Cabin holiday rentals in Norris Lake

This place surpassed our expections. It was clean, had everything we needed and MORE. The views were spectacular! We never tired of waking up to the mountain views. The massage chair was such a great treat after a long day of exploring. It was the perfect place to celebrate our anniversary. Our hosts were responsive, inviting and thoughtful. They were extremely helpful during our stay. We would definitely recommend this place over and over again.

I stayed at this cabin for 3 nights with a couple of friends and it was the perfect spot! Having the property to roam is really nice and access to the lake. They have a ton of large cabins all near each other on the property so it would be a great place to have a family reunion or retreat with a large group. I would recommend staying here overall!

Liz & Juan were excellent hosts. Very responsive, provided a wealth of information about safety in the area, went above and beyond to provide any additional assistance if needed. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the beautiful Ohana cabin, and would highly recommend it to anyone. Such an easy drive down into town, but private enough to feel like you’re miles away from a city. We’re already looking forward to our next stay.

This cabin was great. The bed was a little noisy getting off and on it from the side closest to the front door but besides that, I have nothing but great things to say. The location was secluded but close enough to everything. I could see where someone would complain about the road, however John let me know ahead of time of the condition and even sent a video. I knew what to expect.

The cabin was the perfect get away for our family! There was plenty to do at the cabin on days that we did not feel like going in to town. It was in a private and peaceful location. We saw a lot of wildlife including a bear and a fox. The pool provided hours of entertainment. The 3 balconies are amazing. You can easily find a quiet place to relax (even if you have a full house). Houston was very helpful and responsive. He let us know ahead of time that he had a maintenance man coming to look at the washer and was very easy to communicate with. He is friendly and seems very on top of communication and scheduling. I would recommend staying here for sure!

This cabin was awesome! Updated and beautiful interior design that made you want to stay! If you want to go into town it’s a relatively easy drive to town!

We had a nice stay here overall! I will say something to note is the gravel/dirt drive up of the main road to get to the top of the mountain has washed out in spots a decent amount so definitely a bumpy ride getting in. It was a good layout with gorgeous views. There were a couple minor things that we thought would’ve improved our stay: the blinds in most rooms are broken and don’t open properly to show off the view, the pool table is kinda crusty with some type of mystery stains on the felt, the shower was a bit dirty looking on the floor of it, and there’s one really tall tree that has grown up to block part of the mountain view. You definitely won’t be roughing it by staying here but there are a couple improvements that could be made to made a big difference!

I wish I would have found this place earlier . Convenient to UT . Tucked away gem . I’m always confused to why anyone would stay in a hotel . I will definitely be back !

The host was very responsive and answered all my questions before and after we arrived. She gave great recommendations for a nail salon and bakery. The home was in a beautiful setting and we had a bear in the yard one day. We used the sauna, the fire pit, hot tub, arcade games and corn hole. The space is decorated super cute and stocked with towels and bedding. The directions to drive in were spot on- that S curve was tricky the one time we tried it. Definitely secluded and beautiful. Beds are comfortable, sheets are soft. Plenty of sleeping space for all. Great stay!

I just happened upon this place looking at possibilities in the area, and I'm so glad I did. Honestly, I had booked another place and stayed 1 night and decided we were gonna look for something else. The greatest selling point of this place is when you walk into the front door and turn to your right and you see the view looking out across the lake, it's almost breathtaking, no joke. My daughter said it's the most beautiful place we've ever stayed in. I loved the pool table, the old Pac-man and Galaga console, the flat screen tvs all around, the hot tub around the back side. I wish we could have stayed longer. Denis was very helpful. I needed to extend our stay another day and he helped me get it figured out. My mistake was something I had to fix quickly, and Denis responded right away. He also gave some clear instructions to me about front door code, wi-fi password, and instructions on check-in and check-out. We had a great time and we plan to go back for a longer stay. Our stay was amazing! The views were stunning, and Parker's recommendations were perfect. My wife and I loved every minute of our stay and will 100% be returning. The only note I have is that the furniture and bed are more aesthetically pleasing than comfortable, but believe me, it does not matter! The stunning views, Parker's wonderful communication, and everything else vastly outweigh a slightly uncomfortable couch or a minor crick in my neck. Also, Disney is one of the sweetest things I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. I wish he liked humans a little more so we could give all of the pets and love.

A beautiful place in a wonderful location! We loved the peaceful, private setting—it was the perfect spot to unwind. Yet it was also just a short drive to amazing places like downtown Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, and the national park. Our little dog Daisy had the time of her life! She felt right at home and loved the freedom to explore. The gated porch was such a thoughtful touch—it gave us peace of mind while we relaxed in the hot tub or enjoyed the view from the porch. The cabin was very clean and well cared for, and the hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a quiet, dog-friendly getaway with easy access to all the Smoky Mountain highlights!

My husband and I had a fantastic stay here with our two dogs! Julie has thought of every amenity you could possibly need to make your stay as comfortable as possible. We loved the gorgeous view and how peaceful the property was. We had a great time here and would highly recommend the Jewel in the Skye!

The host was extremely nice, we loved the cabin. The refrigerator wasn’t working and they got us a mini fridge and were extremely accommodating. We loved the cabin, cicada season was taking place and even though we were swarmed it was beautiful. I could not believe how clear the lake was and since I grew up in the Norris area it was awesome to come back 20 years later and have my proposal take place on the dock overseeing the lake. This will definitely be a trip I will always remember and my family recommends anyone looking for somewhere special that comes with a story, that has a romantic connection, The Norris Jewel will always have that feeling. Had an incredible stay at Carol’s cabin. Perfect lakeside getaway with an incredible view. Carol thought of everything - even had fresh baked bread waiting for us! Worked great for our group of 7. Would absolutely recommend.

We had our honeymoon at the cabin for a week, and it was perfect! The coziness and character of the place was just what we wanted. The access to the lake was easy, the all window porch overlooking the lake was beautiful, and the inside fireplace was so romantic. It’s so peaceful here all you hear are the sounds of Norris Lake. It’s an older cabin, but it is renovated just enough to give you the modern amenities while still keeping its charm. And don’t forget the dock! It was AMAZING. We cannot wait to go back 🩵

This was the perfect house for me and my husband. It was very clean, comfortable and in a good location. I only had one question and Awnna answered very quickly. We would definitely book another stay here!

Such a cozy stay on Norris Lake. This cabin had nice extra touches to make us feel right at home, including s’mores supplies for our kids to have around the campfire! Highly recommend.

The place was wonderful! It’s the perfect combination of rustic and cozy, with beautiful views of the Smokes. My husband and I definitely felt at home durning our stay. We had a wonderful time unplugging, and feeling like we were away from others, but less then 10 minutes from the local Walmart, for those last minute forgot to packs! Jeff is a great host, and gets back in a timely matter.

Orchard Mountain view is a great option for a mid-size crew looking to explore the local area in and around Ride Royal, Tackett creek. Home is thought out well and appropriately equipped. Great views from the rear deck of home. Would be phenomenal during the fall months. Was very comfortable four our party of six. Would definitely consider it again if we return to this area to ride. Driveway was able to handle our equipment trailer with some creative driving. I would like to see a regular propane grill instead of a blackstone but that is just my preference to BBQ. Did have visits a couple nights from local wildlife so it is necessary to appropriately store trash. I think a steel trash encloser would be a nice addition. Would just have to be creative as how to make it blend into the beautiful surroundings.
