Hot tub on the jetty - always warm. Swimming dock 5 meters outside the door. Access to a boat. If you want to buy a fishing license, contact the host. Wood for the fireplace and sauna is included. The yard is fenced all the way to the lake and our Beagle dog Vide is often loose outside. He's nice. Use of bed linens and towels, as well as cleaning, is included.

The distance to Helsingborg and Lund is only 45 by car, if you want to go to the city for sightseeing. This destination is suitable for families with kids, solo adventures, couples, or you who are on a longer trip, and needs a simple overnight stay on the way.

Stugan har ett sovloft, sovrum, modernt badrum och ett mysigt vardagsrum med en öppen spis för kvällar framför brasan. Elbilsladdstation på parkeringen✅ Rekommenderat för par / familjer. Fester ej tillåtna och det är viktigt att inte hålla hög volym utomhus på kvällarna efter 21.00.

For groups of more than 8 people, we recommend the possibility of renting our second house "Holken", which is located on an adjacent plot to "Sigges". Then 13-15 people can spend time together. Our cottage is 40 sqm. and is close to the city center, art and culture, restaurants and food. You can easily walk to the sea which is only 500 meters away with its fine sandy beach. You'll like our place because of the location and the view. The place can accommodate couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and four-legged friends (pets).

Welcome to our charming house with a little garden. The house is in a quiet residential area near the city center. It´s fully equipped and have a lovely living room to relax in. Suitable for both families/couples/singels. The busstop - 1 min walk, supermarket 4 min walk. Kristianstad college/university 2 min. There is a parking place to the house.

Scenic area with forest and valleys very close to many sights including Yangtorp and spared the highest waterfall in a hiking area called Forsakar. About 16 km to the sea with long beaches. Close to Haväng,Brösarps Backar and Kivik's musteri on Österlen as well as a very beautiful nature conservation area with the sea that meets the cliffs.
