Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Nisiros

This is an extremely beautiful and authentic local stone house but with a renovated comfortable interior. The view to the sea the harbour and other islands is stunning. It’s very private you see nobody in any direction. The kitchen extremely well fitted. Marianna was sweet helpful and responsive. We even had cleaning while staying which was great. The beds comfortable and clean linens. Nisyros is a wonderful simple island in the good sense bery good food and local goat cheeses. Not run over by tourism. The path to the house is a little bit challenging but with we loved it. Totally worth the great privacy. And there’s an amazing outdoor shower.

wir hatten ein paar wunderschöne Tage dort. die Wohnung ist wunderbar gelegen und es war ideal mit zu nserem Kleinkind, da man direkt zum Strand gehen kann ohne eine Straße überqueren zu müssen. Der Ausblick ist herrlich und die Räumlichkeiten großzügig. Dionysia ist eine großartige Gastgeberin und hat uns mit Gastgeschenken überhäuft. Unser Kind war überglücklich. vielen Dank nochmals für die schönen Tage.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Kalliopi. Pour être parfait, nous aurions apprécié 2 chaises longues pour se reposer sur la grande terrasse 😉. À recommander. Excellent rapport qualité /prix.

Das Haus und das riesige Grundstück von Peter und seiner Frau sind einfach traumhaft! Die einzigartige und einsame Lage in den Hängen, ca. 200 oberhalb des Firscherorts Pali mit weitem Blick über das Meer und die naheliegenden Inseln ist atemberaubend schön. Das traditionelle Anwesen wurde mit bemerkenswert gutem Geschmack restauriert und erweitert. Von den beiden grußzügigen Terrassen hat man einen sagenhaften Blick auf die Bucht. Auch die Innenarchitektur und die Einrichtung sind wunderschön. Überall klare Linien, kein überflüssiger Kram. Ich wüsste nicht, wie man das Haus noch verschönern könnte. Hier haben zwei Menschen mit viel Liebe einen unvergleichlichen Ort geschaffen. Wir haben es als Privileg empfunden, dort unsere Urlaubstage verbringen zu zu dürfen. Peter und seine Frau zeigten sich außerdem überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit in allen Belangen unseres Aufenthalts. Kurz: Mit Abstand das schönste Haus, das wir bisher gebucht haben. Metin Bey çok iyi bir ev sahibi. İletişime açık ve yardımsever. Ev konaklayabileceğiniz temiz, güzel bir köyde. Söylendiği gibi Palamutbükü’ne 5 dakikada araçla inebiliyorsunuz. Dört kişi kaldık ve çok memnun kaldık. Dipnot: Köydeki kediler çok iyi beslenememişler. Gittiğinizde artan yemeklerinizden verirseniz çok memnun olacaklardır 😊

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in Stamatias Unterkunft sehr genossen. Das Apartment ist modern und sauber und entspricht somit den Bildern. Insbesondere die Kommunikation mit Stamatia war sehr freundlich, zuverlässig und zuvorkommend. So konnten wir beispielsweise vor der eigentlichen Zeit einchecken und später auschecken. Wir haben uns insgesamt sehr wohl gefühlt!

The house is fantastic, very clean, the landlady is friendly and helpful as always. I strongly recommend this house who like to be in silence but very close to the beach for swimming and walking running.

Very nice appartment with a great view. The hosts were kind their hospitality was great. They even run a restaurant downstairs, were you can eat the most delicious greek food. We already miss them at the airport.

Location molto carina e collocata nel punto giusto del paese. Al margine del paese ma allo stesso tempo nel paese con un sottofondo di musica relax a basso volume proveniente da una spa vicina. Di fronte a mare ma protetti dai venti. La strada quasi esclusivamente pedonale a pochi metri da casa che si frappone al mare come se non ci fosse a separarci da esso. Il mare che lambisce questo paesello, non so se per fortuna è sempre calmo e regala una atmosfera unica ad ogni ora della giornata. Unica pacca, va detta, nella doccia in vetro, ok, manca l'attacco per la cornetta per fare la doccia....poi piccolo odore talvolta di scarichi, ma basta chiudere il bagno la notte. Siamo molto felici della permanenza che abbiamo fatto e saremmo rimasti un'altra settimana molto volentieri. Katerina gentile e disponibile. Grazie. 5 stelle

This was our third visit to Angelos’s accommodation and it was just as perfect as before. There is everything you need for a comfortable stay and the location is amazing. His father was very pleasant and helpful throughout our stay. I’m sure we will be back!

