Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Norrmalm

We boekten het huis van Robert omdat we in de buurt een familiebijeenkomst hadden: het huis en het verblijf waren geweldig! Prachtig uitzicht vanaf een geweldig terras, maar ook vanuit de eetkamer en woonkamer. Ruime slaapkamers voor 5 personen en een prima slaapbank voor nog eens twee personen. Meer dan ruim voorziene keuken, werkelijk alle benodigdheden aanwezig! Maar vooral: een gezellig huis! Daarnaast was Robert zeer attent, nam contact op met de vraag of alles in orde was , maar respecteerde privacy! Voor ons een prima week in een prachtige omgeving! Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar!

Had a lovely and most relaxing stay at this holiday home by the water. Everything worked great for us. Beautiful scenery, a neighboring park with lovely walks, fully equipped and sparkly clean stylish home, great kitchen to prepare meals, comfy bed, bus stop right by the house for easy commute to the city, and lovely lovely outdoors, including swims ten times a day... and special visitors to the backyard such as deer, ducks and squirrels as well as the neighbor's cat :) If you don't have a car, remember to bring groceries with you, otherwise it's a few minutes walk. Thank you for this memorable stay.

Wij hebben genoten van ons verblijf in Stockholm. Het huis van Johan en zijn gezin droeg daar zeker aan bij. Het huis is prachtig, ruim en biedt voldoende privacy. Daarnaast was alles schoon en opgeruimd en was er een duidelijk handboek voor alle praktische zaken van het huis. Het huis heeft een ruime tuin waar je heerlijk kunt eten en verblijven. Het huis ligt op loopafstand van een metro station die je in minder dan 15 min naar het centrum brengt. Daarnaast liggen er een supermarkt, een bakkertje en diverse restaurantjes op loopafstand., heel praktisch allemaal. Ook kon je in 20 min wandelen naar een haventje met zwemmogelijkheden met prachtig uitzicht! Wij (gezin met 3 bijna volwassen dochters) kunnen dit huis en de gastheer van harte aanbevelen!

Een geweldig weekend gehad bij Milla. Fijne communicatie en prachtig huis. We hebben vooral genoten van de grote ruimte, de buitenruimte en de vele installaties in het huis, zoals door het hele huis muziek afspelen en de chromecast. Ook maken de hottube en het grote bad het helemaal af. Het huis was goed schoon, de badkamer rook naar chloor. We komen graag terug!

Accueil digne d'un 5 étoiles. À notre arrivée, les lumières étaient allumées et la musique jouait dans toutes les pièces. Les lits étaient faits, et une bouteille de bienvenue ainsi que des chocolats nous attendaient. Le logement est magnifiquement décoré, on se sent immédiatement chez soi. La vue est incroyable et l'emplacement du logement était parfait pour nous. Nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir.

Whilst not quite as shown in the photos, this did not detract from Gustav’s wonderful family home. The property is spacious and laid out in an interesting manner across 5 floors which we enjoyed using, despite there only being 3 of us. We particularly enjoyed the variety of outdoor seating and the hot tub and the gym equipment. The location of the house is very quiet but with frequent buses (approx 40 / 45 mins) to Slussen, a nearby large supermarket (5 minutes by car - there’s also a small convenience store within walking distance)) and parking at Hasseludden for the Archipelago ferries. We enjoyed local walks around the coast / forests, bathing at Boobadet beach (walked there and got the bus back), food at The Old Smokehouse and Kenny’s Gelato. All in all, a very relaxing holiday. You don’t absolutely need a car if you are happy taking your time with buses though I think it helps (though parking can be a challenge and provision of a local parking disc would have been a bonus).

Otroligt fint hus, och perfekt för större sällskap! Spaavdelningen, jacuzzi och pool var pricken över i:t!

We had a fantastic weekend getaway in July, and this home was the perfect spot for it! The house is beautifully located right on the water, with stunning views from every corner of the property. Watching boats pass by while relaxing was incredibly peaceful and picturesque. The home itself is thoughtfully furnished, clean and fully stocked , from the kitchen to the bedrooms, which made it so easy for us to settle in and just enjoy our time without needing to bring anything extra. We especially loved starting our mornings with a cup of coffee while taking in the serene views, and ending our days in the jacuzzi and sauna, both of which also offered beautiful views of the water. Sitting in the sauna and looking out at the peaceful surroundings was such a unique and relaxing experience. Communication with Jim was excellent. He was responsive, helpful, and made sure everything was in place for our stay. The place exceeded our expectations, and we would absolutely love to return!

We have had a fabulous 5 days in Camilla’s home. Wow the pictures listed are beautiful but the home itself and its setting are simply stunning. We felt right at home in the beautiful interior and the outdoor space is perfect. As a group of 6 we had 2 cars to explore the area. Supermarkets etc are a short drive away. We visited Bogesundslandet Nature reserve for a lovely long walk and took a ferry to Stockholm both easily accessible from nearby Vaxholm. There are beaches for swimming within walking distance and the house itself has a hot tub with a view. Camilla herself was so helpful and always responded to our messages. We would highly recommend Camilla’s house if you are seeking a country retreat, 40 minutes from Stockholm and to be able to explore The Stockholm archipelago.

