Mel’s place was wonderful! Mel communicated with us prior to our arrival to make sure we had everything we needed and provided recommendations for local restaurants. She made sure to put the lights on for us because we were coming in late in the evening. The place was clean and the neighborhood was quiet. The beds were very comfortable and we slept great. Would highly recommend Mel’s place!

We recently stayed at a quaint Airbnb that offered a unique combination of vintage charm and contemporary amenities. From the moment I arrived, I was taken by its characterful architecture, reminiscent of a bygone era. The exterior spoke volumes with its classic brick façade and delightful front porch adorned with cozy patio furniture. Upon stepping inside, I was welcomed into a homey living space that beautifully maintained its historical essence while incorporating all the comforts of modern living. The original hardwood floors and exposed wooden beams whispered tales of the past, creating an inviting warmth that modern builds often lack. The kitchen was a modern with stainless steel appliances yet there was a sense of nostalgia with the charming farmhouse ambiance. There were 6 beautiful patios and tall trees surrounding the house providing lots of spaces to enjoy the outdoors. We give it 5 stars ⭐️ plus accommodation.

Clean, comfortable, peaceful, unique and yet true to the original experience of staying at an airbnb.Tony was a remarkable host, friendly but discret. He immediately took care of the few minor issues we had. I only wish we could have chatted some more. We'll definitely book this place again when we have family in town. Street parking was relatively easy. Location is walking distance from good restaurants, shops, library, playgrounds etc. Also easy access to 101 and 280. Our 3 year old loved the many kid friendly unique features in the house and we did too.

This is my second visit; the place is gorgeous and proximity to the beach is fantastic. Stinson is one of my favorite places on earth. The amenities are some of the best I've experienced at an AirBnb home -- from the bedding and towels to the kitchen and beach equipment. The books and artwork are wonderful. Can't recommend it highly enough. Leaving to go home is very sad. I'm so lucky to be able to stay here.

Our stay at Lori and Mike’s place was absolutely fantastic, and Lori truly made it unforgettable. While Mike was away on a trip, Lori went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed—and more. From the moment we arrived, she made us feel so welcome. She was warm, thoughtful, and incredibly attentive without ever being overbearing. It’s clear she genuinely cares about her guests and takes pride in creating a comfortable, personalized experience. She checked in with us just enough to make sure we were all set and shared amazing local tips that really made our trip extra special. Her kindness, attention to detail, and friendly energy made all the difference. We couldn’t have asked for a better host. Thank you so much, Lori—you’re truly one of a kind!

We had an amazing stay at Casita Casita, the kids had so much fun in the pool and the kitchen was beautiful. On the last day, my six year old didn’t want to leave, she said she wished we could live there forever. It was super clean and when I did have a question, Courtney replied almost immediately. She was super great to work with, she sent us the house guide before our arrival and it included food recommendations. There was also a book printed guide which we actually referenced a lot! So that was helpful. The location is EXTREMELY walkable, we had fun walking to local shops and restaurants and the local park and bocci ball court.

Our family had the most incredible weekend at Gina's beautiful home! First of all, a HEATED POOL makes all the difference, huge plus! We loved spending time in the backyard with so many beautiful outdoor areas to hangout with family, including your own private dock with a kayak! We were a little bummed the outdoor firepit wasn't working because we loved being outside so much but maybe next time. We hope to come back soon! We loved the big wooden table and big cozy couch for all 8 of us to enjoy time eating meals and playing games together! It was super convenient to have the grocery store just 6 minutes down the road as well. She was also extremely accommodating which made the stay even better!

A group of lifelong friends and I meet once a year for a long weekend to catch up, decompress, and spend time together. We chose San Francisco this year and after hunting on AirBnB we stumbled across this estate on JAR Farms. The host Nikki was proactive, helpful, and responsive. We arrived on Wednesday and drove to thru the gate into a lush oasis. The pictures on the listing didn't do the property justice. We arrived at the guest house to a welcome gift of wine, local honey, and snacks. We were a group of 6 adults and the guest house was cozy yet a perfect size for a reunion of friends. We were given a tour of the property showing us the boat house/beach, grand staircase to the bay overlook, the pool house (pool and hot tub), gardens, bee hives, and the many trails on the property. The mornings we hiked Monahan Trail at the adjacent Old St. Hillary's Preserve. In the afternoons we enjoyed the hot tub and a nice bbq dinner. Perfect weekend! HIGHLY recomended. Will be returning!

Had an excellent stay with our family. Will is one of the best airbnb hosts we have ever had and would stay again at this home or any other home he hosts without hesitation. The cactus home is luxurious and has amazing amenities like heated bathroom floors, great outdoor space with pool and hot tub, and a well equipped kitchen.

We stayed at this place for nine days and had a fantastic experience. It was clean and plenty of space in the house. By car it's easy to experience the whole Bay area from this place.

Gorgeous setting, spacious, well appointed. Great space with views of redwoods throughout. Hosts were friendly and accommodating. They really thought of everything when setting up this place. The trails across the street are phenomenal, as are the neighborhood views. The village is a 5 min drive and one of my favorite little east bay pockets. We hope to return!

The hotel is very clean and looks exactly like the picture and the beddings are very comfortable. The surroundings are very safe.

Absolutely gorgeous place. Modern appliance, extremely spacious, well stocked with top of the line linens etc. Location is top notch as well. We happened to run into Ken who was a gracious host. I would love to stay in this unit when I come back to San Francisco .

I am a single woman traveler with two large dogs (8-night stay) Bonus: The bedroom was surprisingly large, and the modern bathroom was a standout. Having a dedicated parking spot in San Francisco — even for my SUV — was a huge plus. I felt safe at this location, which is important when traveling alone. There’s a lovely park just a few houses down the street. The host also provided coffee for the mornings, which was a thoughtful touch. The home included a desk for remote work, and they accepted my two large dogs, which I appreciated. For the price, parking, and pet-friendliness, this was a good stay. Just to keep in mind: The place is dog-friendly, but it needs some upkeep. A few things didn’t work as expected or were broken, and the closet was cluttered with items. Overall, the space didn’t exactly match the photos and could use attention to bring it back to its listed condition. Overall: If you don’t plan on cooking and need local transportation, this place could be a great fit.

Super convenient location for my husband to attend is conference and Whole Foods was a block away. Very thoughtful amenities like fans, tea, coffee, extra blankets, shampoo/conditioner. Would happily stay again.

Alison was very friend and responsive. Check was fairly flexible and straight forward. Several restaurants are nearby and the main part of Noe Valley is within walking distance. I used the laundromat which is right around the corner. The closest Muni J Line stop is also right around the corner . The F line trolleys will also use this portion of the line during their first and last trips of the day.

David‘s place was lovely. We really loved the backyard as it was very tranquil and very beautifully landscaped. If it hadn’t been such a windy week, we would have spent lots of time out there. The inside of that place was lovely and comfortable. David was a very nice host and very helpful as well. We would definitely stay here again.

Michael and Maike's place was very comfortable, and exactly as shown/described. The suite had everything we needed for a few days, and the views from the backyard are beautiful. Thanks!!