The apartment is exactly as described and photographed. Very comfortable mattress & pillows. Shower hot and good water pressure. Kitchen had all you would need for breakfast and lunch, you may struggle to cook a more complex meal due to the size but there are plenty of nice restaurants within walking distance so this was no problem. If you are a coffee person then you will enjoy the Mokka pot & cafetier provided. USB plug sockets either side of the bed. The Aircon worked perfectly but the apartment was pretty cool so not needed very often. The hosts kindly swapped our towels and bedding midway through our stay which was a nice extra. We rented a car from the adjacent business which is owned by the hosts father, very good deal if you are staying in their Airbnb. It is worth noting the owner and their family live below so you may hear some noise from the family, it was not loud but something to be aware of and be respectful of the noise you are making.

Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen und der Check-In war auch früher möglich, da wir sehr früh mit der Fähre ankamen. Froso und ihr Mann haben uns sehr lieb empfangen, alles erklärt und es standen sogar Lebensmittel und ein Kuchen bereit. Die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet und sauber. Die Lage ist top, um die Insel zu erkunden und im Ort gibt es einige Restaurants, Supermärkte und Strände mit Liegen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

A fantastic place to stay in Mandraki. Amazing sea view and sunsets. Near restaurants and the port. Very comfortable space. Well equipped and a generous amount of provisions to get you started. Highly recommended

We loved our stay at Tilos Villas. The apartment is new and constructed to a very high standard which is hard to find on small greek islands such as Tilos. The room has a great view to the sea with a lovely shaded terrace for breakfast in the morning and a larger terrace to enjoy the sun and jaccuzi. The location is a 10 min walk downhill to the beach and 15 mins to the town and is very peaceful. At night we were able to relax and watch the stars on the daybed on the terrace. We were met at the port and taken to the villa with our luggage which was really appreciated. Sonia was friendly and helpful and gave us recommendations for the island. We wouls definitely like to come and stay again soon.

Anna is one of the most responsive and accommodating host i have come across. She had taken care of all small things that might be needed by the tenants. The property was walking distance away from Kos airport. Extremely happy!

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in Antimachia. Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral von Kos: man ist in 2 Minuten am Flughafen, in 5 Minuten in Mastichari, 20 Minuten in Kos, 10 Minuten in Kardamena. Von dem Flughafen ist nichts zu hören, da die Flugzeuge nicht über das Dorf fliegen. Die Wohnung hat 2 Schlafzimmer: 1x Doppelbett und 2x Einzelbetten. Das wäre mein Verbesserungsvorschlag: auf den Fotos im Inserat sieht man das 2. Schlafzimmer nicht 😉 Es gibt ein Willkommenspaket mit diversen Nahrungsmitteln und Getränken. Es empfiehlt sich, erst in die Wohnung zu gehen und danach einkaufen zu gehen, falls man dann überhaupt noch etwas benötigt 😉 Panagiotis ist stets zur Stelle und hilft, gibt Infos, wo er kann. Seine Frau ist auch sehr herzlich und kümmert sich um die Wohnungen. Wir konnten sogar früher einchecken, was für uns genial war. Kommen sicherlich wieder 😊

Ioannis è davvero una bella persona, è stato molto ospitale, cortese e disponibile. La posizione della casa è strategica per la vicinanza all'aeroporto e alle spiagge più belle del sud e dell'ovest, a nostro pare imperdibili. Abbiamo avuto difficoltà a trovare l'appartamento perché le indicazioni su Maps di Airbnb non erano precise.