Logement impeccable, Lena est très réactive pour répondre, la maison est très bien équipée avec les draps,le linge de toilette .... la salle de jeu pour les enfants est parfaite( 3 enfants dont 2 en bas âges) , l'appartement est très bien situé à 30 minutes de l'aéroport Arlanda, et à 15 minutes de Stockholm,pleins de commerces à proximité. je recommande le logement de lena !!! Frida and Johan were incredibly helpful hosts and the accommodation was amazing. Set amongst beautiful scenery and a lake it was the perfect place to relax with my friends

Hadde en fin ferieuke i Caroline og Erik’s hus, alt stemte som beskrevet og på bildene. Husvertens var lette og imøtekommende å kommunisere med, og fleksible i forhold til våre behov for lengre opphold. Poolhuset og bassenget var perfekt både for late sommerdager og for spillkvelder med familien. Vi var seks personer, og hadde i tillegg til huset, annekset, noe som ga oss god plass. Huset var sjarmerende, ryddig og godt organisert. Og bokhyllene hadde bøker helt etter min smak 😉 Rett og slett et behagelig og inspirerende hus å feriere i 🌟

We had a fantastic trip to Sweden and used Anna's Villa as our base for our adventures. Whilst being very close to Stockholm, about 20 mins, it was also very quiet out in the suburbs and close to some parks, forests and a lovely beach. The bedrooms we're great with large comfy beds. The kitchen was very well appointed and there was LOADS of space for us all to relax in the evenings. The sauna, jacuzzi and bathroom was a great way to relax after a busy day exploring. There was an outdoor hot tub too but we ran out of time to try it out. Anna was great and gave us loads of tips and advice during our stay. We would definitely recommend this as a great base for exploring and relaxing in the evening.

My friends and I wanted a place where we could totally switch off and relax from our busy lives. We chose Ebba's place for the location and hot-tub. It needed to be easy for all of us to reach, I flew in from the UK, my friends travelled from different parts of Sweden. And it needed to be comfortable, not basic. The house was well-furnished and included everything we could possibly need. The supermarket was within easy walking distance for us to stock the fridge, and then we completely switched off and enjoyed laid-back living and the hot-tub. Ebba was friendly and responded to all of our questions before we visited. She left clear information and instructions, and we really felt like we were in a home from home. The extra touches like teabags, olive oil, salt and the welcome chips and chocolate were all gratefully received. By the time we left we were already planning our next visit. Ett hus som gjort för umgänge. Vi hyrde huset för att fira min födelsedag och hade en underbar helg med vänner och familj. Vi älskade alla olika rum (vinterträdgården, vardagsrummet, altanen med skogen bakom..) och köket var oerhört välutrustat (gott om grytor, porslin och 2 diskmaskiner!). Badtunnan och bastun var våra favoriter. Ett hus med mycket personlig touch, trappor och vrår och roliga detaljer. Tack Mårten!

The home was beautiful, great location with an amazing view out to the archipelago. It has everything that you would need, and more! The jacuzzi was a great touch, something we used later in the evening when the boats go through the water in front of you. Markus was a great host, and gave the perfect introduction to the area with lot's of tips. Really happy we booked this place, we will be back again!

Ein wunderschönes kleines Häuschen mit Pool und Dampfsauna. Wir sind sehr gut zu Fuß zur Bahn gekommen und waren zügig in der Stockholmer Innenstadt. Auch mit dem Auto erreicht man alles sehr gut. Einkaufsläden und Restaurants sind im direkten Umkreis. Auf Nachrichten wurden immer direkt reagiert und die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und freundlich gewesen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

We had a great girls trip at Jacueline’s cottage! Gorgeous surroundings, which made a perfect escape from the city for a few days. Jacueline was very communicative, checking in to make sure we settled in well and were enjoying our stay. Definitely recommend!

Camilla was a great host and we liked the house a lot. We can thoroughly recommend a stay.

Das kleine Häuschen entspricht den Beschreibungen. Erwähnenswert ist der Whirlpool, der immer die richtige Temperatur behielt und die gute Verbindung mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln nach Stockholm. Ausgiebige Wanderungen im Nahe gelegenen Wald oder Bademöglichkeiten im See oder dem Naturfreibad im Wald gibt es auch. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Das Haus liegt ruhig auf dem Berg.

Wir waren für eine Woche zu viert als Familie in Anders Haus. Das Haus liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Seitenstraße direkt an einem Naturreservat. Es ist ist sehr groß und die überdachte Terrasse macht es möglich auch bei schlechterem Wetter draußen zu sitzen. Die Anbindung mit öffentlichem Nahverkehr ist sehr gut. Man braucht circa 30 Minuten mit Bus und Bahn bis in die Innenstadt. Wir konnten somit das Auto stehen lassen und haben es nur für Einkäufe benutzt, wobei ein kleines Lebensmittelgeschäft fußläufig erreichbar ist. Wir wurden mit einem Präsentkorb empfangen. Die Kommunikation mit Anders war sehr unkompliziert. Er war sehr hilfsbereit. Hervorzuheben ist auch die Möglichkeit, das Fahrzeug direkt am Haus mit einer Wallbox zu laden.

quel plaisir ! Tout d'abord, accueil chaleureux avec de bonnes instructions, le lieu est exceptionnellement beau et confortable et l'accueil de Anders est très chaleureux on se sent comme chez soi!

Es war eine tolle Zeit in Magnus Haus. Im Gegensatz zu vielen anderen skandinavischen Häusern ist das von Magnus sehr modern und lichtdurchflutet mit einem grandiosen Ausblick von der riesigen Terrasse und den großen Fenstern. Die Einrichtung ist modern und geschmackvoll. Die Umgebung am südlichen Ende der Straße ist schön ruhig. Kleine Badebuchten und Badesteine sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Stockholm ist in 45 min zu erreichen. Magnus hat uns herzlich empfangen, alles erklärt und gute Tipps für die Umgebung gegeben. Ein absolut empfehlenswerter Gastgeber. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
