Sit back and relax in this nice & charming backfall house. About 400 m to the sea bay & a small swimming area. Here you like nature, you like nature,walking & just being . In the summer, barbecue & outdoor furniture is available on the secluded patio. Rowboat is available to borrow for a day on request. There is a 120 bed & a sofa bed drapery for the bedroom. No smoking ,no pets due to allergies. Sheets & towels not included but can be added for 150:-pp The house is close to the main house where we live permanently .

Welcome to our beautiful house in the countryside, with no next-door neighbors except the forest. A short walk takes you to a quiet lake and a lovely sea inlet, for swimming, or just unwinding by the water. The house has all modern comforts, an open floor plan, and big windows that bring the outdoors in. There’s also a private sauna. Especially great for families with little ones - there are toys, swings, a highchair, and a baby bed to make your stay easy and fun. Enjoy the peace and quiet!

Fyra sovrum, två wc, ett badrum, stort matrum med kakelugn, vardagsrum och fullt utrustat kök, TV, wi-fi samt två tvättmaskiner. Mysig, skyddad trädgård med utemöbler. Huset ligger 5 km från Norrtälje med många sevärdheter, restauranger och shopping. Nära även till badsjö och go-cart. Ägarna bor med hund i ett annat hus på gården. Lakan och handdukar kan hyras.

Båtsmanstorp in rural Roslagen. Proximity to animals and nature. Gently renovated cottage with wood stove and fireplace. Lush, secluded and large garden with many cultural varieties of plants. The nearest lake is Erken where there are several different bathing areas and scenic areas. At the cottage there is a wood-fired sauna. There is good bus communication to, for example, Stockholm or Grisslehamn for day trips. Norrtälje city is also a nice excursion destination.

Nära till Kapellskär och utflykter till Åland. Huset kan tyvärr inte bokas för fester.

The picturesque town centre, dating back to the 17th century, is full of restaurants, cafes and quaint little shops.
