Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in North Historic District, Savannah

This is a cute little cottage in a perfect location! Very charming decor and lots of character. The floors are old and beautiful and yes, they do squeak but it isn't a problem. The location couldn't be better, within walking distance of many restaurants and only a few minutes drive to the hustle and bustle of Broughton. The beds and furniture are comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked. The back porch is cute and screened in. The TV in the living area is a bit small but you're not really there to watch TV anyway. The only other slight drawback is the only bathroom is in the primary bedroom so if someone has to go in the middle of the night it's hard not to wake the people sleeping in the bedroom. All in all a charming and welcoming home and I would definitely recommend it!

I loved my stay at the Victoria House in Savannah. Victoria is a wonderful host!!! She's friendly, engaging, and helpful. The house is spotless - super clean and organized. It was a great week - wonderful to have a washer and dryer at the property, the kitchen was great, so we didn't have to eat out for every meal. The bed was super comfortable. The only small drawback is that it is on a busy street, especially during commuting times in the AM and PM. So, as long as you are okay with that, then this is the PERFECT place to stay in Savannah.

This was our second stay, and it was just as wonderful as the first. Walkable to many great restaurants and in a quiet neighborhood. Would absolutely stay a third time.

Absolutely loved our stay at the Green House in Savannah! 🌿✨ From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the charm, cleanliness, and thoughtful touches throughout the home. It perfectly captured the warm, historic vibe of Savannah while offering modern comfort and style. The location was ideal—peaceful yet close to all the great restaurants, shops, and attractions downtown. The hosts were incredibly kind and responsive, making sure everything was perfect for our stay. We truly felt at home. Can’t wait to return—this place is a gem!

We had the best time! We arrived late in the evening but were able to get right in and get settled. I went right to the pool, not to swim, just to enjoy the view! The house was perfect! So much natural light with the large windows and skylights! Everyone had plenty of room in the bedrooms. The games were great! We had 4 "kids" ages 23, 22, 21, and 20 and 2 kids for a couple of days ages 5 and 9. They played pool, ping pong, and foosball everyday. I enjoyed my morning coffee by the pool everyday, under the covered back porch when it rained. The house was super close to most of our activities, including the beach! LuKa was super responsive to my many questions! If we ever make it back to Savannah we will stay here again!

Carlos & Marci were such great hosts! The place was super clean, comfortable, and just right for our trip. One of the highlights for us was the Savannah puzzle—we did it on the first day, and my girls were so excited to spot the landmarks around town afterward. It made exploring even more fun! Everything was easy from check-in to communication. The location was great too. We’d definitely stay again next time we’re in Savannah!

Denise’s home was perfect for our girls wknd getaway. It was cute and quaint and included everything you could need. Great location, walkable to many things and only $5-8 uber ride to anywhere else you might want to go. Denise was so great and very fast to respond! She ensured we had everything we needed when we mentioned our plans. Would definitely recommend staying here. Thank you Denise!

The “Wedding Cake Carriage House” was excellent! The location is perfect for walking and exploring Savannah’s historic districts. We found great coffee within a few blocks and excellent restaurants. Having the garage to park our car and a washer/dryer were a real bonus! Suzanne was brilliant — provided precise checkin instructions and all information needed.

Great place to stay if you want to walk to everything with your dogs! Forsyth Park is right down the street - so beautiful. And Franklin Square with all its shops was only a 15 minute walk. The house was better than the photos. Very old with lots of charm. Stairs are steep to get to the bedrooms so probably not the best for elderly or tiny kids. Master bedroom doesn't have black out curtains so bring your sleep mask but besides that, we slept great! The owner was super super nice and even offered us late check out without us asking, since we arrived after 10pm the night before- no host has ever done that for us before! I would absolutely stay here again!

Very responsive and accommodating hosts! We had a bit of a hiccup when we arrived (not anyone's fault) and they were quick to resolve the issue. The location was fantastic - you can't beat the convenience. You are just off the main thoroughfare so you can easily walk to the riverfront or downtown area, plus you're on the East side of things so you can make a quick drive over to Tybee Beach.

Nice place! So much charm and coziness. Would definitely book again! Very close to a beautiful park and many great little dives including the Black Rabbit. Great stay!

