This Pinehill Townhome is your home away from home at the end of road and near the town's best restaurants. Since it is a personal residence, it has a fully equipped kitchen complete with Keurig coffee maker, Instant Pot, and a Weber gas grill for your family dinners. 3 floors allow space for both adults and kids. 2 decks offer a view of the pines and pleasant sounds of water over the Mill Pond dam. A great location to be while visiting Lake Placid and the Adirondacks. Situated on a golf course and in a scenic neighborhood. You will be a walk away from Maggie's Pub and the Lake Placid Lodge. The Jack Rabbit Trail is just outside the door for hiking or cross country skiing. Follow the Jack Rabbit Trail towards town to discover a sweet little swimming hole at the foot of Lake Placid. It's a great place to return to after an active day in or around Lake Placid.

Located right on Everest Lake in Wilmington - great for swimming and kayaking. 5 minutes to Whiteface mt for skiing and biking. We are in the center of all the ADK trails. Fantastic location! Soak in the hot tub at night while looking at the lake. In summer time, there are free Thursday-night concerts at the lake. Newly built townhome with lots of natural light, clean lines and modern finishes, EV charger, and new appliances. Very quiet and serene spot.

Located right on Main Street you have easy access to the restaurants, shopping, Olympic Center, museums and Mirror Lake. The beach is right across the street. Beautiful, well kept, and clean condo. Space was perfect for our group and just as described in the listing. Kitchen was bigger than I expected and everything in the kitchen was in excellent/new condition. The DR/LR space was plenty big for our crew, and it was really nice to have have four bedrooms, each with their own updated bathroom. We did use the sauna which was lovely and a lot bigger than I expected! I would definitely book this unit again when in Lake Placid.

This place is wonderful and within walking distance to the lake and the main town. It is also very close to the golf course which must be nice in the warmer months. We were there in the winter; the home was cozy and had everything our family of four needed. We also used the hotel pool and gym. I highly recommend it!

We had a great stay here. The check in and out times were flexible which really maximized the time we had on our vacation. The location couldn’t have been better, town is just a few minute walk away! The amenities were also great, my family and I enjoyed taking out the kayaks. Overall great rental and could recommend.
