Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Norrmalm

We just returned after a fantastic week in Fredrik's house on Storholmen, Stockholm. It is a real home with a wonderfully welcoming and personal atmosphere. Lots of books and games and maps and nice places to sit in the sun or shade playing board games and read - both inside and outside. We swam and rowed in Fredrik's boats and ran round the island clockwise and anti-clockwise. A truly memorable and special place. My warmest recommendations!! Claus DK

This is the 4th time we have stayed here, it's beautiful and we will continue to visit! Close to the city but very quiet and peaceful and relaxing. The house is lovely and Susanne has always been a great host.

Very nice house at lofty heights with fantastic views and a nice helpful host. The only downside was the temporary noise from the renovation of the streets in the village, but Ivan responded accommodatingly.

We stayed 5 nights over New Year, 2 families in total including children aged 6, 12 and 13. The house was spectacular, lovely and warm over such a cold period and in a gorgeous location overlooking a lake, easy walk to the closest Metro. It was really well stocked with a sauna and gym which were lovely additions. Bjorn was friendly, helpful and accommodating of our specific requests. Stockholm is an incredible city, very picturesque, excellent transport and lots to do. We tried a couple of local restaurants and a pub when we wanted to stay close. The Mall of Scandinavia was close by which was handy when we needed supplies. Be aware that takeaway alcohol isn’t available from the supermarkets in Sweden at all times, the wine shops shut early on a Saturday and don’t open again until Monday morning.

We really enjoyed our stay: the house is very cozy as if you are staying at your friends’s place. We got lucky with some snow so kids enjoyed sledging down the road, and we enjoyed the sauna near the lake. It was a wonderful winter vacation, thanks Ola

The apartment is downtown Stockholm, excellent location for walking or taking the super cheap and easy public transport. It's in a beautiful old building, marble staircase or period elevator up to the third floor. Keyless entry. Inside, everything is well organized, tasteful, and sparkling clean. The small balcony is a nice feature, weather permitting. We stayed for 5 nights and enjoyed the apartment very much. Fridge was filled with fresh yoghurt, a huge hunk of cheese, drinks. Beautiful apartment in a villa by the lake. Gorgeous setting and peaceful. About a 10 minute walk from the apartment to the bus stop which connects to the metro. Drottnigham palace is a short distance away. Homemade jam butter, flowers and fruit were nice. Highly recommend if you want to be a natural setting but well connected to Stockholm.

Wonderful home in every way possible! Patrik was very helpful when you arrived tired at night, which was extra appreciated. The apartment is super nice, has everything you can possibly need and we slept really well in the comfortable beds with total silence outside. It was magical to stay so close to town but still have it so quiet. Highly recommended!

Natalie was a great host, we couldn’t have picked a better place. She answered all our questions and was very easy to work with. If we are ever in Stockholm again regardless of area we need to be, we staying at Natalie’s.

Ida was a lovely host to her beautiful home. It was a very easy check in process, which was needed after the long travel. Living there for 5 days left us feeling like at home with all the facilities available. The pictures definately dont do its justice! Ideal for families or a group of friends with the spaceious bedrooms and bathrooms. We even managed to have a bbq! Having somewhere to leave a car right outside the flat was a plus. Would 100% return and recommend to others!

Beautiful place with stunning terrace: We enjoyed staying at Oytun’s space. The terrace is perfect for a barbecue or a quiet drink in the evening. The bathroom is spacious and the bed is extremely comfortable. The location was great, well-connected to the city but also close to where our friends live. Would definitely recommend staying here and would stay again.

We spent 5 nights in Christina's place, a home as described, a little paradise lost in nature. We were on foot, but, loving to walk (20 minutes from the bus stop) it was no problem for us. Thank you for the loan of the bikes and canoe that allowed us to discover Vaxholm and the surrounding islands, differently and autonomously! Christina was a great host. It was a great!

It’s a really nice house with a beautiful view and everything you need for a happy and relaxing break. We were there for a week and found loads to do, going on the ferries to explore other places, but we also had lovely days just walking and swimming and reading on the island. Robert was a very generous and helpful host.

We stayed in the house for 10 days and had a very nice time. Stayed a lot outside on the terrace because of the nice weather. In the cottage, everything else is present and it is really very nice and quiet in the forest and yet a good distance from Stockholm!