This is a fantastic place to stay in Savannah. We’re returning bookers - we first stayed at this airbnb in 2024 and loved it so much that we came back for our next trip. It’s a cute, cozy little place that’s easy to find, easy to get into, and has everything you might need for a short stay in Savannah. The location really can’t be beat - it’s walking distance to all the fun stuff in Savannah while being quiet and somewhat secluded. There are so many restaurants and coffee shops around too (including one very conveniently right downstairs). Also worth mentioning street parking is very easy to find! And finally the hosts are terrific - incredibly friendly, responsive, and helpful. Can’t recommend this place enough, and we’ll definitely be back!

We had a fantastic stay at Jessica’s Airbnb! The location was perfect—just a 1–2 minute walk to Forsyth Park and about a 20–30 minute stroll to River Street. The space was clean, well-furnished, and very comfortable. Our favorite spot was the balcony, where we spent a few peaceful hours each morning enjoying the view and fresh air. Overall, a wonderful experience and highly recommended!

What a wonderful experience staying in Anne’s apartment! Beautifully decorated and appointed, we were totally at home and had everything we needed to feel like temporary locals. It was the perfect location from which to explore Savannah, including nearby Forsyth Park, and we loved spending time reading at the end of the day in our private courtyard. The apartment was spotless, the bed super comfy with lovely linens, and the kitchen very well-appointed. We loved our stay and would return in a heartbeat. Highly recommended. Thanks, Anne!

This suite is located in a very quiet neighborhood walkable to anywhere in the Historic district. Lots of hot water and great water pressure (not always available in Savannah rentals) Plenty of towels and wash cloths. Loved all of the artwork on display in this first floor suite/1 bedroom apartment. We really enjoyed our stay!

I stayed at the Peach House in May of 2025 with my two children and my parents. The two separate bathrooms were a real draw for us, and I loved being so close to Forsyth Park. The kitchen was more than adequate for our needs and the outside space was wonderful for my morning yoga. We brought two cars, so I inquired about street parking. Just be aware that it's possible you'll need to parallel park on the uneven brick road that runs in front of the house if you need more than the one provided parking spot. The large closet in the en-suite bedroom was great for bags so you could have more floor space. My 11-year-old daughter loved the day bed. Shower pressure was good, and between the windows and kitchen lights, it was a well-lit space.

We really enjoyed our long weekend in Mike and Sarah’s condo! Location was easy to access and very close to Forsyth park (easy walk), which is why we booked since we were in town for a wedding. Street was quiet and very picturesque, and we got around easy either driving or using Lyft. Condo was quiet and clean, normal amount of street noise for an old building. We had no complaints!

This place was exactly as described and in an amazing location! It was so convenient to explore the different districts and feel like a local! Brendan was incredibly responsive and had an incredible list of recommendations while we were there!

Amber is the best, as well as her co-hosts! She was quick to respond to any and all questions. The condo was neat and clean and had all we could need and more! The balcony had an amazing view! TV is super nice and HUGE! Pool is very nice and clean! Towels and thick and nice! Everything is super nice and we will book again!!

Stayed with 8 total guests for Memorial Day weekend. There was plenty of space for all of us to be comfortable, and the house was adorable. I booked the house, and the guests I was traveling with commented on how perfect the location was and how beautiful the area was (which was my reason for choosing this spot!). The hosts were quick to respond to questions. They even had several umbrellas, which came in handy as it rained for part of the weekend. Would love to stay here again next time I go back to Savannah!

This place is absolutely beautiful, so clean and the host is amazing. We saw so many dolphins. We did not like the flying palmetto bugs but it's the south so they are part of the experience.

Sarah's place is so beautiful- smells fantastic btw! Complete amenities with wifi, tv, kitchen with snacks and drinks, king-sized beds (my favorite and really comfortable), sofa inside the bedroom and in the living room, and also soft pillows. I love how cozy the place is and it's close to a lot of great restaurants and most importantly, the trolley! We only had one day to explore and this place made it all worth it. Saved so much time to be able to explore everything we wanted to go and do. Even if it rained, still, everything was perfect timing and we were able to experience all the fun stuff Savannah has to offer. I definitely recommend this place especially if you want convenience, safety, and quiet neighborhood!

we chose this place because it was right down the street from where a long time friend of ours was moving to. We had a great time hanging out and walked everywhere we wanted to go. We strolled down Habersham on our way to River Street and it was gorgeous! The buildings were amazing to look at as usual but Mother Nature stole the show on Saturday 03/22/2025. EVERYTHING was in bloom! Beautiful weekend!

We enjoyed our stay in Savannah. The location is an easy walk to Forsyth Park. Easy, short drive to historic district or areas near River street. Beds are very comfortable. Loved that there is a washer and dryer. Great kitchen!
