If you’re visiting the LA area this is the perfect location. Everything is 10-20 minutes within distance. Santa Monica was 35 minutes! My stay was great. It was very clean and I loved the decor. They are also 420 friendly. The only downfall in my opinion is the bed. It was not comfortable for me at all. We had issues with the key fob for the parking gate to open/close but the host responded quickly and brought another and made it right. The area is clean and peaceful. I recommend this stay! You’ll enjoy 😊

I stayed at Jerry's place in Toluca Lake on a work trip for two weeks and it was an overall fantastic stay. The location was beautiful: Toluca Lake is clean, well-kept, safe and peaceful, and it was such a treat going running around the nearby streets in the early morning. It was about 30mins to get to most touristy places, in good traffic. There are three grocery shops in 15min walking distance away, and a coffee shop nearby. The house itself was perfectly clean and spacious, with a particularly well-equipped kitchen and the comfiest bed (perfect if you like a firm mattress!). There is also lots of outdoor space, some shared and a little private bench and terrace that is for your personal use. This was certainly the highlight as it was a lovely suntrap and perfect for sitting out and eating breakfast. Jerry is a very helpful and friendly host, and he made sure I had everything I needed during the entirety of my stay. It was a pleasure to stay here and I would highly recommend it!

Ana Maria’s place is an absolute gem! It’s comfortable, quiet, full of thoughtful touches, and a beautiful open space. But an even bigger gem is Ana Maria herself! She was so kind, friendly and thoughtful. one of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve ever had!

We enjoyed our stay at Steven’s place! Instruction video for parking was very helpful. Lots of nearby Korean restaurants and rooftop pool with views of DTLA !!

Maggie was an exceptional host. Any thing that we needed or if anything happened she was one phone call away. The location was awesome and perfectly described. We loved our entire experience and we would most definitely stay at this location again.

It was a lovely stay for me and my family. The location was extremely safe and close to convenience stores and restaurants. Parking was free and convenient. The property was spacious and comfortable, especially the living area. Highly Recommend!!

We love staying in this building for its location--so close to all links for public transport, and easy walk to coffee places and restaurants. Brandon was very responsive to our questions. All the basics are topnotch--good hot water, comfortable mattress, great HVAC, etc. The kitchen has basic cooking stuff. Be aware that it is on the third floor and on weekday mornings the garbage truck comes early to the alley just outside the window; it wasn't a problem for us but if you need to sleep late, keep that mind. We would definitely come back on a future visit!

I had an incredible stay at this downtown LA spot! The location is unbeatable—literally right across from the Crypto Arena, which made it super convenient for catching a game and exploring LA Live. The apartment was clean, modern, and had everything I needed, but the highlight was definitely the huge window view overlooking the heart of downtown. Waking up to the city skyline and watching it light up at night was unforgettable. The host was responsive and made check-in smooth and easy. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable, stylish stay in the center of all the action. I’ll definitely be booking again next time I’m in LA!

My friend and I really enjoyed staying here! It was convenient that this listing included parking since we had a rental car and Cathy's instructions made checking in and out very straightforward. The apartment is modern, clean, and quiet which made it the perfect place for us to relax after a long day of exploring LA. We're both big fans of Korean food and we really enjoyed the sheer number of of great cafes and restaurants within a ten minute walk from the apartment. I'd definitely recommend staying here!

Exactly as advertised with a great host to match! Akaisha was super responsive if we had questions - one night we came back and couldn’t find any street parking and the hosts were able to figure something out for us. Would be great if there was built in parking for this unit as there’s a good amount of room on the property, but we knew it was street parking when booking. Not a lot of noise from Venice Blvd or the 10! Decent neighborhood, easy to get to main street walking. The unit itself was really great, though don’t bank on using the couch to sleep, it’s not very comfortable. It’s a tried and true one bedroom with one bed.

Stefania was an excellent host. Always helpful and responsive. When we arrived we were tired, it was late, and we had some trouble finding the building. If I had printed out her instructions it would have been a breeze. Felt safe and the unit is centrally located. Both the bed and sofa bed were very comfortable. Loved the spacious patio! I recommend using the parking inside the building garage. The street parking is free but fills up quickly. Overall, a nice choice.

Nice compact one bedroom with full kitchen. Easy walk to downtown Burbank. With many restaurants and shopping options. Ralphs is also nearby for groceries.

I really did not want to write such a positive review because I want to live at this place, and as I’ve found out, it’s very rarely available because of the exceptional location. If you see this place is available just book it. Do not hesitate!!!. Example; if you were at Louis Vuitton on Rodeo Drive and your friend was at this property you could hear each other breath. The area in general is unmatched. The people unchallenged in any realm of Humanity. Shay the host was incredible too, hence why my Karmic retribution gene kicked in and forced me to share this hidden gem. For the past 6 years I’ve lived in LA and I’ve finally found a place called home. Remember!!! Do not hesitate just book it or you’ll be left waiting months for it to become available again.

Our host Arthur was incredibly helpful with getting us checked in- he met us with our rental car outside the building and guided us into parking garage. He offered to help with our luggage and took us up to the place. He gave us a tour of the building and amenities and was responsive throughout stay. The apartment was very clean and cozy. One thing to note is in all the common areas of the building there is a noticeable perfume type scent that seems to be pumped through the air vents. We found it quite strong at times so just something to be aware of if you are sensitive to strong scents. Otherwise the place was great!

We spent three nights in Los Angeles and made the best choice with Jasmine's accommodation. The apartment is super nice and well maintained and a good starting point for activities. Jasmin was always easy to reach.

Very clean, well maintained apartment right in the heart of Hollywood. It's the perfect base to explore all the attractions, great local restaurants and bars, and easy access to public transportation. The secure off street parking is a definite selling point, as well.

The transportation in the area is very convenient, with easy access to highways and shopping malls. The host was always willing to assist whenever needed. We had a truly wonderful time here and made some great memories. If we get the chance, we’d love to come back and stay again.

Genuinely the best experience I've had on Airbnb. The apartment is perfect , even better than the photos. The building is one of the best is West Hollywood , it's so clean and the amenities are amazing. Best of all the hosts are the best , so helpful, so responsive and the app entry system on your phone is so easy it's ideal . Hugely recommend!! Will stay again everytime I'm in LA ✨!

Clean, tidy and well-maintained apartment with amazing skyline views, exactly as described! Perfect location on a relatively safe street in dt. Keys pickup process was a bit confusing but manageable. Highly recommended!

The 4 nights I spent at Antionette’s house, very close to Midtown Glendale, were a very happy memories in LA. This is a very lovely house. I’m now staying in San Diego, but I still have wonderful memories of that house.

I love this condo in Westwood -- I am a return customer. FABULOUS location in Westwood near everything and perfect for UCLA. It has parking (!!) and a pool and you can walk to campus, walk to Target (many time if you are helping a student move. Many, many times!) Lots of restaurants all over and Trader Joe's right downstairs. The place is lovely. Great kitchen and bathroom. Super clean and lots of fun.
