Apartment holiday rentals in Norrmalm

Lovely separate apartment on the ground floor of the main house. Really quiet street but super close to the train station and a supermarket, location is absolutely perfect for a Stockholm break as it's a 15 minute train ride to Stockholm Central station. Apartment has everything you need and is a really high specification, if anything the pictures don't do it justice! If you fly from Arlanda get a bus to Marsta and the commuter train from there to save the Arlanda specific train fee.

Fantastic stay! The place was spotless, stylish, and exactly as described. The host was incredibly responsive and made everything easy from check-in to check-out. The location was perfect—close to everything but still quiet and relaxing. Would definitely stay here again!

Fredrik went an extra mile to meet our needs, assisted us with our luggage on our arrival and was very helpful throughout our stay. His home looks exactly like the photos, is very warm and welcoming, has a small fully equipped kitchen, a very nice bathroom and a new soft bed. We would like to stay again in his lovely home.

This is a really special find. The flat is roomy with a high ceiling (if anything the photos underplay the space). It’s a stylish, creative place, cleverly furnished and the kitchen very well kitted-out. The outside area is leafy and green, great for kids and meals in warm weather - or just sitting and reading. The garden is accessible from the kitchen and opens out to the middle of a courtyard with a nice area connected to the flat as well as an added communal space with a big table, treehouse and slide which in a week we saw no-one else use. The location is the best we’ve ever stayed in in Stockholm, near Centrum as well as lots of parks and was an excellent first time introduction to the city for our 6 year old daughter. It’s Katja’s living space (which is where Airbnb is best) and everything is well tucked away with a decent amount of storage for guests. Two bedrooms tucked away on one side and another bedroom connected to the living area and its huge(!) sofa. Very much recommend.

Angelina was super friendly, recommended some lovely cafés in the area and was very flexible with our check-in and check out. The place was beautiful and very cozy. We did have a couple of loud neighbours over the weekend, which might have been due to it being Swedish National Day. All in all a great place to stay ☺️

We attended our daughter’s graduation at karolinska so this place was perfect for us. Lots of places to eat , supermarket was just around the corner. Feras was very proactive , gave all the instructions needed before we arrived and even let my son check in earlier. Thank you for a perfect stay!

Absolutely amazing spot right in the heart of Östermalm, just a couple blocks from Stureplan and all the best clubs and action. The apartment itself was exactly as described, very comfortable, clean, and felt genuinely like home. The host was incredibly cool, chill, and helpful whenever I had questions or needed anything. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay. I’d definitely book here again. Five stars all the way!!

There aren’t many words to describe Daniel and his place. To feel so at home and accommodated by him, was truly a special experience, in a kind of way, of making a friend and feeling at home in a city that’s not home. I’m grateful for him.

Lina’s place is absolutely lovely! She was communicative, and very accommodating in our request to come in earlier and stay later, we’re so grateful for that! Very nice and quiet neighborhood– we enjoyed some late afternoon sun in the park right behind the building. Would recommend this place to anyone and we thank Lina for her thoughtfulness and her amazing place ☀️

My stay was just perfect! I had chosen this place because very close to a wonderful yoga studio and because of the stylish and safe neighborhood. All of Stockholm is at a walkable distance from here. The apartment was spacious, clean and warm, well light and a cozy place to return to after a walk in the cold winter days! Amelie was a friendly host and always responded to my questions; for instance, there wasn't a hairdryer, but Amelie provided me with a good solution. My stay in this lovely flat surely was a factor in a very relaxing holiday in beautiful Stockholm.

Stefan's place is fantastic, such a great location with great cafes, bars and resteraunts in the local neighbourhood for when you don't fancy travelling across the city. But if you do want to travel then good transport links for the underground (tunnelbana) as well as buses and the Flygbussarna coach stop the airpot is a 5 minute walk away. The aprartment was clean, unclutted and comfortable, with great art and interesting books all around. The small balcony is a bonus, it gets the sun and so is a lovely spot for morning coffee (or evening beer). Stephan was friendly and was around to let me in on arrival and explain how everything worked, but his description and instructions in the listing were perfect anyway. Had a great stay and hope to stay again if I get the chance.

Simon’s apartment is in a wonderful location, conveniently located both for walking and for public transit, and has lots of shops and restaurants around. The apartment is compact but was perfect for a solo traveler with a nice bed, convenient kitchen, and the stand out beautiful balcony! I thoroughly enjoyed sitting on the deck both in the mornings and evenings! Simon also is a great communicator and gracious host - would recommend especially for an individual or a couple!

We loved staying at Torbjorn’s house! Spacious, clean and well decorated we really enjoyed our stay! Conveniently located, easy to take the train or Ubers! Just to note, the two loft beds require climbing a small rock wall and I would recommend bringing a pair of flip flops for the bathroom due to the shower drain!

Perfect base for our adventures in Stockholm. Apartment has everything you need for an easy and comfortable stay. Located in a peaceful area of traditional Swedish homes it feels like living like a local. Anita and Hannah are such friendly hosts, it was a pleasure to stay with them. Having a sauna in the apartment was unique - great for a typical Swedish experience…but also handy for drying the laundry! Would definitely stay again when visiting Stockholm.

The apartment is at least as good as in the photos. The check-in was also very straightforward in the middle of the night and Per always contacted us and offered his support. But it wasn't necessary, because everything was very simple and clearly organized. If you are on foot, you can explore the whole city from here without transport. We would come again and again - thank you, Per!

The place was absolutely beautiful — clean, modern, and very new. The location is excellent, with a bus stop right across the street which made getting around super easy. The kitchen was well-equipped and everything in the house felt fresh and thoughtfully set up. What truly made our stay special was the host. He is incredibly kind, genuinely caring, and goes out of his way to ensure you're comfortable and okay. He was always approachable and easy to contact whenever we needed anything. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a great stay in a convenient and welcoming home!

Susanna was super responsive and friendly. Her place was perfect for us as it was a short walk to the shopping center and transit. We definitely look forward to staying again when we visit Stockholm.
