This place was so clean and tidy, the hosts were very proactive and clear with their communication, and the beds were very comfortable. The location is hard to beat with several restaurants and bars within walkable distance. I’d definitely stay here again!

Great location - walking distance to Lenox Mall and many restaurants. Note - this is not downtown Atlanta, this is in the upscale suburb of Buckhead. Very safe neighborhood. We walked 1.3 miles back from a wedding at the Atlanta History Center at 11PM with no concerns at all. Lux was very accommodating and incredibly responsive. We had an issue with the A/C and it turned out to be a building wide problem. Lux contacted the building and got back to us very quickly. Apartment was very clean, good hot water, average water pressure in shower. Kitchen was adequately stocked (plates, glasses, mugs) but probably not equipped to cook a major meal. Walking distance to a metro stop that connects with downtown and the airport. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful apartment, clean, great area. Nice stay overall, my only issue was the host did respond fast but had poor communication & wasn’t very helpful at times.

Kiara place was the best, she is a very fast responsive host, everything was perfect about the Airbnb the bed and the couch was the softest i have ever slept on, she gets a 10+ rating from me, i would most definitely be coming back when i come back to ATL

I came down with my family for my son’s graduation from Morehouse College, and I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. It was conveniently close to restaurants and located in a safe neighborhood—both of which are very important to me. Cleanliness is also a top priority, and your place exceeded my expectations. I had a wonderful stay with Thomas in this wonderful Airbnb. Thomas was an incredibly friendly host and made efforts to make sure I was having a pleasant stay, truly felt the southern hospitality. The Airbnb itself is a comfy condo and feels like home. Overall, I had a great stay and would stay here again.

5 stars. This was the perfect place for my small family. I have no complaints. Close to the Atlanta Braves Stadium and lots of places to eat. Quiet neighborhood too. My only suggestion is the pull out couch is more single than double. But there is an air mattress in the closet. So it worked out well. Definitely will book again the next time we travel to Atlanta!

Lovely spot near the beltline. We had a great stay. Even extended it an extra day. Only concern was having to buy toilet paper. Other than that we felt right at home.

My stay was ABSOLUTELY the best. The house was clean and very well described. The host was AWESOME. He made us feel right at home, was quick with responses whenever I had an issue or question. Everyone really enjoyed Karen's place. Really quiet neighborhood. Comfortable beds. I had two guests with me. We were constantly gone early, but none of my buddies complained about the home. Now that's saying something! My friends are boujee and used to hotels. I guess Karen's place met their high standards! I was concerned about us accidently breaking one of Karen's numerous rules, but they are common sense (no smoking, etc.) and we had no violations. I would stay again.

We are locals, and we stayed here while our floors were getting redone. We loved Reynoldstown and we loved Tim’s home. The fenced in backyard was perfect for our dogs. The basement gym was so nice and convenient. We loved the open and spacious kitchen and living room. And the location is perfect - it is close to so many local spots and the beltline. We will absolutely stay here for our next staycation.

Perfect home for gathering with our young adult children. We all had enough space for separate downtime and family meals together. We all had a great time in Atlanta and hope to go back again soon. Would love to stay at Ashley’s again if it’s available!

Marlon was a great host. Me and my family felt like we were at home. Very Quiet neighborhood. Everything was nice and clean. We had more rooms, beds were comfortable. We had a big family and everyone had their own space. Everything looks exactly like the pictures posted. If I needed anything Marlon would respond quickly. I would most definitely book again for a family vacation.
