Villa holiday rentals in North Aegean Region

First of all, our host was very welcoming and helped us a lot. It was very useful and had a magnificent view. Just the problem we had, Google Maps brought us a very different and difficult way. Visitors will choose this house. If they write piligoni as the center on the maps, they can reach it more comfortably. They can leave the car in front of the church and reach the house forever.

This was a return visit and probably not my last. The location and views are just too good. A walk down the ancient streets and you are in the town. A walk to the Castle and there may be Greek music to enjoy with a sunset dinner. In between just enjoy the place.

We had fantastic 4 days in this gorgeous house. The view of the house was incredible and it was super comfortable. Giorgios and Sofia (the owners of the house) were very hospitable and friendly. They answered every question of us and recommended very good places to go. We went to the most beautiful beaches in the town easily from the house as the location of the house was very convenient. There were good restaurants and taverns around the house. The neighborhood was also very satisfactory in terms of that. We had a lovely vacation in Samos and I think we made the best decision by staying in this fantastic house. Many thanks again to Giorgio and Sofia for everything. We will definitely come back again.

Great place to stay for a couple, as you will have separate bedroom, but it also works well for three people, as you have a separate single bed downstairs. It's a very cozy house, with beautiful terrace and garden, where you can enjoy calm mornings and evenings. Inside you can find everything you need, whether it be for cooking or washing your clothes. If you need to go to the town/beach, it's just 10 minutes walk. Elizabeth is also very responsive and helpful with her recommendations. Overall I have enjoyed my stay very much and will definitely look to book again, when I'll be coming to Skala Eresou. ;)

We loved Filippo's place. It was amazingly peaceful and a lovely, comfortable house. We would definitely come back if we could.

Wow! What a beautiful home. 10 minutes away from Moudros, nice restaurants and walkable waterfront. Home is located in a peaceful setting with a breathtaking sunset view. Christos and his father were fantastic. Can’t wait to stay here again!

Although George and I don’t speak the same language, we had no trouble communicating with the help of a mobile translator app. In fact, I even picked up a few Greek phrases, which were helpful when interacting with others. Most of our conversations were with Mari, a lovely lady who assisted us every step of the way, from the reservation process to our stay. George, who lives on the first floor, was always responsive and incredibly helpful throughout our visit. The house is three stories, with bedrooms on the second and third floors. The sea breeze is fantastic—we never had to use the A/C. Each floor has its own balcony, and starting the day with a view of the sea was a highlight. There’s plenty of space for six people or even more. The kitchen is well-equipped for cooking, and the living room is perfect for relaxing, complete with a TV, sound system, and George’s vinyl collection. Overall, George, Mari, and the house made our trip truly wonderful. We’ll definitely plan to visit again!

A really cosy house in a great location! Amazing balcony with two sections (one with a sofa and coffee table, one with a dining table and chairs). Great view! Also, The village is very nice and has a traditional tavern in a big square. Also, the village is very close to all the amazing villages of the island. Highly recommended!

The house is amazing - close to the shops and beach but peaceful with a lovely outside space/garden. We loved it. It was a bit hard to find as we didn’t have the house number but Marie was very responsive and sent her friend to escort us to the house. Would definitely go back - in fact can’t wait.

So peaceful! Our family loved being here. The house was spectacular, inspired layout, beautiful selection of art and furniture. We could not have been more pleased with the gardens, the patios and the view. We woke up to the sound of the ocean. The town was walkable with wonderful restaurants very close by. Looking forward to booking a longer stay next year. We will remember the peace that we gathered and will be going forward with that peace in our hearts and memories.

Eleni’s place was incredible and so was our local guide Kaiti! Truly such a special place on the island, and located near one of the most beautiful villages in Greece.

We had a wonderful stay. The villa was beautiful and the amenities were excellent. The sunset viewing deck was a standout. The villa is close to the central Chora and very easy to drive around to key areas of the island. The hosts were extremely friendly, hospitable and responsive. I would highly recommend.

Mandy and Nefeli were two exceptional hosts. Mandy was very kind to us and our children, she took care of us and cooked many delicious things, we felt like we were at mom's house. Nefeli guided us to the right places since our arrival, giving us advice on beaches, villages and taverns. The house is in a strategic central position, 10 minutes from the port and maximum 45 minutes from all the beaches and villages of the island. We highly recommend it! Thank you Christina for a an amazing stay! The house is so beautifully designed and in a gorgeous tiny old village with views across the hills to the sea. It feels like a 5 star hotel with a stunning outdoor terrace to eat on complete with outdoor pizza oven and bbq. Oh and the fridge is stocked up with goodies very couple of days! Christina and her lovely housekeeper are very friendly and responsive too. We stayed 5 nights with 3 kids and it was a peaceful haven to come back/ wake up to each day. Totally recommend!

What an amazing place... beautiful views of the Aegean and neighboring islands, a clean infinity swimming pool, and a beautiful traditional house which is functional and clean. We really enjoyed our stay there, and the host was super friendly and responsive.

This is the place for families to stay on Ikaria. Spacious kitchen diner, 3 bedrooms and incredible outside space. The pool is excellent, with endless views of the Aegean sea, and occasional glimpses of distant Cycladic islands. The location is also tremendous, a very short walk down to a lovely little beach with good snorkelling around the rocky coast. Nanouras is a very quiet hamlet with no shop or taverna, so it's peaceful and easy to park. It's only a short drive (or bike ride) up the coast to Nas or Armenistis for bars, restaurants and mini markets. There is also a fairly new (paved) road up to the interior villages very nearby, which are well worth visiting. Christos the host and his family were responsive, friendly and helpful. His mother made us some pasta one night! Altogether a complete holiday rental, thoroughly recommended on every level.

We’d give 10 stars if we could - Antonia was wonderful and the place was even better than the photos. We loved our stay on Tinos and will definitely go back and we wouldn’t dream of staying anywhere else! We hired a car which was great so we could visit some of the beautiful villages and beaches but loved coming back to Carpe Diem and the wonderful pool and views. Thank you Antonia for your hospitality- we are missing you already!

It was a very peaceful and enjoyable vacation for us.The location of the house was very nice and the house was clean and we were comfortable.Our hosts were very friendly and helpful people, they took care of us very well and gave us local advice.Thank you very much for everything, a place we plan to stay again.

The pictures don’t lie. This was one of the most beautiful, peaceful, and private Airbnb’s we’ve ever stayed at. And the price was incredible compared to what we normally pay in the US for comparable properties. This property is actually part of a hotel and the service was incredible. We had beautiful and bountiful breakfasts delivered to our patio each morning. The staff answered our questions and odd requests quickly and kindly. I can’t wait to come back and swim in that private pool with the most incredible view! A rental car is a must though. It’s not really a walkable distance to anything. Plus it’s so fun to explore the island!
