Apartment holiday rentals in North Ayrshire Council

the apartment is very good - roomy, light, clean, and well presented with quality facilities in all rooms. it is in an excellent location close to the centre of largs and its amenities. the check in and departure were straight forward and convenient and Priya was in contact during my stay to check if everything was ok and if i needed anything while I was there. it has books, tv and a lots of information about largs and the surrounding area. the ayrshire coastal path is a few steps away and easy to follow. i had a very pleasant and comfortable stay.

Great little place in an ideal location. Everything was simple from start to finish. Early check-in was facilitated. Checkout by 10 am is a little too early when you're on holiday, but I managed it. Everything cosy and warm if a little dusty and basic. I just wanted a base for a few days and it was great for that. Very good location, and it has to come out tops for price. Parked down a side street. Great for one person; a bit too tight for more than one. Smoke detectors are extremely sensitive and there's one right above the toaster. Even with the kitchen window open while I made toast, it went off twice, which was annoying. Opening the oven door did the same thing. That's the one thing I'd change about the place, but I would not hesitate to stay again and would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone for a short stay. The steep flight of stairs up to the door was fine for me, but would be very difficult for people with mobility issues. Overall, great little place.

Fantastic stay at Caroline & Frank's place - definitely a WOW moment as we stepped through the front door! 4 large en-suite bedrooms ideal for our 4 couple group (3 family generations aged 24-80), beds mega comfortable. Bright & spacious living room with well stocked board games cupboard (loved the seats in the windows), separate dining room, kitchen has everything you need for self-catering. Beautiful patio & garden area with a tennis court which my 80 year old Dad loved as he hadn't held a tennis racket in decades. Short drive to Troon, plenty of restaurants & tourist attractions in the surrounding area. Highly recommend and hope to be back at some point !

Chloe was absolutely amazing! The best Airbnb host I’ve ever had. She went above and beyond and was so kind and helpful. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Also, the location was incredible, so much to do and just a quick walk to the beach.

I found the studio cosy and comfortable, and Karen had provided everything you might need. It was great having a wardrobe to hang your clothes, and a washing machine with outside lines for drying. The shower water was hot, and if the evening weather got cold, the little heater warmed you up in no time. I found the nights very peaceful. The bed very comfortable and it was simple to use, (though being in my 70s and not very sturdily built, I found it quite heavy to put back, but for most people I'm sure it's fine. Similarly, I found the window a bit stiff to open and close.) The table with the pull out stools is very neat and useful. The studio is perfectly positioned for the village shops and ameneties in one direction, and the lakeside and woodland walks in another, all just a few minutes away on foot. You can even walk to the station in 20 mins, and go to Glasgow or the sea. By car you can easily visit Loch Lomond and the Trossachs. I really enjoyed my stay at the studio!

Location couldn't be better. Central Rothesay. The apartment is lovely. Has everything you might need. Peter was super helpful, really couldn't have done more to make our stay great. Even suggested dog walks and places to celebrate my birthday. Amazing place and if I come back to Bute I'd definitely stay there again. Thanks Peter

We had a great time. Perfect location for Ayrshire and surrounds. Spacious, clean and comfortably decorated, with all the amenities required for a comfortable stay. Hosts were exceptionally responsive and accommodating. Don’t hesitate to book this one.

The cosy flat is everything you could have expected, and has an ideal location with a stunningly breathtaking seafront view. Parking right outside the front door with no issues. The welcome book Sheena has includes all the local information (from instructions on how to use the sofa bed and thermostat, restaurants, to fun facts about the island. Clearly, Sheena has went out of her way and thought of everything that her guests would benefit from knowing during their stay. Thanks again.

Grace is a really friendly host. She was very communicative and went the extra mile, accommodating for dietary requirements when it came to "essentials" such as milk and coffee

I stayed here for two weeks while training at the Ayrshire Grooming Salon and had a fantastic experience. The flat was clean, quiet, and felt very homely, exactly what I needed after long days of training. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I slept so well throughout my stay. It’s also in a great location, just a short walk to Asda and several local restaurants. Everything I needed was close by. I’d definitely stay here again, highly recommended!

Comfortable apartment and the bedroom is at the opposite side to the main road so no bother having a good sleep. Very close to the waterfront so plenty of shops, restaurants, bars etc close by.

From Jayne’s friendly manner and communication I just knew this would be a great place. Beautiful , stylish flat and the comfiest sofa bed I’ve ever slept on ( felt just like a real bed) . Great spot too in a cute place. I’ll definitely stay again. Can’t recommend it highly enough.

The apartment at Kildonan was fantastic. Clean and very comfortable, with everything I needed. Beautiful apartment and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. Kitchen well equipped. Shower was great. The location was so perfect and right on the beach, coast, I could hear the sea/waves from the apartment if i had the small balcony door open , so special. The small balcony was also a bonus and was nice to sit outside and watch the sea. I slept very well and loved the apartment as my base for my visit to Arran. Communication was lovely and was a pleasure meeting you and staying here. Benny (the dog) and I thoroughly enjoyed it. thanks for having us and we definitely plan on returning , and hopefully soon. thanks so much

Michele was a great host and we had a really nice few days staying in her flat. It's a lovely location close to the beach and the shops and also easy to travel to other sites.

Overall a really great Airbnb. Great location, spotless and super comfy bed! The kitchen space is more than enough. It really had everything I needed whilst working in Cumbrae. I would definitely book this Airbnb again. The host was also great, gave some good recommendations for whilst on the island.

For us it was a one-night stay only unfortunately… but if you get the chance to stay a bit longer, Joyce’s place has an amazing bow window that faces the sea and the coziest apartment ever: well-equipped, luminous, spacious. We did not have the time to explore around, but the check-in and check-out experiences were smoothless and Joyce, Lynsey and Blair were very friendly and kind. 100% would recommend!

Kate’s place is spacious, peaceful, attractively furnished and spotlessly clean. Kate was a great host - providing helpful suggestions and kindly driving us to the supermarket when we arrived. It was easy to use the bus and we also enjoyed walking into Rothesay and Port Bannatyne. We’d love to stay again.

There is everything in the apartment that anyone would need for their stay Right in the centre of Millport with fantastic views over the water I could have sat at the window all day watching the view and people watching everyone going by Ate at Fraser’s , Luca’s and the cafe at fintry bay all very nice and good pricing.

We stayed for a month and worked remotely during the first two weeks. Margaret's place is ideally located, as described, clean, and quiet near the front. The heating was set on summer mode and turned off after 10 a.m., but when we asked the host to switch it back to winter settings, she responded quickly and resolved it. Overall, a very good long stay — we’d recommend it!

Lynette’s house was absolutely perfect, better than the pictures and had everything we needed for two families. Lynette couldn’t have been more helpful in accommodating us and helping with everything we needed. West Kilbride was stunning, the village, the people and the beach all surpassed our expectations. We would love to visit again!

We enjoyed our stay in Ardrossan a lot! The flat was lovely, had everything we needed and with the cosy interior we instantly felt at home. Even though we did not get to see a nice sunset due to the cloudy weather, we loved the stunning view of the harbour. Mairi and James are really kind and helpful hosts, they were quick to reply and provided us with helpful tips for the region. Thank you again!
