Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Kos

We felt right at home with Martha. From the extremely friendly reception, to the abundant water provided, wine and olive oil to great recommendations in the area. Martha made our time on Kos Island an unforgettable experience. The special icing on the cake was her cat, who greeted us kindly every morning and every evening. Dimitris was such a great host, very responsive from the moment of booking to meeting us at check in even though our flight arrival was gone midnight. Dimitris was very friendly and informative and helped us book a local restaurant and gave us other recommendations! Tramonto Villa is stunning and very spacious with everything you could possibly need - a home away from home! The views from the villa garden are second to none; mountains, sea and sunset and a short walk up to the town of beautiful Zia. Kids loved the pool and also easy to keep an eye on them from the sunbeds and inside the sun room. Thank you for the perfect holiday!

The property is superbly equipped and offers a breathtaking view of the small port of Kamari. Giannis was easily accessible at all times, responded quickly and sent us all the important information three days before arrival. One small point that surprised us a little: One of the main reasons we booked this place was the impression in the photos that it is completely alone on the hill. In fact, however, another apartment is attached right next to it (at the same height). This allows you to see and hear each other well when you sit on the balcony, as the distance is quite small. Nevertheless, we felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back!

Incredibly sweet and generous hosts. The place was perfect for my friend and I. Comfortable beds, nice bathroom, small kitchen area and an adorable outside area. Hosts were always very responsive and very kind!

I loved my stay in Bodrum! The place was a little tricky to find at first as Google maps took me to the wrong location, but Erdem came and found me and guided me to the right spot. It’s very cosy and I loved that it has a washing machine. It’s easy to walk into the center, about 10 min walk. I would definitely stay again.

The house was so great! We loved it and enjoyed it very much! Especially garden with olive trees just amazing❤️❤️❤️

Peaceful place in a nice area overlooking the town and sea, with kind and friendly cats and dogs who welcome you. Well equipped and clean accommodation, and the host was very responsive if we needed anything. Highly recommend and would definitely go back.

The apartment is exactly like its pictures, the beds and sofas are comfortable, the kicthen is well equipped and the location is perfect for a trip to Bodrum, everywhere in town is an easy walk away with great restaurants and shops. The apartment is particularly well located for the Bazar Tekel which has an excellent food market on Thursdays and Fridays and is well worth a visit. The area is peaceful and the sound proofing of the apartment was very good. Guney was very communicative, organising our transfers to and from the airport which was very helpful and meeting us at the apartment despite us arriving quite late at night and had provided additional touches such as coffee and biscuits that made the first morning perfectly relaxed. We would be delighted to stay again when we're next in Bodrum.

Anna Suites was everything we had hoped for, and more. It was perfectly located, within easy walking distance to the beach, good restaurants and local shop shops. The apartment was very well equipped, with everything we needed. We all look forward to returning. Many thanks for a lovely holiday.

Very friendly and proactively helpful host. Βασιλησ sent us clear instructions with photos explaining the check-in. He informed us about the bus timelines ahead of time and arranged a transfer from the airport since there were no buses at the time of our arrival. The place was clean and tidy. The rooftop terrace was a big plus. We really enjoyed watching the sunset there. The location is within walking distance of all the major attractions and is surrounded by great restaurants. It was an enjoyable stay overall!

One of the best Airbnb stays I’ve had. Perched atop the headland, you have 360 degree views of the beach and mountains. It’s the sort of place I stare up at from the ground and always thought how lucky those people must be to stay there. Here’s your opportunity! Charitomeni was also incredibly kind and accommodating. If you’re on the fence, book it!

Absolutely loved my stay at Irene’s lovely studio! Her attention of details is out Of this world, she welcomed us very warmly and made us feel at home! Also threw in some super nice add ons 🍎 🍷that made our arrival extra special! Beautiful sunset views and the studio was furnished Very well. Highly recommend this spot!

This was by far the most luxurious and modern Airbnb we have experienced. Maria was gracious, friendly, and attentive. The unit was exceptionally clean and well kept. A few maintenance items were noted. The beds were firm but comfy. The private spa was a wonderful bonus. Our family members stayed nearby in hotels but were envious of our choice. Whoever designed it thought of everything. I will dream about our stay for years to come.

We had the most fabulous stay at Dimitra Maria’s place. The air bnb had all the amenities you could need during your stay, the kitchen was well equipped and we even had some local honey’s, marmalades and milks to start us off! The property is a perfect distance to be able to walk to the beaches and the town, whilst being slightly out of the hustle and bustle. Dimitria Maria was so helpful during our stay, helping us arrange transport to and from the airport, and always on hand to answer any queries. We highly recommend staying here and we hope to be back next year! Thank you!😌

It was a very nice space just above the delicious pizzeria. We enjoyed using the accommodation which is within walking distance of the beach and the busy shops. The shower head is quite loose in the holder, but otherwise the bathroom is also clean and tidy

The accommodation was exactly as described and as in the photos - everything was clean, tidy and well equipped. The location is really great: it's less than a 5-minute walk to the beach, and there are bakeries and small supermarkets nearby. Particularly practical for families: there is a kind of playground directly opposite the accommodation, so the children could play right outside the door and within sight. Host Michael was super polite, very accommodating and always helpful. You feel like you are in good hands. I can really recommend this great accommodation to everyone!

Michalis was a real super host, he was flexie in terms of check in and also he proactively offerd me late check out. His flat is very nice and clean, he left me water, beer in the refrigerator and som sweet and salty snacks. Communication was very easy, his response time was fast. I will definey recommend Michalis apartment!

I want to thank the host and co-host for the beautiful stay... the place is in a very peaceful area next to the kos town, i’d say it’s walkable to kos town and it’s the center of the city with its beautiful lambi beach but definitely better if you are renting a car... There’s a supermarket like 5-6 mins walking for your daily needs and a beautiful turkish restaurant like 10 mins walking in the platani square. What i found really nice is the communication with the host and co-host. They were always there for recommendations and advices. The house was really clean with extra towels bed sheets and everything you look for in a vacation house. We definitely recommend Angela’s House for anyone who would a nice, quiet and peaceful stay near kos town with its beautiful surroundings full of trees and farm-like vibes.

We loved our stay in Kos! It was really clean, and the location was perfect super close to the beach and 20 minutes walk to the centre of Kos town. Ioannis was so helpful and always responded really quickly. As a group of girls we all felt really safe in the area! They also have a cute cat which is very friendly!

This was a great place to stay! I was here for 4 days and its close enough to town that you can easily walk everywhere if you want food, the beach, or beer. Plus if youre a climber, the Grand Grotta is literally right above you! And the trail up to the crags is less than a minute walk away. Plus Saksia is a very helpful host, and had very good recommendations on where to go to find climbing partners and get food.
