Apartment holiday rentals in North Historic District, Savannah

This Airbnb was perfect for our trip! The actual space was really nice and comfortable. The location was great and within an easy walking distance to river street and other Savannah attractions.

We loved our stay! It was comfortable, clean, pet-friendly (very easy/convenient to bring our dogs out to the square), walkable to everything, and parking was easy and affordable in the garage down the street. We would happily stay again on a future trip to Savannah!

Great stay!! Me and my family loved the dynamic of apartment but with the benefits and amenities of a hotel. Super friendly front desk staff, specially Brianna. The location it’s excellent because it was in a walkable distance from river street. The only inconvenience that we saw was the parking, we weren’t able to use the valet because of our travel rack so we had to park by ourselves in the lot across the building which was paid and not under surveillance and also some of the valet staff was not the friendliest. Other than that it was great, they offered a couple solutions to the very few situations we had! Thank you so much!

Beth was extremely helpful and proactive in contacting me with a small issue before my arrival. She was very quick to assist and get everything taken care of for me before I got there. I will definitely stay with her again!!!

We loved Shannon's place. It had everything we needed for our stay in Savannah, and the large studio has a lovely feel to it. Shannon was very responsive and flexible to our requests. We definitely recommend staying here, and hope we can visit again in the future.

This unit was exactly as described and pictured. We appreciate we were able to check in a little early. Christie’s instructions for parking were great We never used our car and only paid $20 for the weekend. We walked everywhere we wanted to go…shops, restaurants, tours. For breakfast, a great restaurant is right around the corner. A CVS is next door for snacks. The floor to ceiling windows are beautiful and very well insulated. We could not hear the cars passing by. Nearby bars had some music but nothing noticeable after bedtime. The unit was nice and cool even with weather in the 90s. Check-in and checkout were easy. A hidden gem right in the heart of the historic district.

The perfect spot to stay in Savannah! Right in the middle of all the action but tucked away enough where it wasn’t too loud. Super walkable and plenty of room for friends and family! Would stay here again!

We stayed in Crystal's lovely Savannah apartment for three days. We were very pleasantly surprised at how spacious it is. Beginning with the old, quirky hardwood floors to the subtle punches of orange highlighting the burnt orange of the original brick color of the walls; we simply fell in love with it. This apartment is perfectly positioned for everything in downtown Savannah. Located one block south of Ellis Square, this welcoming hideaway provides a great headquarters and jumping off point for all Savannah activities. There is a Roly Poly restaurant right next door. Also, there is no assigned street parking, but there is a public parking deck just a stone's throw away for your convenience. Lastly, this place is priced right. I will always choose my own space over a hotel, especially when it offers what this place does. If you are coming to Savannah, do yourself a favor; stay here and become a booking hero in the eyes of all who witness it. You will not be disappointed.

A great location to walk all over Savannah. Perfect for SCAD graduation weekend!

The Avery Cottage is a great older home with the Savannah feels ! Very well done decor and cute garden space around the covered back porch. It’s peaceful for morning coffee . The location was great for walking to the river lined with really good restaurants and bars. Brandon and Chase communicated well. We would recommend staying here if come to explore this historical city !

The price was great, the location was unbelievable and the pictures do not do this place justice! It is much more beautiful than you can see in the photos. And the art omg!

This listing was everything the hosts described and more! It was private, cozy and roomy at the same time. We didn’t move our car the whole trip and we were within 15 minutes walking of everything we wanted to do. The hosts were so kind and we definitely would love to stay again when we come back to Savannah!

The amenities provided were excellent. We particularly appreciated the well-equipped kitchen, perfect for cooking our breakfast. Everything was well-maintained and added to the overall comfort and convenience of our stay. This location is perfect for exploring Savannah. It was within easy walking distance of the historic squares, River Street, bars and restaurants. This neighborhood is far enough from the tourist yet close enough to walk and a short Lyft/Uber ride back after an afternoon and evening of bar hopping. Highly, Highly Recommend! I would wholeheartedly recommend this Airbnb to anyone.

Place was even more beautiful than the pictures. So clean and well stocked. Thoughtful books, games and even a puzzle that we enjoyed. We would definitely stay again on visits to Savannah!

This is one of the cutest and nicest apartments I have rented as I have traveled. The location is unbeatable! Even though it is within easy walking distance to the square and town, it is cozy and quiet and peaceful. We had no trouble finding it or entering due to very specific instructions by the owner. Her advice about parking was also very beneficial and much appreciated. I love Savannah and if we are able to visit again, I hope we can stay here.

We highly recommend this Airbnb hosted by Keith! Cannot say one negative thing ! Keith was responsive within minutes, so helpful. Condo had EVERYTHING we could possibly need or want. Great location, so peaceful, close to beach. Would DEFINITELY stay again!

David’s place was just as described, perfect for my husband and I to spend his birthday at! they had complimentary snacks and tonsss of different options for coffee (k cup or regular pot coffee). the view from the porch/living room was my favorite. everyone was very responsive when we ran into a hiccup or two and got back to us immediately with any questions we had. we would definitely return. thank you david !!!

Enjoyed our time there.

Considering there was a really bad storm the weekend we visited, which put a damper on a lot of our plans, the Airbnb was a pleasant home away from home. The hot tub was definitely the focal point as well as the massive flat screens in most of the rooms. The kitchen was very accommodating and well-equipped with almost anything you'd need to prepare any type of meals, and there were three different types of coffee makers so everyone's preference was fulfilled. Highly recommend! Max is very responsive if you have any questions and extremely friendly. Thank you again!

Me, my wife, and our toddler had a lovely stay at Charlie’s place. We loved the location - easy access to Savannah and Tybee beaches. The apartment had everything we needed, and Charlie was a kind and responsive host.

This was our first visit to Hilton Head. We’ve been to Charleston and other places in the general low-country region, but never to HHI. The Spa was the perfect spot with serene scenery that included a private natural beach which we had never experienced. It was the most peaceful, quiet, and least crowded we have ever experienced at the beach. The location was close to everything and the condo was perfect. The price was reasonable compared to other locations and met our needs exceptionally well. It is clean and the host clearly takes pride in their property which is seen with how it is managed. Furthermore, the host is quick to respond when needed. Would stay again if and/or when back in the area.

Unit was very clean. There were adequate kitchen appliances and dishes. Location is great. We walked to Perc Coffee most mornings. Many food options in the direct vicinity. A/C strong. Parking in rear fit our 144” wheel base sprinter van with rear bike rack. Host was very responsive. Can hear downstairs tenants easily. There is ongoing construction at the diner next door as of Memorial Day weekend. Would stay again.
