Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in North Historic District, Savannah

We decided at the last minute to stop in Savannah. So happy we found this place. Parking on the street was easy and there were always spots (just as noted). The space in the back was easy to access as well. Loved the location. We walked a few blocks for dinner and there was a coffeehouse just a block away for the next morning. We felt liked we lived here! We did not have an issue with street sounds. Quiet neighborhood. Sarah was so responsive when I had questions. Thanks!

Very responsive and accommodating hosts! We had a bit of a hiccup when we arrived (not anyone's fault) and they were quick to resolve the issue. The location was fantastic - you can't beat the convenience. You are just off the main thoroughfare so you can easily walk to the riverfront or downtown area, plus you're on the East side of things so you can make a quick drive over to Tybee Beach.

Location, location, location! We couldn't have picked a better place to get acquainted with Savannah than the Madison Square Brownstone. This beautiful, historic abode has everything you need for a perfect stay. We felt right at home from the minute we opened the door. The space is clean and stylish with a comfortable bed (important!) -- and a walkable distance to literally everywhere. We parked right in front of the home using the convenient Savannah parking app for Friday; parking was free on the weekend. Moira is a gracious, communicative host. Next time we head to Savannah this will be our first choice for accommodations.

Pictures didn’t do justice. The entire apartment was tastefully decorated and well kept. Location was within walking distance of restaurants and most all attractions. Parking on the street in front of the apartment was available the entire stay. I would definitely stay in Matt’s home again.

Allan and Rebeca’s place was perfect for a quick 3 day stay in Savannah! Clean, convenient, and a gorgeous condo. Their communication was always timely and very accommodating every step of the way! Amenities were on point and as advertised. Perfect location to explore one of the best cities in the country! Plenty of shops and restaurants within a block or two walk. River walk is literally across the street from the condo and Forsyth park is only about a 15 minute walk.

Jeremy’s place in Savannah was comfortable, clean and homey. It was in a wonderful location that was close to most of our favorites but on a quieter street. Appreciated the touch of having the fans available and some welcoming snacks. All in all—a great stay! Thank you Jeremy!

The space was beautiful and so centrally located!! We were right next to many restaurants and shops and within easy walking distance of plenty more. Everything was clean and they even left snacks for us.

Beautiful apartment in the heart of Savannah.

The Jewel Box more than lived up to expectations and Michael is an excellent host—incredibly responsive and kind. An unexpected amenity were the neighbors—they were very sweet to our children and provided us with additional recommendations for local food. A wonderful stay!

Great, spacious place! Kids didn't have to fight for the top bunk! Wonderful location to downtown Savannah, easily walkable.

This was our second stay, and it was just as wonderful as the first. Walkable to many great restaurants and in a quiet neighborhood. Would absolutely stay a third time.

We had an amazing stay! Loved the sunroom in particular and the location. It’s right in between the beach and downtown. We hope to come back again one day :) thanks for being part of our vacation!

This was perfect for us in Savannah. we walked everywhere . Great parks around. easy walking to downtown.Everyone was very friendly and we felt safe every place we walked. we really enjoyed Savannah and would recommend this place highly.

Kris was an amazing host and her house is incredible. The location is perfect, walking distance to both riverwalk and downtown but on a quiet street across from the square. Our family had a wonderful weeklong visit and Kris gave some great local recommendations. She was quick to answer any questions we had. The home is made for larger groups so we could easily host some friends for dinner along with our party of 5. Street parking was available right in front most of the week and we were there over a holiday weekend and SCAD graduation. Thank you Kris for making our week so easy.

It was a cute and clean apartment on beautiful Jones st. About a 10- 20 min walk from the main attractions. Beautiful and peaceful neighborhood with easy street parking. It was a very easy to check in but be prepared to walk up a steep staircase.

Visiting for our daughter’s college graduation. While the weather did not cooperate, at all, Michael and Anna’s home gave our family a wonderful respite from Mother Nature for our family. We look forward to visiting again!

This place was exactly as described and in an amazing location! It was so convenient to explore the different districts and feel like a local! Brendan was incredibly responsive and had an incredible list of recommendations while we were there!

Loved staying here, cute place and very walkable. The porch was so nice to sit on during the evenings.

we chose this place because it was right down the street from where a long time friend of ours was moving to. We had a great time hanging out and walked everywhere we wanted to go. We strolled down Habersham on our way to River Street and it was gorgeous! The buildings were amazing to look at as usual but Mother Nature stole the show on Saturday 03/22/2025. EVERYTHING was in bloom! Beautiful weekend!

This studio apartment is incredibly well located in downtown Savannah, walking distance to the waterfront and many bars, restaurants, shops, and beautiful squares. It's beautifully decorated, was very clean, and well equipped. I was there mid-week so didn't have issues with noise outside, although you do hear squeeky floorboards, this didn't bother me however. Check in was easy and the hosts were responsive and helpful. One issue I had (which I think is a general problem when staying downtown) was parking, as the city parking lots had system issues and were closed when I arrived. I think most guests will be able to access the parking lot easily though, and it's only a couple of blocks away. Overall I had a great stay, I would recommend to others and would come back in future.

We enjoyed our stay in Savannah. The location is an easy walk to Forsyth Park. Easy, short drive to historic district or areas near River street. Beds are very comfortable. Loved that there is a washer and dryer. Great kitchen!

Had a great two-night stay at Janice’s! The location is great - just a few blocks away from the riverwalk and other great streets with plentiful shopping options. Getting an Uber was always easy when we needed to go longer distances. My favorite thing about Janice’s place was the balcony. It was so much fun to watch all of the carriages and tours go by, and I loved hearing the church bells from a few blocks down. Not close enough to wake you up or keep you awake, but close enough to hear and enjoy the sounds. I would live in a studio like this if I could! Hope to be back. Thanks for everything, Janice!

We absolutely loved our stay! The place had a super trendy, cute condo/loft vibe and was the perfect spot for exploring Savannah—just minutes from downtown and River Street. The backyard was a huge bonus and worked perfectly for our dog! Sarah and Mike were incredibly responsive and so flexible with our check-in time, which made everything even easier. We’d absolutely stay here again—can’t recommend it enough!
