The property has 2 living areas and one can be configured as a big double bedroom, please let me know when booking how you want it to be set up. There is a king size in the main bedroom and bunks in the other. A Victorian flat refurbished to a high standard. A gateway to Arran, Ayrshire and beyond . The ferry terminal, South Beach and North Shore are a 15 minute walk. Less than 3 minutes walk are shops, takeaways and also a castle. ASDA and various restaurants are 15 minutes from the property.

This stylish place to stay is perfect for couples for harbour side apartments life. It looks over the old railway bridge that took the catch away from the fishing boats. Only bought in June 22 and completely renovated throughout. You will love the peace and quiet of the central apartment. Enjoy a wonderful break at our bright seafront apartment. We are perfectly situated across from 2miles of golden sandy beach. The house is at the quieter residential end but still within easy walking distance of Ayr Town centre's shops, restaurants and pubs. The beachfront indoor and outdoor playparks are 5 mins walk away. Belleisle Park is nearby with it's excellent municipal Golf course and gardens. NowTV , Disney+ and Netflix are also included along with a Wii console and games.
