This place was simply amazing. Lots of space and a great area to be in. The family that cares for the place is super welcoming and kind. The pool and decor are also lovely.

Excellent place to stay with family and friends for travelers who like heritage Properties. Some one had written in review that this property is a hidden gem, I fully agree to this review because you may find it difficult to reach this place as it is approachable by car up to certain extent and after that you have to walk for few minutes but once you reach the property all pains are gone This villa is renovated with all modern facilities including generator and ambiance is remarkable . We were group of 5 friends in our 50,s and all of us appreciate the property and quality of stay. Neat and clean rooms, Bathroom and amenities , Special thanks to care taker Renu for excellent breakfast and hospitality. Thanks for making our stay special

One of the best properties you can book for a group of 6–7 people. The place is well-maintained, spotless, and perfectly located-close to all the popular North Goa beaches, clubs, and cafes. You’re guaranteed to enjoy your stay here. The pool is spacious and exceptionally clean, and all the promised amenities are provided without compromise. The host, Karan, is fantastic-very responsive and always available to address any questions or concerns. This property truly elevated our Goa trip and made it even more memorable. Lastly, a special mention to Kefi, the café right outside the property-don’t miss it if you're looking for some delicious food. Highly recommended!

It’s a very beautiful villa exactly like the pictures. Loved our stay at La luxo, the highlight was the infinity pool with amazing mesmerising view like country side. The host is very friendly and responsive. Care taker was also very helpful and responsive. We felt so relaxed and comfortable. Overall I recommend this place to everyone 10/10

We had an absolutely amazing 5-day stay at the Blujam Villa! The place was exactly as shown in the pictures – clean, spacious, and beautifully maintained. The interiors were tastefully done, and the villa had a very relaxing vibe, perfect for a getaway with friends. The private pool was a highlight – we ended up spending most of our time there just chilling and having fun. The location is also super convenient, close to some of the best beaches, restaurants, and nightlife spots in North Goa, yet tucked away enough to enjoy peace and privacy. A big shoutout to our wonderful hosts, Raghva and Skand, who truly made our stay special. They were incredibly welcoming, always available. From smooth check-in to local tips and prompt support – they were exceptional. Highly recommend Blujam Villa if you're looking for a premium and comfortable stay in Goa. We had the most unforgettable stay at this beautiful Airbnb while celebrating our child’s first birthday with our family. From the moment we arrived, everything felt just right — clean, cozy, and full of thoughtful touches that made us feel truly welcomed. The space was not only stunning and comfortable but also incredibly family-friendly. Johnathan went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, even dropping by to wish our little one a happy birthday — such a thoughtful gesture we’ll never forget. Johnathan & Leanne also made us feel special in their beachside place Calamari where Johnathan sang stupendously. From relaxed mornings to shared meals and laughter in the evenings which calls for a special mention to Ranjit who cooked amazing food and handled all the chores. If not going out, try his special meals! Thank you for helping make our baby’s first birthday celebration so special. We’ll definitely be back — and we’ll treasure this stay for years to come. 🌿💛

The villa was very good, neat and clean with all the amenities as mentioned while booking. The place is easy to access and in a peaceful location with lot of options to order food and access to good restaurants. The host and the property manager were very cooperative and responsive.

The location of this villas is very nice. Every place that you would want to visit is approachable both towards north goa and south goa. We had a lovely stay here.

Stayed at the beautifully designed sea view villa beautiful decor.. With an amazing party terrace overlooking the ocean, had perfect sundowner with my family here The villa staff was attentive n prepared an excellent breakfast as per our choice.. The host took care of everything during our stay they hv concierge service which recommended n booked resturants n party place for us.. Great place and very friendly host and staff. We were 11 adults and 2 kids and we had ample space to get together, have fun. The pool was clean and we enjoyed it every day. Very helpful host who took care of our needs. Very helpful staff. The cooks made delicious food and there were lots of choices. We will visit this place again. 30mins from the beaches and centrally located.

Best 6 BHK villa experience in goa , we stayed there for 4 nights . I must say the property is even better than pics which are already out of the world. Has a nice pool. The rooms are out of the world . Nice living area dining area . They provide u a Chef, and u can let them know what u wish to eat and u will be served amazing food by chef sumit . The staff is courteous, and always Greet u with a smile.The caretaker is the best person and was on toes till the time we stayed there. Best team at the villa . Highly recommend this property as I have personally stayed there . Worth staying when in goa if u are in a group and love ur personal time.. Thanks team for a lovely stay

Great Villa to stay near to Baga. Not much traffic around the place. Walkable distance to Baga. Amazing host. We had a helper (Noor) available all times just a phone call away. Noor helped us with food, water etc. Very well mannered host and helpers. Always respected privacy.

So glad we went with Brits Palace! It was the perfect spot for our family get-together. The staff were super friendly and quick to help with anything we needed. The place was very clean, and everyone had a great time in the pool. We made a lot of wonderful memories — I highly recommend this place!

Wonderful property, beautifully appointed and lavishly kitted out, with all the things one needs - and more Lots of attention to detail, even the little things in all areas. Everything was much like the photographs show them to be. We were impressed also, by the excellent caretaking team, who along with the host, Mr Deepak, were very responsive and cooperative, at all times. My thanks to them all 🙏🏼 Would definitely recommend this property, for a group of up to 10 people or less.

Absolutely Amazing Experience! We had an incredible time at this villa! A group of 11 of us checked in to celebrate a 40th birthday, and everything exceeded our expectations. The staff was extremely welcoming and attentive, taking care of even the smallest details. The location is fantastic—just a 10-minute drive to all the happening places. But honestly, the villa itself is even more beautiful than the pictures! A special thanks to Ashok- the caretaker, and Aunty for their warmth and hospitality. The food they prepared was so delicious that we skipped an outdoor lunch just to enjoy another meal at the villa! Highly recommend this place, and we’d love to come back again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Had a wonderful stay at this property. The place looked exactly like the photos. Sakshi and the property manager, Akhilesh, were extremely helpful and responsive throughout. Daily cleaning was provided upon request, and the service was consistently excellent. The pool was great and clean as well. Highly recommend this place for a comfortable stay.

Panav is a great host super helpful, always available and very generous! He sent us lovely breakfasts , suggested great nearby places to visit! The helpers were very good and always available making sure we had a comfortable stay. The airbnb has a lovely ambiance , cute, cozy and private! If you visit north Goa we highly recommend this airbnb!
