We came here off season and it was beautiful. The place was clean, spacious, and warm- even on a brisk Maine evening. Downtown Damariscotta is lovely at this time of year- they were getting the town ready for Christmas. Great restaurants as well. Would definitely return.

The Sail Loft is a peaceful, beautifully appointed space to rejuvenate and rest. The space itself is clean and thoughtfully designed with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The quiet morning with coffee and the calming atmosphere that made it easy to unwind. Highly recommend for anyone looking to slow down and soak up the beauty of the Maine. I’d absolutely stay again!

George's home is my favorite property to stay at when I travel to Midcoast Maine. It is so beautiful, clean, roomy and centrally located to all points of interest. The property itself beautifully landscaped as well. There is a private outdoor sitting area to listen to the birds and soak in the sun. I wouldn't hesitate to book a stay here!

Morning sunrise across the harbor with rose, pink, purple, blue neon colors? Check! Funky, Artsy, Unique cottage features (by all means, appreciate the Art Glass newel posts)? Check! Clean, cozy, comfortable and induces lazy R&R? Double Check!! Nearby places to explore, learn history, eat & drink hearty, hike, shop for treasures? Also double check!! My husband and I frequent the Pemaquid Peninsula during all seasons. Sometimes we camp, sometimes we find hidden gems to stay for a weekend...Ken's Cottage is a keeper...Triple Check!!! Thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We unexpectedly had beautiful cloudless days most of the week. Great location & easy to get to the Harbor and Southport both of which we enjoyed! Recommend the Carriage House for a really top quality meal as well as Blue Moon Cafe (good lobster roll) which was one of Shirin’s recommendations. Would totally stay here again!!

We had two nights to spend in Maine after a week long trip to Quebec. The lake house was a wonderful place to unwind after our busy trip to Canada. We spent our full day parked in the yard, enjoying the boats provided, reading, playing bags, and just sunning. It was a gorgeous day, and we loved it. The house is spacious, very well-stocked, and has many little amenities to make it feel like home. Highly recommend!

What a beautiful and peaceful cottage to serve as our home base while on a family trip. We felt right at home, had everything we needed and plenty of room to spread out. Comfortable beds, awesome to have a washer and dryer, the parking spot could not have been more perfect! The deck was the most incredible part as we watched all forms of weather from the gorgeous spot. When we’re back in Maine next, we will return!

Adam's place exceeded our expectations. The pictures on the Airbnb site did not do justice to the house and its setting. The yard was private and sitting right on the bay was fantastic. The house was extremely comfortable and was stocked with everything you could possibly need. The location of the house was very convenient to a number of small towns, such as Boothbay Harbor, Damariscotta and Wiscasset. Adam was a fantastic host - very responsive and pleasant. We highly recommend this house, and hope to be back there again before long.

Amazing view and location! We loved how convenient this location was to shopping and restaurants. Having never been to Portland, this was a very pleasant surprise for us. Parking in the lot directly next to the building was easy and close. Sitting on the balcony watching the boats was so relaxing. Very comfortable condo and we would definitely stay again.

Lovely space that perfectly fit our needs. Description and photos were very accurate. And it was so clean!

Extremely clean and great location. It is located on second floor. If you have trouble with stairs, there is no elevator. Host provided clear instructions on check in and check out. She doesn’t require us to take out the garbage! !! She quickly responded to our questions and provided a great tourist book. Shower is amazing…I won’t spoil the surprise so book if you can!

Great location! This condo was so close to everything it made getting around without a car super easy! Laundry is a great perk for longer stays!

Amazing apartment at a great location! Lots of character and the newly renovated kitchen was a plus. Very quiet neighborhood that allowed us to relax. Dave is a great host and was very helpful and flexible when it came to our check in time. We definitely recommend his place and will be back soon! Thank you Dave!
