This is a new house and everything in it was in perfect condition. The kitchen is well equipped with all the utensils you would need and even had a meat thermometer. The house is very isolated but the road was plowed properly so no issues getting in or out. It's a short drive to North Creek or Gore Mountain. The place was spotless when we checked in as well. There is no cell service at the property but the wifi worked well. We would definitely stay here again.

If I could live there I would! So peaceful and serene. I wanted a peaceful, secluded place and this was exactly what I wanted! Margarete was responsive and a great host, I thank her for sharing her little piece of paradise. The cooking station was perfect, and we had plenty of wood for the wood stove. The cabin was cozy and plenty warm even though it was cold out. My dog loved running around. I just wish we could have enjoyed the lake! We will be back, highly recommend this little cabin!

We had a wonderful stay! The location was absolutely perfect — close enough to a grocery store for convenience but still incredibly secluded and peaceful. It truly felt like we were the only people in the Adirondacks, which made for such a relaxing getaway. The house itself was beautiful, very clean, and had an amazing chef’s kitchen that made cooking a real pleasure. There were a couple of minor issues: the fireplace in the primary bedroom wasn’t usable because the remote needed a special type of battery we couldn’t find locally, and the jetted tub didn’t work even after following the troubleshooting steps provided. We also noticed that some simple kitchen basics like sugar, salt, and cooking oil weren’t provided, so future guests might want to bring those along. These small things didn’t ruin our stay at all — we really enjoyed our time and would definitely recommend this property for anyone looking for a quiet, beautiful place to unwind!

This is a very comfortable home. Plenty of room for everyone’s interests. Provided many games, books and also separate areas to unwind when together time was exhausted. This is the best Airbnb I have ever stayed in. It is in such a beautiful plot of land and there are so many activities in the property- fire pit, grill, and hot tub. The hot tub is great and super nice located on the deck. The house is huge and there is a big space downstairs with Pool and foosball. I would come here again in a heartbeat. The kitchen is well stocked and we were able to cook lots of meals. Lovely place to relax and connect with nature. Please book and stay here!
