Good value for the cost. Location is very top of the village, it is a good walk up hill with the steps involved. Iasonas is very helpful and friendly, he came very quickly to help us when we have locked out ourselves.

Staying at Kostas place was amazing! We enjoyed every bit of our experience here. Kostas is a great guest, quick to respond and helpful with advice on hidden gems at Tinos. The house has the traditional Cycladic style and is well organized with nice details. The outside terrace is all that you need, a place where you can relax all day with a wonderful view. And as for its location, it is just perfect! It's a 2 min walk from Triantaros village and it has very close a big parking field where you may leave your car. Overall, our stay was perfect!

Serene and authentic stay in a traditional well curated house in the village of Kerami. Mikalis was kind and thoughtful, he has restored the studio with care and attention. He is a true artist! There was ample kitchen space to cook and enjoy a coffee outside in the peaceful garden. A short walk of 15 minutes to the taverns at Skala Kalloni and the beach for swimming. Highly recommend this place, and it's generous host! I hope to return.

Nestled in a meticulously maintained garden, this studio is surrounded by beautiful trees which create a unique atmosphere. It blends modern amenities with traditional elements and is impeccably clean and well-organized. The comfortable bed ensured restful nights, and details like complimentary homemade marmalade made us feel right at home. Outdoor sitting areas were perfect for coffee, or wine - while enjoying serene views and evening skies. We often stayed in the garden instead of going to the beach. The hosts, who also live onsite, were fantastic—professional, responsive, and genuinely committed to making our stay one to remember. Sotiris, the dog, was super friendly, playful, yet obedient and unobtrusive. (He is probably the sweetest dog I have ever met). If you are a nature lover seeking to disconnect, rest, read, stargaze, and introspect while exploring South Ikaria, look no further. (Note, however, that the nearest beach is a 20 min drive away). I will be definitely returning!

The hostess was always very helpful and still allowed me to check in early, as my ferry arrived at 6:00 in the morning. The place was very beautiful, with all the amenities covered, and there was also parking just below. Highly recommend 100%!

What an incredible stay! this is what Greek island dreams are made of. Yes, the home was equipped and clean and the high quality touches were fabulous but what really stands out is the history and soul this place has. The guesthouse is a part of a real, local Greek families land that they so intentionally built out to host guests. The historical restoration was so high quality and the care can be felt. This stay affords you the opportunity to immerse in a real, genuine local experience. To participate in sustainable tourism - supporting locals and the important work they do. I loved the home, the central location to so many beautiful beaches, close to the city. Yet the stay was so serene I barely wanted to leave. gorgeous gardens, olive trees, and beautiful views afforded such a lovely experience. I will definitely be back!!! :)

The best hosts i have had the pleasure of staying with. Very kind, friendly and communicative. We ended up sharing drinks , memories and experiences. The room was very clean, comfy and had a great garden & sea view from the balcony. The host changed our sheets very often, and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable leisure. The location of the property is the real winner here! Since you are getting close to the property, you will be faced with a great sea and mountain view. It is quiet & beautiful with palm, fig, lemons and other types of trees. Great tavernas near, with good food and a great sea view. There are couple of beaches within walking distance, one of which is right in front of the property (an awarded beach for its cleanliness and natural beauty) - this is the place you will love the most! it is here that you will see one the best sunsets of your life, where the sun is setting right behind the Athos Mountain - it is Phenomenal! Highly Recommend!

The location in itself is worth the stay, but what truly shines here are the people. I've been to several places, but rarely have I felt as at home as here. Antigoni and her family truly know the meaning of hospitality. While watching the sunset from the balcony was for sure a highlight, the long meals with the family and the warmth are the true reason I'm going to come back.

Small studio rented for my daughter and her friend, ideally located in the village of Komi, very lively with its café, tavern, Mamacita Spritz bar and small local shop. Perfect for visiting Tinos and Kolymbitra beach is nearby. Very warm welcome from the owners.
