A cozy two-story house in the village. Lots of nice little details in the design. The house has everything you need for life. A car is a must for traveling around the area. The house is located in a traditional village. You can feel the spirit of life of the villagers.

If you are looking for a peaceful, private, very clean and comfortable stay surrounded by endless natural beauty, then this is the place for you! Zacharias is very conscientious about making sure you have everything you need and is helpful and friendly. He happily met me at the village square to show me the way to his place the first time and once he did that it was no problem finding it. What I especially loved was the quiet, since Greece can be noisy with motorcycles and barking dogs. It was profound. The views of the canyon, mountains, sea and sunsets are stunning. The cabina itself has every comfort needed. The STO Kampi restaurant in Agios Dimitrios is very good and 5 minute drive away, (or walkable) and it’s just a 15 minute drive down to the coastal town of Armenistis to seek out beaches and more life. Highly recommend!!

The house has a wonderful sea and city view. And very clean house especially the kitchen and staff. Directions and quick answers to our questions were very helpful. I reccommend every visitor to stay at this house. Very calm and peaceful district. Thanks a lot Lefteris and Dimitri🙏🏻💜

A lovely stone house, newly renovated, in the medieval old town of Kalamoti. The 1-bedroom house is spacious, has a full kitchen, and a pretty little outdoor sitting area in the back. With its thick stone walls, the house was very cool, even when it was very hot outside. Parking is very easy, and the house is just a 1 minute walk away. Dimitris is quick to respond to all messages, and it was nice to be welcomed in person on arrival. Kalamoti is well located--a short drive to visit the various Masticha villages, and only 3 kms from Komi beach, 5 kms from Mavra Volia. The most magical part of staying in Dimitris's place though is stepping out the front (or back) door for evening walks through the streets of the ancient town.

Wow, the house is in a wonderful location and very quiet. Everything was very clean and well maintained, and the garden invites you to linger. Communication worked very well and we were able to find the house quickly. In the village there are three restaurants serving typical Greek dishes. A car is necessary to get to the wonderful beaches on the west coast in 20 minutes.

Located in a peaceful location in the middle of olive trees, the home has more than enough to cover everything I might need. Stylish kitchen with new and modern furnishings in the interiors, offered a comfortable and pleasant stay. Galateia and her mother were very helpful to us. Definitely a place I would want to stay again.

As we got to the location Maria was waiting to welcome us. We directly felt this is the place for us to relax and recharge. The house was perfectly located with the most breathtaking view of the deep blue waters of this small amazing almost private bay. It was super clean, perfectly equipped and made with so much love. Maria thought about every little detail which made our stay so comfortable and pleasant. The small shop at the reception offered a nice selection of local wines and they were all very tasty. Maria and her assistant were both attentive and helpful, answered every question within minutes and made sure we have all we need. You have to consider that this place is super isolated. You will have to get a car to get some groceries or to get to the next restaurant or cafe. For us it was exceptional to be out of any busy touristic place so we could enjoy the magic of Greek nature to the fullest. We will be back thank you so much for the hospitality Maria.

We had a wonderful stay at Stamatis place! Koumeika has been the best location for us - you can explore all island from here, it's an authentic, beautiful village without many tourists and the people are very welcoming. You have a great restaurant, cafe and mini market in town. the apartment has an amazing view , is perfectly equipped and very clean. Stamatis is a great host, was very helpful and friendly and has the best advice on where to go and what to do on the island. Thanks for verything Stamatis, we truely loved our stay!

We had a great stay at Anna's place. She was so easy to communicate with and meet us when we arrived to welcome us. The house is beautiful with comfortable beds. The pool a little smaller than we anticipated. Easy walk down to the beach where there is a great restaurant. The beach is quite busy and directed towards a young adult vibe (our kids were sometimes the only kids on the beach) but there are heaps of other amazing beaches within a close drive. A gem for those who love being close to nature. There are no words to describe the night sky and the sound of the sea from the lounge spaces at night... The beach is lovely and very accessible. Tavari is at walking distance for those who like walking and a safe walk. The room was very spacious and felt at home immediately. Everything is arranged with love and care by Christina, a wonderful host. Her vibe creates a calm and loving environment. It's hard to leave this place without feeling reborn.

Chryssa’s house was so lovely. The house has a beautiful interior with authentic touch. The area where the house is very quiet and peaceful. The garden of the house also pretty, sunsets are unreal. Having drinks and dinner in the garden is very delightful. If you are looking for a place to feel like a local and just relax, I would highly recommend it. But the island is big and nearest beach 15mins by car so you definitely need a car. Also for groceries you need to have 15 mins drive to the closest super market. You can be prepared that the village is very small and not many amenities. Chryssa was very helpful when I needed help. She was very responsive and friendly anytime I wrote her.

Our Favorite Escape on Chios! Oz Bay Chios is a dreamy getaway—close to town but feels like a secluded paradise. The private beach, stunning views, and stylish, comfy rooms make it unforgettable. The food, drinks, and service are top-notch (don’t miss their sushi and their incredible lamb pasta!). It’s also the perfect wedding and event venue (a Greek chapel sits at the end of a path right on the sea) . The hosts are so thoughtful—we can’t wait to return to stay and host future events here!

Antonis was incredibly helpful and polite throughout our stay and really helped us get the most out of our stay! But the highlight is definitely the house and the location. The vibe hit me as bohemian, in the most unpretentious way imaginable. The beach is a very short walk down the footpath and we literally had it all to ourselves. I hope we have more time to enjoy it next time!

Blue Samos is a true paradise gem of Samos. Peaceful, private, and stunning views even from the inside. I have been to many Airbnbs and this one was the best one I’ve ever stayed at. Starting from the immaculate cleanliness, modern technology, great WiFi, and fully stocked amenities, the host Dimitris made it truly exceptional with his hospitality. His responsiveness and communication made our stay easy and comfortable. We really enjoyed his local recommendations and the wonderful complimentary local goods. On top of that, although we arrived a day late due to personal circumstances, Dimitris accommodated our schedule with a late check out which was a show of above and beyond hospitality and we are so grateful. We will definitely come back again!

This was a wonderful stay!!! The area is beautiful and Christina had some great suggestions about a local tavern and coffee shop right on the beach. Pictures don’t do this little house justice. We rented a car and I think that’s absolutely the way to go as there are limited options within the town itself.

Everything was perfect… We find whatever we need at home… She made a few facilities for my baby which was so kind for us… Garden was like a heaven, landscape was fantastic…But the air condition system and wi-fi could be better… thank you for everything…

The place was super clean, thoughtful, and perfectly comfortable – we felt right at home. The description of the home was completely accurate and fully matched the reality.
