout and more than accommodating if I needed anything. This would be my place of choice for next time too!

Cliff was an excellent host and took care of my belongings. He was very understanding about my situation with the canceled flight and responded very quickly. Cliff even offered to refund me the missed night or extend my stay if necessary, although my other plans didn't allow for that. The apartment was very clean and comfortable, just what I needed after a busy day. I felt very comfortable there. For everyday needs, there is a Vons supermarket nearby (10-minute walk) with everything you need, as well as a bakery. Next door is a Starbucks and various restaurants. A bank for cash withdrawals is also not far away. The Metrolink station is only a 25-minute walk or a short Uber ride away. I used Cliff's Hideaway as a stopover for my next stay at Six Flags Park and can highly recommend it.

2nd time staying here. Again was very happy. Great and beautiful location. Quiet. Safe. Parking right in front. Hosts responsive to needs. We needed a few things 1st night and they were immediately taken care of. Such a beautiful location. Excellent stay for the money. Highly recommend

The place is fine enough, the art good and trippy, literature available on the tables intriguing, and it’s a nice 20-minute walk to downtown. The Internet wasn’t working and Erwin got on it right away. Pleasant stay.

We had such a wonderful stay in downtown LA. The apartment was spacious with high ceilings, and the kitchen had everything I needed to cook breakfast each morning. It was clean, beautifully designed, and felt so cozy, especially with the antique lamp casting a warm glow at night. I loved how the city lights reflected into the living room and made the evenings feel magical. The rooftop pool and hot tub had amazing views, and we met some great people there. The building felt very safe with on-site security, which we really appreciated. Ali was a fantastic host. He was super responsive and full of great recommendations. My husband, his cousin, and I all loved it and would definitely stay again.

Absolutely thrilled about our stay here. It’s a beautiful condo with the best LA decor. Everything was clean and comfortable. Also- Having a WORKING washing machine in an Airbnb was a game changer! The rooftop views- wow!! How cool to have a pool and hot tub on the roof! There is also no reason to feel unsafe at this location (I saw other reviews with some worries). The security at the front desk was AMAZING. They will not let anyone in that is not supposed to be in the building. They eventually know you by name and greet you. They walked me outside to show me exactly how to get to the convenient parking garage provided by the host. (The parking garage is just as secure!) I could go on and on about our experience- but it will only allow me to write so much! Thank you so much Brandon! We will be back! If you want to stay downtown LA- stay here.

Navid is a responsive host with a very nice property. The rooms are well equipped and the listing is accurate with respect to actual experience.

Great spot in the heart of downtown. Loved the rooftop pool. Very convenient location, close to Dodger Stadium (Go Blue!). Host easy to communicate with. Front desk people super cool. Was nice to have parking too. Would stay again. Be sure to read about the history of this building. Super interesting.

Everything was perfect! Sam is extremely polite, gentle and was available a 100% of the time! The place is extremely clean and comfortable! It’s located in a great street and quiet street in West Hollywood and also, it’s close to everything. I recommend it to everyone and I’d definitely stay there again!
