Great host! Great value! Everything was easy and smooth right from the starts. No issues whatsoever but if we did have one we were confident they would get back to us extremely quickly.

Nice quiet place to rest. neighborhood was nice and host was nice and communicated very well! if I'm in the area again I will definitely see if his place is available.

Vickie's private studio was an absolute gem! The pictures truly don't do this place justice; it's even more charming and comfortable in person. We were immediately struck by how peaceful and quiet the apartment was, making it the perfect retreat after a long day of traveling to Knoxville. Vickie herself was an outstanding host and an amazing person – warm, welcoming, and attentive to every detail. Her place is the gold standard for what every Airbnb experience should be: immaculately clean, well-appointed, and hosted by someone who genuinely cares about her guests' comfort. We cannot recommend this studio enough and will definitely be staying with Vickie again on our next trip to Knoxville!

The most peaceful stay I’ve had yet. Very beautiful and serene. House was very clean and as described. I could hear the creak from indoors which amplified my experience. I would definitely recommend bringing some bug repellent but that’s to be expected considering the location. Host was great and very quick with responding which I was very appreciative of. 10/10 recommend! Will be booking again in the future.

We had a great stay! It was perfect for boating and easy access to the water. The cabin was cozy and private. We had one question about the alarm, and Teresa was very responsive, helpful, and friendly. Will definitely be staying here for our next boating trip.

The Barn was nothing short of amazing! The views were beautiful! The home had everything listed, and was spotless in terms of cleanliness. The amenities are awesome, from the pool, to the games upstairs on the second level! I love that the home was family oriented, with several safety features to keep families with small children safe. The pool room has a code, as well as a pool alarm to alert you if someone is in the pool. Matt, and his team were great; he extended the opportunity to stay an additional night, was very friendly, and responded quickly. I look forward to booking with Matt again in the future!

What a gem of an AirBNB! The perfect size for a couple. This was our last stop on an out west road trip (18 day total) and it was exactly what we needed. It was perfectly clean and had anything that we could possibly need. The grounds are peaceful and quiet. The perfect place to relax and decompress before hopping back on the road!

We were in the area for the weekend for my son's wedding. I was so glad that I found a place where we could relax and unwind after such a long 2 days. The White House had everything we needed and more! It was so welcoming when we arrived! I never had to contact Kyle and Bri because everything exceeded our expectations, but I felt confident that if the need should arise, they would take care of any issues promptly. If you're looking for somewhere to find rest and enjoy the countryside, the White House is for you!

!Beautiful place! Josh’s is home was very clean very organized, had everything we needed, including all of the kids toys that our little ones really enjoyed! Perfect spot on the lake where we needed to be close to our other boat drivers. Everything was very clean. Decor was perfect for the atmosphere! Back porches were calming and relaxing. We had three adults and two children, and it was just the perfect space for the kids. Thank you for having us and we will sure to be back next year!

We could not be more pleased with our stay at Terri's place. There were plenty of bedrooms and space for us to spread out. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could need. Terri was incredibly thoughtful and responsive and made us feel welcome before we even arrived. The house was very clean and we were constantly amazed by how much thought had gone into providing guests with all the comforts of home plus a few surprises. We will absolutely return when we come back to LaFollette. If you're still reading, stop and book this property!

We stayed in Leisa's home while at a family gathering in Maynardville. Her home is amazing. Just as listed, it's right on the lake with beautiful views, quiet and peaceful. We met a few of her neighbors and the couple who owns the rental property next door and everyone was friendly and outgoing. Her home is beautifully decorated, clean, comfortable and you will find everything you need to make your stay easy and complete. We hosted a family dinner and a breakfast and everyone was excited to be there. Even though the October weekend we spent there was a little cool, we still took advantage of the covered deck and seating and eating arrangements. We communicated with Leisa and she is an amazing host. Don't pass this one up, you will love it.

This was a last minute (literally) trip to Cherokee Lake and Bob and John were very responsive and the check-in instructions were very easy to access the gate and the front door. The space was exactly as described on the listing. It was only 2 of us so we can't speak to the comfort of all the rooms but there definitely wasn't a shortage of space. It's a very large condo and a large family would still feel comfortable here. We visited in Feb so we didnt use the pool or the lake but if we venture back we'll definitely check to see if Bob's place is available.

Keith’s condo is a treasure! It’s a beautiful and thoughtfully designed space. My friends and I stayed here after visiting the synchronous fireflies in Great Smoky Mountains National Park. We arrived well after dark, but Keith’s directions made it easy. The condo itself is beautifully decorated. The window bed downstairs has a firm mattress and I slept great. The bed in the loft has a soft mattress topper—my friends said it was like sleeping on a cloud. Come morning, we were stunned by the gorgeous views from each side of the condo. This is a special place that I definitely recommend! Keith was also easy to communicate with. I left a prescription cream behind, and he took the time to reach out to see if I needed it. I appreciated that attentiveness.

Despite the location above a busy intersection and restaurant, was reasonably quiet at night. Through, the periodic train passing through will wake you up each night.

We had a wonderful weekend stay in Oak Ridge. John and Amanda have a well designed and thoughtful home. Both beds were comfortable; and the kitchen was well equipped for making quality meals. Gas stove and a nice fridge were welcomed pieces. Definitely a place we’d stay again.

If you’re using a car, consider parking resources. It can cost more than $25 per 24-hour period in some locations. I found some public parking lots about 1/2 mile away just poking around. One garage charged $7 each day. Another two garages allowed free access if you check into the garage after 6 pm and other garages offered free parking during weekend hours. This was a great location to experience Knoxville as a visitor but stress was pretty high wondering where we could park at reasonable cost and not too far from the loft. Fortunately, the weather was beautiful when we made our little hikes to and from. The loft comfortable and well appointed all around. The concrete everywhere is confirmed to not be one of my faves for final construction state but the owners did well with that unique (to me) wall, ceiling and floor material choice.

Place was clean, just as described, everything (AC, water heater, etc.) worked great. Getting access to the room was very easy and we had no issues with the parking pass. Would stay here again.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Airbnb! It was exactly like the pictures, and the bed was super comfy. Plus, the place smelled amazing! The parking was such a fantastic perk, especially since finding parking in this area can be a challenge, especially now with the new baseball stadium nearby. We loved that it was just a short walk to Gay Street and right across the street from Balter Beerworks, where the food, drinks, and service were all top-notch. I’m already looking forward to our next trip to Knoxville so I can book this awesome place again!

Great stay!! Highly recommend. Hoping to return next year and do more in the area. Sam had lots of awesome suggestions, but time didn’t permit us to do a lot.
